We went to escape the 40°C heat of the plains... a corner of paradise with acceptable temperatures, near the Menotre River...
The atmosphere is upscale and modern, the food is quality, the prices are a bit high, but you also pay for the location. The service is excellent, but some details could be improved, like the missing bread basket.
I would definitely go back... I recommend it.

While visiting Rasiglia, I heard a local recommend your restaurant to a tourist. What a pleasant surprise! After nearly sweltering in the Rasiglia heat, we were able to enjoy the fresh air and delicious food at your restaurant. If I have the opportunity to visit the area again, I will definitely return.

Graduation lunch (as invited).
Wonderful place.
Beautiful, welcoming, and clean venue (even the bathrooms, which is not a given).
Impeccable, helpful, and even friendly staff.
Dishes made with quality ingredients, beautifully cooked and presented... absolutely worth trying.
Worth taking the old Stataler 77 instead of the highway.
For those with time: spa and outdoor pool.
Between Marche and Umbria, we have areas that everyone envies us: we try to support and enhance them.

Delicious food, friendly staff, a truly memorable lunch. I recommend it to everyone; the location is also charming, surrounded by beautiful mountains and a stream.

Staying at the hotel meant you could enjoy lunch dinner and breakfast at the restaurant. I arrived late and although I was alone and the restaurant wasn’t busy the waiter still took almost 20 minutes to arrive. I ordered some meat with grilled vegetables which were delicious. As a starter the waiter brought a basket of bread with some olive oil. Unfortunately I could not enjoy in full the restaurant, but I will definitely come back.
