26/08/2025: As guests of the Vannucci Hotel (which is perfect), we tried the Zafferano restaurant in the evening and were very disappointed by the quality of the dishes, particularly the fillet of beef with truffle slices, the meat of which was difficult to chew and the truffle had absolutely no taste... the other two dishes were just okay. We only had the second dish.

09/09/2025: Good experience, excellent food. I went with my family for lunch on Sunday. The first courses were good and plentiful, and the meat was excellent. They were very quick with the first courses, and we waited a little longer for the meat, probably because they had a stall. It wasn't a big deal because we were able to enjoy the beautiful day eating outside.

25/08/2025: I've eaten at all the sushi restaurants in the area, and I'd never been to this one. It's a shame I didn't discover it sooner. Excellent sushi, probably the best I've had in the area, and excellent service. I'll definitely be back. Well done.

11/09/2025: Passing through Umbria, we stopped for lunch at this restaurant. Despite the kindness and attentiveness of the staff, they served us dishes different from what we ordered. But that's okay.

07/09/2025: They tried to pass off some low-quality frozen mixed mushrooms as porcini mushrooms. To make up for it, they offered us a 10% discount...but only if we paid in cash. Embarrassing!

15/09/2025: Altarocca Wine Resort is a beautiful, secluded and peaceful place, ideal for relaxation and beautiful scenery. We enjoyed the pool, restaurant and bar, and the price-quality ratio is very good. I was pleasantly surprised when I asked for a dish that was not on the menu and got it. I recommend the resort for its beauty and tranquility.

06/09/2025: Very nice restaurant, kind and professional staff, we were there two evenings in a row with friends and we had a great time, the food is excellent and the owner Alessio, despite being young, knows his job as a chef very well, he is very helpful and friendly as well as knowing how to relate very well with customers by going from table to table to understand every need, we will definitely be back, the whole setting is exceptional and worth it, well done, keep it up, highly recommended place.

28/08/2025: When I saw the selection in this store, I was blown away. It's the first store of its kind, with a huge selection of all kinds of gluten-free flour products, from flour to pasta, breads, cookies, ready-made meals like ravioli, frozen and freshly baked sweets, pizzas, and sandwiches. Huge applause and thanks to the store owners. 😘😘

31/08/2025: We stayed at Da Angelo to celebrate our parents' golden wedding anniversary and everything was perfect!! Delicious food, comfortable and super quiet room, beautiful pool, very kind staff! A fantastic view! Surrounded by greenery but only 4 minutes from the center of Assisi (with a very convenient shuttle)! You can't miss it!!!! ♥️

27/08/2025: Located right in front of the Basilica of Santa Maria degli Angeli. Very beautiful, especially in the evening. Good food, excellent starters, but I wasn't entirely impressed with the platters, especially the quantity. Cheese was nonexistent. Overall, above average. For a simple dinner, it's more than adequate.

05/09/2025: It's a small family business with reasonable prices. All the pasta dishes are excellent, but the meat dishes are rather modest.

01/09/2025: We had a good and inexpensive lunch here. The pasta dishes were all delicious, and at €8, the price was also very reasonable. I honestly expected a bit more from my roast turkey for €12; it was basically just three small roulades. These were also very tasty, but the portion was really too small. A liter of wine for €6 is unbeatable value. All in all, we can recommend this trattoria and would definitely come back.

10/08/2025: It's my regular overnight stop on trips from the Marche region to Rome and back. It's connected to a gas station that also sells LPG, and it's open 24 hours a day, so even late at night you can grab a bite to eat and stop for a rest.

30/07/2025: An excellent place! We thank those who manage and those who take care of the maintenance of this wonderful location. We had the opportunity to stay for 2 days in the serviced parking lot for trucks. We had high quality services, which I have rarely encountered anywhere I have been both in Italy and in other European countries. Impeccable toilets and showers non-stop. The parking lot is illuminated all night, giving you safety and peace during the night. Coffee, muffins and sandwiches at reasonable prices. The restaurant is not open on weekends. I hope to have the opportunity to come back again. Thank you for everything you do for us "customers". I liked it a lot. I recommend it with great confidence.🥰🥰👌🥰🥰👌👌👌

21/08/2025: A trattoria with room options in Santa Maria degli Angeli, 3 km from Assisi. I stayed for two, one night with breakfast, and then dined there that evening. I had a very good set menu with a choice of starters, main courses, and side dishes. Breakfast was served at our tables. In addition to drinks (coffee, cappuccino, etc.), we also found croissants and braided pastries, toast, yogurt, jam, and Nutella on the table. The place is very charming, with a stone structure and just a few km from Assisi. It was my first time there, but I'll definitely be back. I recommend it to anyone visiting Assisi. The staff was very professional and friendly.

11/09/2025: Excellent beer bar in the center of Gubbio. The charcuterie board is superb, all sourced from a local farm. The pizza was excellent; it may have been cooked for 20-30 seconds, but the quality of the ingredients is always top-notch. There's also a good selection of beers, all written on the blackboard in true English pub style.

07/09/2025: Fra Luppolo is a cozy and relaxed pub with very friendly and helpful staff. The food is excellent (try the breaded chicken and Ascoli olives, which are shipped directly from Ascoli Piceno). Not to mention the tongue sandwich! And what more can I say? You better try it. All washed down with excellent beers!
