20/05/2026: A really nice restaurant in a small village. We didn't have a reservation, but we were able to eat. Although we went into the kitchen, it was really fun to watch the pizza being made from up close. The pizza was a bit watery, but it tasted really good.

13/05/2026: A truly special place! Finding this dreamy hotel was pure chance. We had only intended to have a coffee on the beautiful terrace with its stunning views. But as soon as we entered, we were captivated by the unique atmosphere (accompanied by modern lounge music). Warmly greeted by the owner, we took a seat. The young waiter, Viktor, was incredibly friendly and attentive, and our coffee was a delight. We spontaneously extended our holiday by two days and stayed at the Gloriette Guesthouse. That was a year ago. Now we're back for the second time and are just as thrilled as the first. The rooms are stylish and tastefully decorated. Nothing is lacking, and the view from the room and balcony is breathtaking. We highly recommend booking half-board, as the cuisine is, in our opinion, Michelin-star quality. Breakfast, as they say, is the most important meal of the day. The young management of this family-run business clearly thought so too, because it's a dream of the highest quality, combined with exceptionally warm service from young, local staff! The thoroughly successful concept is rounded off by a rooftop wellness area with a sauna, relaxation area, and the highlight: a rooftop pool with a unique panoramic mountain view! The South Tyrol Guest Pass, included in the price, offers free use of mountain lifts, public transport, admission to attractions, and much more. In short: This hotel completely won us over and deserves 5/5 stars in every respect!

11/05/2026: Update 2026, Like a vacation with good friends. We came for a week in May and immediately felt warmly welcomed and cared for. A week full of fun (thank you to Christoph for the wonderful wine tasting with exquisite wines) and wellbeing (special thanks to Sarah and Julia). Julika and Andi have a truly special team who anticipate their guests' every need. Add to that the hotel's exclusive location and our excitement about the planned expansion, including the outdoor pool. Until next time. ❤️ What can I say? We stayed at this beautiful hotel a year ago and spent seven wonderful nights and days. The entire hotel exudes incredible coziness; we felt at home from the very first moment. The cuisine is indescribably good, so it's no wonder that even though we're vacationing in Merano this year, we have to return here to have lunch in this wonderful hotel. 10/04/2026: Vegans, vegetarians, and omnivores... ready to be amazed? Here you'll find a well-curated atmosphere, knowledgeable and friendly staff, and above all, delicious food. Everything is strictly vegan, carefully prepared, with fabulous flavor combinations and meticulously presented (even the eye deserves its share). We've been here several times, and it's always a pleasure to return. Bravo!

15/06/2026: As someone who has traveled to more than 30 countries and stayed in many different hotels, I can confidently say that this is one of the nicest hotels I’ve experienced. We reserved a mini suite, and it exceeded our expectations. The room was spotless, very well equipped, and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. The view from the balcony was absolutely stunning. The food was delicious, and the staff were warm, welcoming, and accommodating to all our needs. We are very happy we chose this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

13/07/2026: We went for lunch as a family, including two very picky and picky older adults, and we all had a wonderful time: the place is welcoming and accessible even for those with mobility issues. We ate very well, from the potato croquette appetizer to the homemade first courses, which were truly excellent. The service was provided by young, kind, and attentive staff. An experience worth repeating: recommended!

29/06/2026: We're here on vacation and really wanted to eat authentic Italian pizza. We asked where to find the best one and weren't disappointed. The service was very, very polite. The food was delicious. We got two vegan pizzas and ordered the pizza dough as focaccia for one pizza. It's the best pizza dough we've had in a long time.
