21/05/2026: Celiac options are available. I ordered the delicious trio of canederli and a homemade dessert, a sponge roll with tiramisu cream. It's the first time I've found such excellent and high-quality gluten-free options. They've warned about possible contamination, but fortunately I didn't have any problems. Highly recommended, and the view from the outdoor terrace is breathtaking. Good prices.

20/05/2026: A really nice restaurant in a small village. We didn't have a reservation, but we were able to eat. Although we went into the kitchen, it was really fun to watch the pizza being made from up close. The pizza was a bit watery, but it tasted really good.

The perfect place for a lunch break if you're heading out on the way.
02/05/2026: The restaurant is located right next to the viewpoint overlooking the Partschins Waterfall. After the strenuous climb from the valley station, it was a welcome reward. There is indoor and outdoor seating. Everything is very cozy and well-maintained. The menu is very varied, as is the drinks menu. All the staff are very, very friendly and accommodating, and the prices are perfectly reasonable. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible for everyone arriving by car or bus. The minibus from Partschins stops directly at the parking lot in front of the restaurant. We had a very generous portion of Kaiserschmarrn (shredded pancake).

29/05/2026: We've been coming to South Tyrol for years and discovered Sapperlot during a stay in Tscherms. We were thrilled from our very first visit. The service is friendly, very attentive, and they simply have an eye for detail. The food is perfect. The quality is top-notch and always beautifully presented. The lovely terrace invites you to relax and enjoy your meal. This year we're staying in Algund, but we still drove to Sapperlot for a meal. It's definitely worth it!!! We'll be back.

Everything is strictly vegan, carefully prepared, with fabulous flavor combinations and meticulously presented (even the eye deserves its share). We really had a wonderful time. Excellent service from a young but very professional man. The place was traditional, warm and welcoming. The food was quality and superbly presented.
What more can I say? I highly recommend it!

15/03/2026: I can only comment on the food, as we only had pizza. The service was very helpful and friendly, and the prices were quite reasonable. Parking is limited and hard to find; it's best to walk. As for the pizza itself – simply fantastic – everything was delicious and fresh.
15/03/2026: Going out to eat with a group of 36 people is quite something. For the staff here, it was no problem. Fantastic food, cheerful staff, and lots of fun.
