31/07/2025: Wonderful, cozy hut on the Mastle Alm. It was our first time there, but certainly not our last. The service was extremely friendly and welcoming, and the food was excellent both in terms of quality and taste. We highly recommend this hut.

24/08/2025: Since the new management opened, I've eaten almost every menu item, and I can assure you I have absolutely no complaints. Fabio's dishes are all top-notch, with meticulous attention to the ingredients. For photography enthusiasts, all dishes are beautifully presented, leaving the palate pleasantly surprised and satisfied. Nicola's service is both professional and makes you feel right at home. The wine list lives up to expectations. Congratulations!

07/08/2025: Schönes Lokal. Sehr aufmerksamer und sympathischer Service. Küche schlicht einfach hervorragend. Einziger Schwachpunkt, die Weinpreise Glasweise sind doch eher grenzwertig hoch. Ansonsten gutes Preis / Leistungs Verhältniss für das gebotenen.

25/08/2025: We wanted to stop for lunch on our bike ride. It was 33 degrees Celsius and we were thirsty. After asking where we could sit, we were assigned a table. A moment later, two young women came and sat down two tables away. They were served immediately, but we were completely ignored! After 10 minutes, we left this friendly place. Thanks for nothing!

25/08/2025: Wonderful place, plentiful but light food. The service is sublime. The lady, I think the owner, is truly exquisite, as are the young people who run between the tables keeping everything in order and serving the food. I think it will become a regular stop on our South Tyrolean outing.

26/08/2025: Definitely recommended. The owner is very friendly and warm, and she personally welcomes every guest. The food is fresh and delicious, and the portions are quite generous. The price is more than justified. We'll be back.

13/08/2025: I stopped for lunch during a solo motorcycle tour of Monte Baldo. I had lunch on the terrace. I hadn't booked. The weather and view were perfect. The service was excellent, and the food was delicious. Recommended.

12/08/2025: I'd like to begin with my sincere congratulations to the owners and staff of Maso Palù for the magnificent evening they hosted my daughter and her husband's wedding dinner. The courtesy, attentiveness, and discretion of the entire staff are commendable, and were even more appreciated on this special occasion. Now let's move on to the more enjoyable part of the experience. The reception, held on the lawn overlooking the farmhouse, immediately delighted our palates with a variety of offerings that paired perfectly with the Trento DOC Blanc de Blancs we chose for the occasion. The evening then continued inside the Maso with a menu consisting of: Maso Appetizer - Polenta with Baldo Truffle, Carne Salada Carpaccio, Puff Pastry Crunch with Fresh Alpine Ricotta, and finally, Potato Rosticciata and Apple Salad. Everything was excellent, with the polenta and the crunchy pastry enhancing each other. First courses - Risotto creamed with Trento DOC and Trentingrana cheese, aromatic mountain herbs, and Garda lemon zest, as well as fresh homemade tortelli with fresh ricotta, zucchini, and Baldo saffron. If I could go back today, I wouldn't know which to choose, both were so delicious. Second courses - Sorne trout fillet in a potato and pistachio crust, Gewurztraminer sauce, and seared cabbage. I should point out that I'm not a fan of fish, let alone trout, but here Maso Palù outdid itself with such perfection that I chose the trout over the fillet that followed. Slow-cooked beef fillet with Baldo black truffle. Fresh pre-dessert - Zirmol pine ice cream with dark chocolate crumble. Definitely worth a try. Well done, well done, well done, and congratulations and thanks again for what I found to be impeccable service.
