We spent two weeks in South Tyrol and drove as far as Lake Garda. There we found the best pizza. The service was friendly and the prices were fair.

Decent pizzas, not the best we've ever had, but okay. Tasty, thin crust, good ham, unfortunately the mushrooms and pineapple were canned. We didn't experience the advertised hospitality. Perhaps it was a stressful day. Even so, after paying, you shouldn't just turn around and leave without a word. No thank you, no goodbye. Disappointing.

We spontaneously decided to have dinner at the pizzeria and were lucky enough to get a table without a reservation. The pizzas are fantastic and the staff is very attentive.

As part of my work as an official food critic, I visited and reviewed Pizzeria Katrins. Pizzeria Katrins impresses with outstanding quality, fresh ingredients, and excellent taste. The dishes are carefully prepared and attractively presented. The friendly and attentive service, as well as the pleasant atmosphere where you immediately feel at ease, are particularly noteworthy. The value for money is also very convincing. Overall, a thoroughly enjoyable restaurant that I can wholeheartedly recommend. We will gladly return.

15/06/2026: As someone who has traveled to more than 30 countries and stayed in many different hotels, I can confidently say that this is one of the nicest hotels I’ve experienced. We reserved a mini suite, and it exceeded our expectations. The room was spotless, very well equipped, and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. The view from the balcony was absolutely stunning. The food was delicious, and the staff were warm, welcoming, and accommodating to all our needs. We are very happy we chose this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

Pizzeria Bistro Wally

29/06/2026: We're here on vacation and really wanted to eat authentic Italian pizza. We asked where to find the best one and weren't disappointed. The service was very, very polite. The food was delicious. We got two vegan pizzas and ordered the pizza dough as focaccia for one pizza. It's the best pizza dough we've had in a long time.
