Why didn't we discover this charming guesthouse sooner? Perhaps it just wasn't the right time... We were lucky enough to stay here for a long weekend. And what can I say? A place with so much heart, with extraordinary attention to detail and a positive energy that I've rarely experienced. All the staff live and breathe the hotel and its concept, which is by no means a given. We felt very comfortable here and look forward to returning to the Gloriette. What I found particularly positive was that locals also feel very welcome at the Gloriette and come by for a meal, a coffee, or breakfast. As guests in South Tyrol, it's always wonderful for us to feel so welcome and experience such a lovely sense of community.

Since our first visit to the Gloriette five years ago, we've been repeat visitors, returning at least once a year to unwind for a few days. Julika, Andi, and their lovely team have managed to preserve the Gloriette's welcoming, family-run atmosphere over the years. Their warm hospitality and easygoing nature make this place truly special. The hotel and rooms boast stunning views, and the tasteful decor perfectly suits our taste. The small, elegant spa area invites you to relax, and the rooftop pool is one of the most beautiful spots in the world! From there, you can see the Schlern, the Rosengarten, the Lattemar, the Zanggen, and the Weisshorn and Schwarzhorn mountains. Breakfast leaves nothing to be desired. All the products are high-quality and beautifully presented. Dinner truly deserves the "fine dining" label. The Gloriette's location is perfect: mountains and city. Thanks to the cable car, whose ticket is included in the hotel price, you can reach the vibrant city of Bolzano in just 12 minutes. We look forward to many more visits to our beloved destination and are definitely TEAM GLORIETTE!

We were invited to the regular guests' weekend in November 2025. It was touching to experience the love and care that went into organizing everything. The varied program alone would have been enough to bring joy: a visit to a winery, a dumpling-making class, a cocktail-making course, a carefully selected multi-course meal, dancing until late into the evening... and so on. We experienced incredible warmth and hospitality. Everyone at the hotel participated with visible joy and enthusiasm. That wasn't all! On top of everything else, there was also a personally handwritten letter (!!) for each of our 20 rooms, containing heartfelt words. There was also a handwritten envelope with a sprig of fir and a seal for the hotel records. These are the details that express something: an incredible amount of appreciation for every guest! And here's the kicker: The hotel would be fully booked even without all this effort. There's no need to go to such lengths. Only one thing remains to be said: It's genuine, authentic appreciation and warmth that truly comes from the bottom of the heart. And that is very, very touching! Thank you from the bottom of my heart!!!

We stayed there in April 2025 to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and the stay was simply perfect. The place is incredibly charming, with beautiful, lovingly designed decor where you immediately sense the care and good taste. The staff are very attentive and helpful. We received a warm welcome from the moment we arrived. The breakfast is fantastic and very varied. In the afternoon, there's coffee with cake and fruit, and in the evening, dinner is a delicious surprise every day. A particular highlight was the little dessert that was left outside our room each evening – simply wonderful! The view from the pool area is simply fantastic and makes the stay even more special. A clear 5 stars in all categories. We will definitely be back!

A holiday at the Gloriette always feels like coming home.
