02/09/2025: Everything was excellent!!! Top-notch food, top location right in front of one of the most important ski lifts in the Aurina Valley, top-notch service. The room cleaning service could be improved slightly, especially regarding the helpfulness of the staff, who work in a 5-star property and therefore need to be more attentive and helpful. The food and reception service, however, were excellent. In my opinion, it's one of the most beautiful resorts in the region. The food is excellent. Highly recommended.

03/08/2025: A dream stay at the Amonti! From the very first moment, we felt completely at home at the Amonti. The warmth of the staff, the stylish ambiance, and the exceptional wellness area left nothing to be desired. Our room was modern, clean, and had a stunning view. The fantastic food deserves special mention – from breakfast to dinner, a culinary delight of the highest caliber. The spa area is spacious, diverse, and perfect for relaxation. We will definitely be back – a place to feel good and enjoy!

22/08/2025: My husband and I stayed half board. The breakfast was good and had a good variety of choices. Dinners were all very good and plentiful. The staff were super kind and helpful, young and very polite. The room, although a little dated, was clean...and that's what matters, and the bathroom was large. Highly recommended! We'll definitely be back!

14/08/2025: After a walk to the Fuciade refuge, we raced back to the parking lot, only to notice this small hotel and restaurant on the right overlooking a small lake. The welcome was top-notch; the kindness and care with which they greet guests is priceless, especially after having been surrounded by a crush of strollers and screaming children less than an hour earlier. We sat down and couldn't help but try so many different dishes. The cannelloni were truly excellent, not to mention the spare ribs. Everything was truly remarkable; I was won over by the family-run management and the attention to detail. The menu includes several courses and takes into account allergies and intolerances. It's a place where you feel as pampered as you wish, both while eating and relaxing. Many compliments once again to the Chef and the service. Don't miss it!

13/08/2025: Passing through after a hike in the mountains, we stopped for lunch. Aside from a small hiccup (after a long wait, they told me the dumplings I'd ordered were out of stock—that happens), we ate wonderfully!!! As an apology, the waiter offered us a plate of speck while we waited for our orders, followed by coffee. In the end, I changed the type of dumplings, which were excellent, and my wife had lentil soup, which was sooooo good. Highly recommended, both for the food and the helpfulness of the staff.

10/08/2025: We stopped for lunch and were very satisfied. We booked online and they held our place even though the place was packed. Traditional dishes, interpreted with grace and flavor. Courteous and attentive service. Excellent wines...a place we'll definitely return to!

01/08/2025: We ordered pizza Margherita and Pizza Prociuto e Funghi for take out. Pizzas were fantastic, service very attentive, kind and quick.

31/07/2025: We ordered carbonara, pizza, bruschetta, and caprese salad. The service was good, but unfortunately, we didn't receive our meals at the same time. While I was finishing my carbonara, my husband just got his pizza. The carbonara wasn't very tasty, and the pasta wasn't "coated" in sauce, but rather was swimming in it, so I wouldn't recommend it. The appetizers and pizza were okay.

23/08/2025: We stopped by chance but I will never do it again.... Nothing to say about the service and atmosphere but with extremely high costs... When we arrived they informed us that there was a wait time of an hour for the pizza so we opted for a first course..... the cheapest one is €14.00 not to mention a medium orange juice €6.00 ​​when I have never paid more than €3.50... one of the two first courses was good but the second pasta dish was unspeakable.... I WILL NEVER STOP AGAIN.... In response to your comment I wanted to clarify that I did not complain about the honesty of your waiters but about the exorbitant price of your products and the cooking of the pasta......

22/03/2025: Yes, it was good, it was good. Nice beer garden atmosphere. Unfortunately the view is not that good. Very good food. But there's a lot going on. But well organized. There was a funny dachshund at our table.🐕It had nothing to do with it but it was great.

19/08/2025: Reservations were made by heart, and once again, they were spot on. The outdoor setting is charming, with a small square and alley with tables available, not too close together. The dishes are very good and well-presented. The wine and knowledge of the cellar are excellent. The staff is well-trained, young and truly eager to help. Thanks Andrea for the post-dinner chat. 08/07/2025: We were fortunate enough to stay at this wonderful hotel a few days ago, and it was simply a dreamlike experience! Upon entering, we received a warm welcome and immediately felt welcome. The hotel impresses with its thoughtful details that make the stay truly special – from lovingly decorated rooms to small touches that make it even more enjoyable. The food was simply outstanding – a culinary journey that left nothing to be desired. The dishes were fresh, creatively prepared, and served with great attention to detail. The selection of drinks and cocktails was also impressive – diverse, high-quality, and perfectly prepared. Tip: Be sure to order the premium wine pairing, so you'll have the perfect wine to complement every course! The entire team was very friendly and attentive. We felt completely at home and can only warmly recommend this hotel. It is the perfect place for anyone who appreciates thoughtful details, excellent food, and a great selection of drinks. A huge thank you again to Steffi, who conducts the wellness treatments – it was fantastic! I do have one suggestion for improvement, though: since we were unlucky twice to have four people smoking continuously at the next table on the terrace, it might be a good idea to divide the terrace into smoking and non-smoking areas, because even outdoors, the smoke in the immediate vicinity was very disturbing. We're already looking forward to our next visit!

23/08/2025: A wonderful experience. Excellent and refined menu featuring traditional local dishes reimagined with an innovative twist. The staff is young, helpful, and very professional. The location is furnished in a simple yet elegant style. Beautiful stube (traditional dining room) and a breathtaking view. Recommended for those seeking a different experience from the typical tourist venues.
