02/03/2025: Mi sono fermato dopo una bella camminata per mangiare una fetta di strudel in questa famosa località. Al momento di pagare la cameriera, una signora di una certa età, invece di ringraziare una volta pagato, si è girata e se n’è andata. Forse perché parlavo italiano? Complimenti per la cortesia

22/02/2025: Mi sarebbe piaciuto tanto recensire bene questo luogo perché visivamente è meraviglioso, sia come panorama che come struttura. Peccato che in piena alta stagione sia chiuso ben due giorni a settimana (martedì e mercoledì), cosa che trovo assolutamente lecita per i lavoratori del rifugio, MA NON IN ALTA STAGIONE!!! Dopo la camminata ci si aspetta di consumare un bel piatto e caldo e di scendere lungo la pista in slittino, mentre ciò che si trova è solo la delusione di trovare tutto chiuso. Colpa mia che sicuramente dovevo guardare sul sito, ma non trovo accettabile che in alta stagione un rifugio così rinomato chiuda per due giorni alla settimana . Oltretutto non lasciando neanche aperto il noleggio slittino e costringendo le persone a farsi 6 km di pista in discesa al ritorno dopo la salita presente per arrivare fin lì.

02/05/2025: Siamo stati a cena nel weekend del ponte del 1 maggio e ci hanno garantito la prenotazione con un solo giorno di anticipo. Personale educato e disponibile. Piatti tipici buoni e porzioni normali. Qualità prezzo nella norma. Birre ottime !

02/04/2025: Un locale tipico che è molto più di un semplice pub! L’atmosfera accogliente e l’attenzione ai dettagli rendono l’esperienza ancora più piacevole. La birra prodotta direttamente da loro è una vera chicca, perfetta per accompagnare i piatti del menu. Tutte le portate che abbiamo provato erano eccellenti, ma un plauso speciale va al gulasch: saporito, ben equilibrato e semplicemente irresistibile.

24/05/2025: Magnificent location, the landlord is an institution in Neumarkt anyway, a great asset to the town and a "must" for all visitors to Neumarkt.

22/05/2025: After moving from Dipoli, we weren't surprised that Vincenzo had once again built and furnished a beautiful home. The menu and the special ambiance were unbeatable, as always, despite the new chef. A place to go. An absolute must when traveling in South Tyrol.

20/04/2025: Nice bistro at the Meran thermal baths! There is a large outdoor area under umbrellas and also indoor seating. You can get smaller dishes, all kinds of drinks and also cakes. Once you have noticed the service, the operation works properly.

18/04/2025: You are sent away at 4:40 p.m. if you “just” want something to drink. Bad service and very unfriendly! Then somewhere else...

26/05/2025: Super friendly and delicious pizzas! We highly recommend it. Pizza Filoncina was amazing. We'll be back when we're in the area. :)

23/05/2025: Sadly, out of about 10 orders with them, 3 times they’ve simply messed up our order. Tonight they left the salami off of their “Monte Carlo”. Other times they’ve left Parmesan off that I paid extra for. Sadly it’s just too inconsistent. They do the best pizza when they don’t mess things up, but it’s too often and I’ll be trying other pizzerias from now on.

12/06/2025: We were very surprised by this poor and unfriendly service. They deliberately didn't serve us at first because the kitchen was about to close. The waitress was genuinely unfriendly and visibly annoyed by several guests. The waitress said, "The kitchen is closed now, look at the menu, you can order that," turned around and left us sitting. They didn't ask for drinks. Impossible and rude. We had two small children with us. Apparently they didn't need it. But thankfully, that's an exception in the region. Then we got up and left. Apparently poor management!

22/04/2025: Das etwas altbackene Lokal lebt von seiner guten Lage und der sehr geringen Konkurrenz außerhalb der Hauptsaison. Die Bedienung war zwar freundlich, vermittelte aber einen hektischen Eindruck. Die Gerichte waren von durchschnittlicher Qualität und insgesamt war der Eindruck mittelmäßig.

20/04/2025: Really disappointed, the prices are exaggerated, a sandwich with cheese and ham costs €8, the services are quite decent, very little choice, they do few things and I'm sorry but they don't do anything for the children, not even a pasta! I will never be disappointed again!!!

20/04/2025: My experience begins and ends immediately, disappointed by the rude staff, there isn't much choice and ultra expensive, a coke, almost €5, the only saving grace is the view, I'm sorry but I won't come again

29/05/2025: Fantastic pizza in Arco. Incredibly friendly owner. The pizza is perfectly prepared and served from the oven within 10 minutes. We've gotten a pizza here every night for the past seven days and would do so again on our next visit to Arco!

24/03/2025: Che dire in una serata di marzo, prendere l’ovovia alle 20 e giungere in questo locale sconosciuto, essere accolti da focolari all’esterno che rendono l’atmosfera magica. All’interno la società che ci ha invitato aveva organizzato un buffet di antipasti pantagruelico. A seguire primo, secondo e dolce serviti al tavolo. Personale gentilissimo e super disponibile. A chiudere musica e balli. All’una di notte l ovovia ti riporta in paese. Fantastico.

22/03/2025: Personale molto simpatico e ben disposto, locale pulito e ben curato con un panorama veramente fantastico I ragazzi del bar Diego e Pioggia hanno saputo assecondare al meglio ogni nostra richiesta per tutta la settimana Dalle 2 in poi la festa è assicurata Lo consiglio a tutti

22/05/2025: The name suggests pizzeria, but they don't serve pizza here. They only cook on Fridays and Saturdays. The owner brazenly replies that it's his business to decide why.

20/06/2025: Ideal for cycling and hiking. Clean and well-maintained. Rooms could be a bit larger, especially the bathroom, which is more suited to slim people. My wife wanted a softer mattress, which was promptly resolved. The waiter loves his job and enjoys it.

06/02/2025: The management of this old-fashioned and overpriced box should first correct its serious weaknesses instead of interfering in German domestic politics in such an unprofessional manner. The founders would turn in their graves. Incredible, definitely to be avoided!

09/02/2025: This evening I went to this place for the first time with some of my friends for an aperitif. Everything was nice, both in terms of location and "service" until... we see an insect (like a cockroach) on a plate of food. I went to show it and as an answer I got "a bug" without even apologizing or being perplexed by this for a moment. It's not even to say that I was no longer hungry and at the end of it all they made us pay the normal price... but most of all as if nothing had happened
