01/03/2025: Eine sehr schöne Location mit einem tollen Blick. Im Prinzip alles super, aber als dann die Rechnung kam und für zwei Portionen Kaiserschmarrn 60 Euro berechnet wurden war die Herrlichkeit schnell vorbei. Das steht in keiner Relation zum Wareneinsatz, wenn auch die Qualität sehr gut war. Schade

12/08/2025: Il residence è composto da camere e ed appartamenti. Proprietari gentili e disponibili. La signora Maria, l'anima della casa, é sempre sorridente ,collaborativa ed affabile. Le stanze hanno il bagno in camera ed un ampio balcone, la TV e Wifi, sono ariose e la pulizia giornaliera. La colazione abbondante e i costi abbordabili. Ampio parcheggio all'esterno e provvisto anche di un parcheggio interno per gli ospiti della Dietro il residence c'è una grande veranda, che chiamano solarium che dà su un ruscello e sul parco. Dalla parte posteriore del residence s'intravede il sasso del Signore ed, inoltre, é sulla strada per il lago di Braies. Un bel posto per fermarsi e riposare un minuto, gustando la loro pasticceria, prima di raggiungere il lago.

11/09/2025: Terrible experience: property closed despite confirmed reservation I booked directly from the property's official website and received a proper confirmation email. After a long workday, I informed the property that I would be arriving a half-hour late. The property replied that it was closed for renovations. I immediately contacted the property to report the incident, but not only was nothing done to resolve the serious mix-up, but I also encountered a complete lack of assistance and professionalism. No solution was offered, no alternative, just an awkward silence. It is unacceptable to confirm reservations when you are not operational, leaving guests without any kind of support or protection. This type of management seriously hinders business travelers, leaving them with little chance of finding a quick alternative given the late hour. I strongly advise against this property: it lacks professionalism, poor communication, and zero attention to guests.

02/07/2025: But enough with these fireworks that scare all the animals in the woods and the dogs!!! Have fun in a healthy way, it's about time.... The rest is all very nice. I also found the shells of the fireworks in the garden of the house, including the sharpened irons... It doesn't seem like a good thing to me...

12/07/2025: Pizza favolosa!! Abbiamo preso la pizza d’asporto, impasto spettacolare, fragrante e lievitazione perfetta. Una delle migliori in assoluto.

28/06/2025: Pizza stile napoletano buona con gusti molto particolari; troppa attesa per mangiare, abbiamo dovuto chiedere il ghiaccio perché ormai le bevande erano calde. Il personale insufficiente per il posto. Prezzi abbastanza alti. Sicuramente potrebbero migliorare.

03/10/2025: I ordered a barley soup for €10. I thought that was pretty expensive for a soup. It was by far the worst thing I've ever had anywhere. A watery broth with maybe three spoonfuls of barley, three pieces of potato, and some herbs. Completely runny, see-through to the bottom, and tasteless. And not even bread! I've never seen it before! A complete rip-off. Unenthusiastic and uncaring staff with zero knowledge of cooking! 6 stars! Never again! Please pack a snack in your backpack or go to the 3 Zinnenhütte or Auronzohütte.

27/09/2025: 6 euros for water with syrup :D 15 euros for pasta with tomato sauce without anything else. A bit overpriced but given the location it is in, I understand. Even out of season at the end of September, there is practically nowhere to sit. Such a promising stop that will disappoint you a bit. If you are doing the Tre Cime circuit, probably not, but if you are going all the way from Lago Di Landro, then yes.

21/08/2025: A refuge located at the arrival point of the cable car of the same name. During peak season or when there are large crowds, it's a self-service restaurant, in our case (Thursdays, the second half of August), with table service. The professional and friendly staff welcomes us with smiles and enthusiasm. The menu offers a good selection of first courses, second courses, and desserts. Most importantly (and not surprisingly), they list the allergens that may be present in the various dishes. The prices are in line with the high quality and the preparation, worthy of a Michelin-starred restaurant. In the best Alpine tradition, we were offered an excellent grappa with the bill. The splendid backdrop of the peaks is a plus that makes a stop here a must.

21/08/2025: Refuge at the arrival point of the second section of the Daolasa cable car with a splendid view. Small lake to stroll around. Good selection of excellent, hearty dishes served with exceptional kindness. Compliments to the chefs. Starting point for several trails.

09/10/2025: Incredibly friendly owner. Very clean place. Perfect base for exploring the surrounding area. Very spacious rooms. Delicious breakfasts. Secure parking for a motorcycle.

01/10/2025: The establishment and the rooms are very clean. The rooms are perfectly adequate for a short stay. The soundproofing is particularly effective given the surroundings: in addition to the access road to the hotel, there is a parallel highway, a tumultuous river, and a highway. In the absence of the owners, the room keys are in coded key boxes. Breakfasts must be reserved, and are carefully prepared and served in two very small rooms. Otherwise, a restaurant is part of the same place, independently managed, and offers meals, or, as was our case, a very pleasant coffee and croissant. We did not see air conditioning in our room, but the September temperatures did not make it necessary. There are parking spaces reserved for hotel users along the small access road to this commercial area.

20/09/2025: This was our first time here and we were thrilled. The staff is very attentive, cheerful, and fulfills every request whenever possible. The food is fresh, delicious, and the value for money is excellent.

11/04/2025: Terrible experience at this place. The employees proved to be extremely rude and, even more seriously, had clearly racist and discriminatory attitudes towards Italian foreigners. An unacceptable behavior that completely ruins the image of the place. In addition to this, the ice cream was disappointing: artificial taste, not very creamy consistency and absolutely not up to expectations. I will never return and I strongly advise against anyone from doing so

31/08/2025: We relied on reviews, as our hotel restaurant was closed. This was absolutely NOT recommended. We don't understand why this restaurant has an average of 4.4 stars. The food was like eating a packet of Knorr international dishes. Someone with no cooking experience could have made the same. As icing on the cake, we had the "most expensive" dessert for €6.50 with canned fruit and a scoop of ice cream, and a bowl of custard for €6. The staff spoke English and did a good job.
