08/09/2025: My parents and I stopped at this bar/gelateria, attracted by the large number of people sitting at the tables. We ordered a radler, a juice, a coffee, and a pear and chocolate strudel with a scoop of pistachio gelato. Both desserts were delicious, especially the gelato; truly delicious... you could taste the authentic, artisanal pistachios, recommended by the waiter. If I were to return to Dobbiaco, I would definitely return to this bar to try other gelato flavors. The staff was very friendly.

20/08/2025: Exceptional strudel, fresh ingredients, and you can taste it. Incredible aroma and excellent flavor. 5 stars 2020 Update 2022: Between the first photo in 2020 and the second in 2022, you can see the difference. The apples are no longer perfectly cut, and the consistency has become like applesauce. The aroma and flavor have also diminished. The talented pastry chef told me she was due to retire soon, and I imagine she has... Update 2025 The strudel slices are now served on a small plate, as pictured, and the strudel portion is half the size of 2022. I'm lowering the rating again; what a shame.

11/06/2025: Reply to the owner . Let's not talk about hunger, let's talk about respect. The food we were offered has nothing to do with that of a restaurant. A cold plate of tasteless barley, two pieces of bread thrown on the plate together with two slices of salted meat... In a place like this you expect much more. A proposal like this can also be found in a supermarket, not in a place that claims to offer a culinary experience. It's not a question of quantity, but of quality and care. Tragicomic dinner🤣🤣🤣🤣 "A light evening! 😄" We were at the Azienda Agricola Filanda de Boron in Tione di Trento. Table booked, we were a good group: so far everything was perfect. Upon arrival, the very kind Nicola accompanied us to the table and immediately brought us water. Excellent start, hydration first of all! 💧 Then comes the evening's menu, told by word of mouth, with an almost experimental theater tone. And here begins the culinary adventure... Aperitif: a small piece of bread (the size of a 2 euro coin, but maybe a 1 if you look at it from the side) with a few drops of Sicilian oil. It's not clear to us whether it was a greeting at the entrance or a test of attention. 🤔 First course: orzotto with cherry tomatoes, accompanied by a glass of white wine (more glass than wine, but whatever). The flavor? Light. Like the entire portion. 🥄 Second course: two thin transparent slices (like a postage stamp, but more delicate) of carne salada artistically placed on two pieces of bread and three small pieces of giardiniera placed there with earring tweezers, presumably. Another glass of wine followed, always sober like the portions. 🍷 Dessert: four small pieces of sbrisolona with a drop (one!) of marsala. Perhaps the most intense moment of the dinner, or perhaps we were hungry and every crumb seemed like a miracle. 🍪 Price: 35 euros per person. Fixed menu. And also the smile, that was included and necessary to deal with the digestion... of the air. Conclusion: nice atmosphere, suggestive place, kind staff. But here, if you go with the idea of ​​"eating", we recommend a preventive snack or a sandwich in the dashboard for the return. Otherwise, excellent for those who want to feel gastronomically minimalist. 😅

09/06/2025: Sono stato in questo agriturismo per una cena con amici. Lodevole l’intenzione del gestore che ci parla dei chilometri zero dei prodotti naturali e dell’origine di tutti i cibi. Purtroppo, nei fatti la cena risulta davvero la più scadente della mia vita neppure degna di una tavola fredda: Lontre è del pane industriale, leggermente sporcato con dell’olio; la prima portata è un orzo otto freddo con dei pomodorini neppure molto buoni (la grande distribuzione ne vende di molto migliori su sugli scaffali); il secondo è la carne salata praticamente scondita appoggiata su un paio di fettine di pane sempre industriale Assolutamente tutto insapore; il dolce è una sbriciola con qualche goccia di Marsala in un bicchierino forse l’unica cosa che si è salvata della serata. 35 € per una cena in decorosa, tutto tutte pietanze fredde, senza cura, senza sapori. Davvero imbarazzante. Mi domando se le altissime recensioni Siano state fatte da parenti o da avere i commensali. La mia recensione ha veramente solo lo scopo di evitare delle brutte delusioni a chi prenoterà in futuro. Peccato perché la location è molto carina.

21/07/2025: Vi fik nok den bedste pizza vi har fået i hele den nordlige del af Gardasøen. Stemningen var fantastisk og betjeningen er i top. Vi sidder udenfor ved bænke, men hold da op det fungerer. Priserne er helt fornuftige. Vi bestiller bord uden vi tager retur til Danmark, for lige at få oplevelsen igen.

11/07/2025: El tiempo no ha sido amable con mi restaurante favorito en Torbole. Pedimos dos pastas clásicas y estaban a un nivel que no serviría en casa. Uno de los platos en particular tenía tan poca carne y salsa de tomate que se convirtió en algo completamente diferente. Hemos tenido mejores resultados en supermercados de otras partes de Europa. Hace años comimos varias cenas en este lugar y ninguna estuvo mal. Qué triste

20/08/2025: My partner and I just stayed at this campsite for three nights, and we were pleasantly surprised! We arrived without a reservation and were able to check in without any problems. The setting is picturesque, the welcome is warm, the staff friendly, and we felt right at home! The only downside is the construction work nearby, which wakes you up quite early (around 7 a.m.). As for the rest, we were able to take advantage of this leg of our road trip to pitch our tent and enjoy the surrounding activities! We recommend this campsite 🏕️

17/08/2025: This campsite is perfectly fine if you just need a place to stay for one night. It’s not the quietest location, and there are definitely quite a few mosquitoes around, but for a short stopover that’s manageable. If you’re on a longer trip, passing through, or bikepacking, it does the job and gives you a spot to rest before continuing your journey. It might not be the most comfortable for a longer holiday, but for a quick overnight stay it’s enough.

13/09/2025: The rooms are small but clean and recently renovated. The indoor pool, however, has serious ventilation problems, with a moldy ceiling and a very unpleasant odor. The food was a real disappointment; I'd rather not go into details. On a positive note, the staff is always friendly and helpful.

12/09/2025: I will never go back there again... in 18 years of staying in the valley, I have never found it so bad, a labyrinth.... suffocating standard room, there is neither a coat rack nor a shelf, nothing to put only bedside tables and a wardrobe... window overlooking the internal courtyard if you sleep with the window ajar it seems that the cars below you pass in the room

27/07/2025: Rifugio davvero bello e ben curato, servizio gentile e rapido. Tartare molto buona (si sente parecchio la senape che apprezzo), tomahawk pessima: l’avevo chiesta al sangue e me l’hanno portata stracotta la prima volta, me l’hanno riportata di una dimensione grande la metà della prima e filamentosa, fredda al centro e troppo salata. Sbagliare è umano, perseverare significa che la carne non è cosa tua.

28/03/2025: Wir kommen mehrmals im Jahr zur Pralongia Hütte. Das Essen war stets schmackhaft und frisch. Seit Winter 24/25 hat die Qualität markant nachgelassen. Gestern jedoch war das Mittagessen besonders schlecht. Die Lasagne war nicht frisch und verwürzt. Sie hatte die Konsistenz von einem Brei. Die Soße unter der Käseschicht war schnittfest. Was für das Aufwärmen einer alten Lasagne in der Mikrowelle spricht. Die Spaghetti Carbonara waren durchschnittlichlich. Schade. War es doch immer ein schöner Ort mit gutem Essen.

26/06/2025: Horrible, never again. You pay to be treated badly. I hope they close it and open something more valid because the terrace is beautiful and the food was the only good thing. They didn't even take my order properly, I asked for a non-alcoholic cocktail (since I was driving), they brought a totally wrong alcoholic one, when I pointed it out the waiter even made a bad joke, as if he was talking to a friend of his, he changed it for me but they made me pay for both (they even took the first one away intact). In addition, the manager seemed totally disinterested, when, later, I pointed out the situation to her and that we would never go back to eat, she replied "no one is forcing you to come back, there are so many restaurants in Bolzano, I don't understand why you come here if you don't like it". Bah speechless!

31/05/2025: Abbiamo iniziato la stagione al lago davvero in modo perfetto! Titolari cordiali, cucina ottima, personale in sala gentile e professionale rendono questo ristorante davvero piacevole. Consigliatissimo!

27/07/2025: Servizio pessimo. Volevamo fare un aperitivo prima del pranzo e abbiamo chiesto degli hugo tra cui uno analcolico e uno, se possibile con acqua naturale. Il cameriere ha esplicitamente fatto capire la sua poca professionalità e poca voglia di lavorare fin da subito, commentando la scelta della variazione del hugo con un “che palle”. È questo il servizio professionale che un cliente si apsetta? Assolutamente inopportuno, irrispettoso e deplorevole! Sconsigliato.

13/07/2025: Posizione isolata, immerso nel verde. Mi sono fermato per pranzo con la famiglia (non ho soggiornato). Ambiente rustico ma molto caratteristico, con arredi in legno. Menù vario, con piatti dedicati anche ai bambini. Ho provato la carne salada alla griglia che non avevamo mai assaggiato: molto buona! Prezzi non elevati.

17/08/2025: A terrible choice for a so-called restaurant-pizzeria: frozen pizza, small, and overpriced... They even paid for takeout... I mean, the box!!! Never before have we seen the end consumer pay for the box, which the retailer then passes on as business costs!!! Then at the checkout, a sign in Italian and English: "Cash payment preferred." It's a shame I can't attach photos of both the receipt and the infamous sign to this review.
