11/06/2025: Piatti della tradizione regionale, sicuramente ottimi ma non tutti abbondanti. Prezzi medio alti, più da ristorante che trattoria, ma posizione centrale (che si paga!). Acqua imbottigliata e non caraffa - per noi punto a favore dal momento che si paga!

28/02/2026: I asked if they had strudel and they said "out of stock." I'd seen another product in the window that interested me. When I asked what it was, I was curtly told it was "brioche." I asked for a piece and was curtly told "all or half." I took half. I don't even remember if they greeted me at the entrance or at the exit. I don't think I'll order anything else. The brioche was average in both taste and price.

08/06/2026: The wait times can be very long, as the inn is deservedly popular. They offer a creative menu and a very good selection of wines by the glass, including some from their own vineyard. Be sure to try the dumplings, as they offer new variations far removed from the usual bacon, cheese, and spinach dumplings, including asparagus, basil, arugula, buckwheat, and goat cheese dumplings, some of which are filled. In summer, they serve apricot dumplings, and in winter, nougat dumplings. The prices are reasonable for the quality. Highly recommended!

22/04/2026: Food was extremely delicious and the atmosphere was a cool vibe however service was very friendly, but extremely efficient.

12/04/2026: IT'S NOT AN ALL YOU CAN EAT. That said, I think the few negative reviews don't reflect reality at all: the place is always packed both at lunch and dinner, so there must be a reason. The food is good and fresh. The owner is very friendly, but the staff is a little less cheerful. If you're not in a hurry, you'll appreciate it more. I recommend it.

08/11/2025: A quick stop as a reward on the way home. Prices are perfectly reasonable. The service was friendly. There's also outdoor seating on the side.

03/03/2026: Very welcoming and clean atmosphere. Excellent service and very friendly staff. Pizza with various toppings. We were passing customers, but we appreciated the kind gift of two sorbets at the end of the meal, which was a pleasant surprise. Thank you. We had a great time. Highly recommended.

28/10/2025: The food was okay and the location was nice. Unfortunately, the impression was spoiled by the service and atmosphere. The person who served us was friendly at first, but when she realized that we didn't speak German fluently, she became quite rude. When asked if she knew English, she just said "no" and left, which was a bit awkward. She served us later, but without making any effort to communicate. Also, there were a lot of flies in the interior of the restaurant, which was not very pleasant. It's a shame, because the place has potential, but the overall impression was not the best.

06/01/2026: We ate very well. The owners were kind, friendly, and helpful in providing us with directions. The wine was truly good, fruity, light, and pleasant, even for those unfamiliar with it. We had an appetizer set out beautifully, as pictured, three first courses, including strangolaoreti (a type of pasta) and polenta with exceptional cod. And to top it all off, dessert was also included. Affordable prices.

20/12/2025: We went there for lunch with my in-laws for the first time. The restaurant has just one small, intimate dining room, typical of an osteria. The staff is incredibly kind and friendly, and the food is delicious and simple, ranging from the classic tagliatelle with ragù to the potato roll with spinach and ricotta. Everything was delicious. Not to mention the desserts; I had the cheesecake, which was fantastic. I highly recommend stopping by if you're passing by.

28/12/2025: I went for pizza with friends on December 27th and found the place cold (inside temperature) with a draft due to the doors being left open. The pizzas got cold quickly and weren't great. The staff was annoyed after we refused to ask if we wanted anything else. We didn't even have time to get up before they came to clean the table while we were putting on our jackets.

01/03/2026: Position is very good and the room are clean, even if overpriced, but it’s crazy that an hotel on the slopes don’t have a luggage deposit service, they told me that they couldn’t keep my luggage for my last day of ski and also they ask me to free the parking spot, so basically I had to find a new park and leave all my luggage on the street, even my computer. That’s a poor service and for sure Not a service aligned with the price of the room.

12/02/2026: Conveniently located guesthouse in the center of Corvara, right between the Boé lift and the Col Alto lift. Both lifts are within walking distance. From the Col Alto, you can even ski back to the guesthouse (across the street). Both lifts provide access to the Sella Ronda. Corvara is also an excellent starting point for other hikes. Friendly owners. A cheerful welcome at breakfast every morning at 7:30 am. The breakfast was excellent, by the way. There was a wide selection. Egg dishes were made to order every morning, so there was plenty of variety. Cakes, biscuits, and sweet croissants were also available. Parking was available in a spacious parking space in a covered parking garage. The (standard) room was basic, unfortunately without a balcony. The room wasn't oversized, and the space around the bed was actually limited. The bed was fine. The bathroom was clean and tidy, with everything you need. The bathroom was a bit dated (1970s). The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean. Excellent Wi-Fi. The guesthouse is located on a main road and near the church. It snowed twice overnight, and then they cleared the snow very early in the morning. The beeping of the snowplows when reversing was particularly annoying. And if the snowplows didn't wake you up, you were woken every day at 7:00 a.m. by the very loud church bells. Street noise was also clearly audible, so light sleepers should be aware of this. We turned this necessity into a virtue by having breakfast at 7:30 a.m. every morning, allowing us to start skiing at 8:30 a.m. The ski launch was in the ski room. Very small and cramped. With four people, it was already full. A plus was the boot heater. Even when it was hot, it was wonderful to slip into warm ski boots. We found the price-quality ratio of this guesthouse to be excellent. Our rating for this guesthouse is 4.5.

25/01/2026: I was looking for a good burger in Bolzano and found this place on Google. It's a tiny place in the center of Bolzano, with a counter and four chairs inside. I got a classic burger and a chili cheese dog for a total of €16.80, not a lot but not a small amount either. Having seen the old reviews, I assume the price goes up every year. The gentleman who served me was friendly and kind. They even put a small nougat in the package. I didn't wait long, maybe 5 minutes. Next to the place is a park with a beautiful view, where I think it would be ideal to bring my order and eat there. That was my initial plan, but since it was snowing, I preferred to eat inside, where fortunately there was a free seat. The hotdog was spectacular, the sausage was delicious and of excellent quality, and the bun was also fresh and soft. If I ever get a craving for hotdogs again, I'd probably come back here :)

09/06/2026: A fantastic bar with delicious drinks and very friendly and helpful service. Excellent value for money, and they even include snacks with your Aperol. Highly recommended!
