26/06/2025: Cantato place, good service Wide passage.

30/04/2025: A total disappointment, saved only by the view Really bad experience. The waiter was rude and unprofessional, he almost seemed annoyed by our presence. The food was disappointing: tasteless dishes, measly portions and prices absolutely disproportionate to the quality offered. The place is old, neglected and decidedly not very clean. The only positive note is the view, truly suggestive, but unfortunately it is not enough to justify such a disappointing lunch. I don't recommend it.

27/08/2025: A nice place with very friendly staff. The only flaws, in my opinion, are the acidic coffee and the brioches with very little filling. I highly recommend it if you like good coffee!

17/06/2025: Unfortunately, I have to note that for some time now they have been putting very little filling in the brioche. The dough is good but the inside is almost empty. That said, the staff is friendly and the environment is welcoming.

04/09/2025: Unfortunately, for the past year, pizzas have been delivered incorrectly more often. Things get forgotten, or the pizza has completely melted! It used to be a thousand times better! What a shame... the youngest should think about it.

29/08/2025: Unfortunately, the pizza isn't good anymore, and it's incredibly expensive! We paid €41.50 for three takeout pizzas (at a price of no less than €13 each). The pizzas were very ordinary, not gourmet, and we ate them at home, at our own expense. We've always bought pizza from Pizza Express; it used to be delicious, but unfortunately, we learned (after ordering it) that it's been under new management, and it shows. What a shame.

23/05/2025: Esperienza bruttissima la cameriera ha iniziato ad urlare ad una donna nera solamente perché si era seduta accanto a noi (siamo state noi ad invitarla) non voleva nemmeno portarle il cibo, all’uscita si è intromesso anche il marito e l’hanno minacciata dicendole che non può più venire, onestamente siamo rimaste scioccate perché non è il modo di trattare le persone, non torneremo più.

10/08/2025: An impulse purchase, as I'm a pine essence lover. This cream is nothing more than sweetened condensed milk; the mountain pine essence is completely invisible, neither to the smell nor to the taste. The packaging lists the website dolomiti-shop.it, but there's no mention of the product on the website. I don't question the quality of other products in the shop, but one thing that's quite disconcerting is the very high prices for products that are certainly unique, but can be found anywhere else at a lower price.

07/09/2025: I wish I hadn't given any stars at all! The staff were very rude, even though we were there with Italians. They gave us strange looks and a rude waitress. Even worse, when my cousin told him in Italian that we wanted to get up, he said, "Why, you ordered, it's already served, you can't get up." It's truly unbelievable. I've never had such rude waiters in my life!

18/08/2025: To not rate this 5star you're a fool. Excellent pasta and pizza. Great vegetarian option also. Superb value for money.

16/08/2025: Appetizer: Salted meat, 3 slices, €13, which is too much. I finished it in 1 minute. Elsewhere, you spend the same and eat more. We waited a long time, especially due to the organization of the restaurant/kitchen. The octopus salad, €19, was a bit too much, but it was good. To be honest, if they were to ask me if I had a good time with three of us, the answer would be no.

08/08/2025: The cashier serving customers today at 4:50 pm was shocked by her unacceptable behavior. We asked her for sweet pretzels, and she gave us some that weren't fresh! Then we asked her to change them, but she refused and swore in German! When I told her, "We understand what you're saying and will file a complaint against you through Google Reviews," she hit the pastries on the counter in a very rude manner. We asked her name, and she refused and continued speaking German. She is over 50 years old, has short curly hair, and wears glasses. I hope the store manager gives her a warning for bad behavior with tourists! The cashier serving customers today was shocked by her unacceptable behavior. When I told her, "We understand what you're saying and will file a complaint against you through Google Reviews," she slammed the pastries on the counter in a very vulgar manner. 31/08/2025: The place has a nice atmosphere, but unfortunately my experience was disappointing due to the truly poor service. The waitress was unprofessional and rude, making me feel uncomfortable during my visit. Therefore, it's difficult to recommend the place, which has potential but requires significant improvements in service and attention to detail. For this reason, I'm giving it only one star.

26/07/2025: I spontaneously bought myself an ice cream cone and I was absolutely thrilled, it was delicious!

10/08/2025: The products are excellent, but it's a bit pricey. The bread, which isn't made by them and is always in short supply because it's already sold out by 12, is the least good thing.

21/07/2025: Good products, but quite expensive. Extremely slow customer service, but that's typical of these areas.

15/01/2025: So we were there in October. I don't know the waitress or the boss, I was very nervous. He managed to pour a whole HOT chocolate all over my son. After asking a few times he finally brought a rag. New pants were broken. Yes, they were beige but unfortunately not anymore. I then immediately had to buy a pair of new pants. Skin almost burned. Ok, accidents happen. We were very relaxed and didn't complain at all. He said I should send the bills for the pants. He will do it through business liability insurance. Wonderful. Now he doesn't pay. He now says he was fired even though he named himself as the owner. Now he's insulting me on the phone. Also call me a Heart 4 recipient and ask what's the point about a pair of pants. The fact that he hurt my son and that my son bought the pants himself with his own money etc. doesn't matter to this dishonest person. Coffee was ok but not great. A bit cold to be honest. Incorrectly billed on top of that.

22/05/2025: I ask for a very hot macchiato. The information is lost from the cashier who makes me pay to the one who makes me the coffee: I get one that to call “lukewarm” is a euphemism and a lie, given that it is at room temperature. I don’t have time to ask to remake it because I would miss the train. But I wonder how it is possible that one can even think that a coffee that is not hot can be served: I am not the one who has to ask for hot coffee; it is the coffee that must arrive very hot automatically, because if a coffee is not hot, it does not exist. If someone wants lukewarm / room temperature / cold coffee, he/she should be the one to specify it.

11/05/2025: There was a dead spider on the sandwich, unfortunately I noticed it after a few bites, who knows how long that sandwich had been there. Never again.

15/07/2025: A small but fine selection of sweet treats – ideal for a snack. The sweets are fresh, well-made, and lovingly presented. I particularly liked the variety of flavors, which weren't too sweet but still very flavorful.

06/07/2025: 9 euros hahahahaha I took the small bag on too good to go worth 9 euros and they gave me a hard as marble maritozzo with spoiled cream that looked like butter and a kind of sour mini cassatina. Products from at least a day ago inedible. Wasted money, avoid
