Modern bar pizzeria restaurant between Trento and Bolzano, I ate the fixed price menu at lunchtime, excellent dishes, pennette with ortolana 🔝.

I hadn't been there for years, but I heard rumors that there was a really good chef there, so we decided to organize an evening. It was a pleasant rediscovery; fair prices, quick service, excellent food, and generous portions. I highly recommend trying the carbonara, which we finally have made "just right." BRAVO!
