As a regular visitor to Valdisole, this bar has become our go-to stop for lunch on trips. The quality and menu are restaurant-like, with everything cooked to order. There are no vacuum-packed, microwaved pasta dishes. The bar offerings (toast, piadinas, etc.) are also good and plentiful. Great attention to the ingredients. The service is also remarkable. They always brought us delicious canapés before the dishes. The coffee is always one of the best.
