We only had two slices of cake, which were delicious, but I think the menu was excellent, too. The service was courteous, fast, and friendly. If you're in the area, stop by.

It's a 20-minute walk from the shuttle's arrival. The return journey is all downhill on foot; we did it with a stroller and it took us just over an hour. The food was divine, especially the pappardelle with game ragù, which was fantastic, but also the spetzle and goulash. Very friendly service.

We reached Baita Ciampe after a beautiful hike. The owners are very nice and helpful. I ate an excellent pork shank. On the way back, we rented a sled for the descent to Malga Crocifisso, and I must say I had a blast. I felt like a child again. I highly recommend this place.
