13/07/2025: Beautifully situated farm with a farm shop. The apple balsamic vinegar is a must! We go there just for that. The beer garden is fantastic, and the snacks are delicious! They have their own vegetable garden (exemplarily planted) and a great place to stroll around. We visit twice a year! And we've already reordered the vinegar online!

26/07/2025: A very touristy place, offering a wide variety of dishes (which initially put us off), but it turned out to be really good. Do yourself a favor: order the pork shank...amazing! The (craft) beers are also really good.

05/09/2025: What an amazing rifugio! It’s a cozy little hut with only about 24 beds, which makes it feel really special. The people there are incredibly welcoming and put so much care into every detail, making our stay truly unforgettable. The place had such a charming atmosphere—with comfy bed sheets, a crackling chimney, a stove to keep us warm—and the food honestly felt like it came from a 5-star restaurant.

03/09/2025: A stunning refuge, right on the Selle Pass, at the start of the via ferrata named after Bepi Zac, father of the refuge's current manager. The beauty of this place is that it isn't (yet) served by lifts or public roads, so it can only be reached on foot. Prices are in line with those of other Dolomite refuges. The service is simple but very friendly.

14/08/2025: As a Roman, I can say this is the best Roman-style pizza I've ever eaten. The location is adorned with traditional wooden owls, and the service is attentive and fast. I highly recommend it.

05/07/2025: A little more hidden, but all the better! A very attentive waitress gave us a warm welcome and prepared a wonderful evening. The food was amazing, probably the best pasta I've ever eaten. The chef also greeted us warmly and made us feel welcome and at home. Thank you very much!

The kindness of the staff is something truly rare: authentic, thoughtful, never intrusive. They make you feel immediately at home, creating a familiar and relaxed atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. At the table, you feel pampered like in a starred restaurant — an authentic Michelin experience without the rigidity that often accompanies it. Every detail is taken care of with passion and love for the profession. A piece of heartfelt advice: be wary of negative reviews. They are clearly written by those who cannot accept the success of others. Here you eat very well, you feel good, and you always want to come back. A real gem. Congratulations!

05/08/2025: Simply an extraordinary experience!! The location, even from the outside, takes you back in time. Inside, the beautiful, all-wood rooms make everything very warm and welcoming! The very kind and attentive staff will pamper you throughout your stay. Currently, the menu is only à la carte, featuring traditional South Tyrolean ingredients and recipes. Everything is excellent, especially the tartare, risotto, and schnitzel (the best I've ever eaten)... you can taste the work of chef Norbert Niederkofler!! It's worth a visit, especially now that it's not yet well-known and has received numerous awards.

24/08/2025: We stopped by on our last day of vacation for lunch. The lasagna and piadina were excellent. Giuseppe, the owner, was very friendly and had a quick wit, a true Romagnolo. 👍🏻 We'll definitely be back next year.

05/08/2025: We were truly delighted at this restaurant in Sutrio. Let's start by saying that the view of the valley is exceptional, both from the outside and inside. The à la carte menu offers interesting selections of premium cuts of meat, as well as much more. Prices are moderate and in line with the local area. The staff is truly friendly. I highly recommend it!

25/05/2025: Very high standard fine-dining experience. We both had the 14 course tasting menu. Each dish was interesting and playful with flavours. Interesting use of various leafs in some of the courses, and they have clearly taken care to source incredible ingredients for the various dishes. View of the kitchen whilst dining is fun and the head chef takes his time to visit the tables during the service

The restaurant's dishes are also meticulously crafted, and you can taste the chef's passion in every dish. The service is friendly, attentive, and fast, with staff always smiling and helpful. The atmosphere is welcoming, perfect for a romantic dinner or an evening with friends or family. I will definitely return and recommend it to anyone seeking authenticity and flavor.

29/08/2025: On our last evening, we went to La Berlera following an insider tip. The reservation was easy via WhatsApp, and we were able to snag a beautiful spot in the restaurant – the ambiance is phenomenal. We received a very warm welcome and were shown to our seats. We then received a brief introduction to the off-menu dishes, allowing us to decide at our leisure. During this time, we were greeted with a welcome from the kitchen, along with bread and olive oil. To sum it up, the visit was fantastic. From the food to the wine, to the service, everything was perfect. We'll definitely be back :)
