04/08/2024: Random stop during a trip, very nice place and courteous and fast staff. Chose a Timber Burger l, excellent quality ingredients and well cooked meat. The only flaw was perhaps the bread was a little too dry, but nothing major. It's a shame that due to the rush we weren't able to taste the desserts, which were certainly inviting. However, the environment, the service and the accessories underline a certainly positive attention to detail. Advised.

01/08/2024: Truly original and delicious burgers. Quality zero kilometer meat and fish. A wide range of choices and sauces. The plus is the non-fried chips. Lots of attention to waste and friendly service.

Carefully prepared dishes with surprising combinations, a welcoming environment, impeccable and friendly service, honest prices for the quality offered make it a perfect destination for a dinner out of town. We arrived from Milan and it is easily reachable… I will tell everyone!!! Thanks to the owners and friends who made us discover it.

14/07/2024: Last night my husband and I decided to try the cuisine of this restaurant that intrigued us. Although we had no expectations, the experience was very positive. Refined cuisine, quiet and relaxing environment and top notch service. We'll be back.

26/08/2024: We have been frequenting this charming restaurant for about ten years, having a holiday home in the Molveno area. The food is excellent, the owners are exquisite, the waiters are very knowledgeable, kind and punctual, the location is fabulous, with a veranda overlooking the lake which we have always requested. However, I must point out a recent change to the service, the self-service vegetable buffet with small bowls available has become paid for, I find this more than understandable, but on the last occasion we saw €15 for two charged on our bill small bowls of salad, frankly excessive. I recommend caution on this point, it risks becoming a rather negative return point. Even the sliced ​​fruit, usually served sliced ​​on the plate, was served to us in a fruit salad bowl and paid €7, I didn't like this either. I hope it is an "August effect" and that we can soon return to the usual reasonableness. The Char Molvenese style is truly superb! See you soon.

22/08/2024: The meal was excellent. We chose the dish of the day. The service was very friendly and good 👍. Price and performance very good. A real recommendation. Definitely very romantic in the evening. We'll definitely come back.

01/09/2024: Pay attention to the type of rooms, some are very old and absolutely do not have 4-star comfort: they are very small (little bigger than the bed), dark, noisy, without a shower but a bathtub with a plastic curtain. When I pointed out that the room was not a 4-star hotel, they replied that stars are not given to rooms.

25/08/2024: We only had lunch in this place, but the restaurant is really beautiful and well-kept, an excellent location for visiting the historic center of Vipiteno. Great food, friendly staff, reasonable prices considering the location. We particularly highlight the butter dumplings and the potato ravioli with mushrooms. Absolutely recommended

25/08/2024: Very clean, recently renovated and comfortable room, quiet, soft sheets. Extremely clean, modern and very spacious bathroom. In the evening we decided to have dinner in the hotel restaurant: we had the best dumplings we have ever eaten and we are in Alto Adige very often. I had a truly perfect risotto with parsley, cacio pepe and chanterelles. Result: we have already planned to return with the family in autumn!

25/08/2024: We had dinner a few nights ago in this very nice and characteristic restaurant. The lady who served us was really very helpful and attentive. We ordered a trio of dumplings and tortelli, a mixed salad and for dessert a slice of buckwheat cake with blueberries and cream, all accompanied by some good house wine and a grappa. All delicious and also very well presented. Average prices but very high quality. Very satisfied, if we end up in those parts we will definitely return.

19/08/2024: We had dinner at this restaurant one evening during our stay in Natz and it was a pleasant surprise. Bearing in mind that I am a vegetarian, I was amazed by the numerous alternatives offered and the quality of the ingredients. They were all delicious, original and well plated. We had a mushroom risotto, a trio of dumplings and ravioli and a vegetable lasagna. Everything really delicious! Finally strudel and dumplings with apricot which made both me and my boyfriend fall in love. The staff was very kind. Highly approved!

21/08/2024: A fabulous boutique Hotel!! It is the first time we have stayed in this small boutique hotel located in Racines near Vipiteno. Upon our arrival we were pleasantly impressed by the modern structure of the Hotel, the care of the furnishings and the availability and professionalism of the staff. We chose a Superior double room of approximately 25 m2 on the third floor with a balcony and mountain views. Very large room, very comfortable "King Size" bed, minimal style furnishings with soft colors and natural materials, equipped with every comfort including bathroom with rain shower, personal hygiene products, bathrobes, wellness bag with towels , Smart TV, WIFI internet connection, minibar, safe and hairdryer. The cleaning and tidying up of the room is carried out correctly. The small indoor heated swimming pool is located in the small but welcoming SPA area, and is very comfortable also due to the presence of a nice hydromassage. The restaurant's gastronomic offer focuses on truly tasty refined dishes made with excellent raw materials. The evening menu, for half board, is made up of five courses, with the possibility of variations, as well as a rich buffet of salads and vegetables for a fabulous dinner. Buffet breakfast excellent in both variety and quality, both sweet and savory. Staff available, friendly and professional. The prices of the stay are excellent compared to the proposal and the quality of the services offered by the Hotel, we can't wait to return.

16/08/2024: The hotel is magnificent. The rooms are spacious, very modern and tidy. We had a balcony with an amazing view. The service was impeccable. Very very friendly, very very attentive. The breakfast was delicious, great selection, you could even squeeze juice yourself. Everything was fresh. The dinner was also great. The bus runs right next to the hotel and the location is otherwise very good. There is a magnificent gorge nearby. I can absolutely recommend the hotel. Price performance is simply mega.

03/06/2024: We discovered the Greiterhof by chance on our hike, were warmly welcomed and were very enthusiastic about the view over Merano. Unfortunately, because it was raining, we couldn't use the comfortable seats outside. The food made from local products was beautifully prepared and we enjoyed it very much (schnitzel was excellent). We recommend.

30/05/2024: We had booked the parking space for one night for our T5 and a table in the rustic restaurant for the 3-course menu at short notice. The Greiterhof can be reached via a very narrow serpentine road. Pitches are ok, toilet very clean. The view of Meran is indescribably beautiful. We were personally warmly welcomed by the boss Alexander and immediately felt at home. After a little drink in the garden, we went to the restaurant for dinner. We were surprised, the menu was a poem. The ingredients are from our own cultivation, our own breeding. Together with the beautiful ambience, it was a wonderful experience. Gladly again. 5 Stars

22/08/2024: Very kind staff, always attentive to every request. Clean, simple but efficient rooms and hotel, nothing is missing. In my opinion, the location is optimal because it is very close to the center with every type of shop.

14/08/2024: Family run hotel. Spacious and very clean rooms. Good quality restaurant with typical local cuisine. Excellent strategic location, close to the train and bus stations which, with a card they give you, are free and very convenient for moving around the valley.
