We returned two nights in a row: abundant and delicious dishes.
The first night, risotto with local sausage and radicchio, polenta with venison and mushrooms, all amazing. The second night, two pizzas, also delicious.
The staff is super friendly and fast.
We will definitely be back.
There's a large parking lot outside; you have to wait a bit, but it's worth it.

We tried this pizzeria at the recommendation of friends. I was immediately struck by the warm welcome, the elegant table linens on the tables, and the pizzas were simply amazing, with a very light, crunchy dough and excellent toppings. The attentive service from the wait staff was much appreciated.
You've stayed in our thoughts, and we'll definitely be back next year.

Welcome to the restaurant with the most owls in Europe! In addition to the characteristic owls, the food is excellent, with friendly service and a prime location. Try the exceptional dumplings.

During our weekend in Carisolo, we decided to dine at La Civetta.
It's located in a small mountain village with a beautiful view.
There's private parking for guests, as well as nearby parking.
On Friday evening, we found a free table right away, while on Saturday evening, there were a lot of people waiting for a table, although I must say the wait wasn't long.
A wide selection of pizzas for all tastes, thinly rolled dough, generous with ingredients, and not heavy.
The price is a little above average, but worth it for the quality of the food.

Despite the sisterly bond that ties me to a friend who has been an integral part of my life for almost 30 years, only this evening did I have the opportunity to eat at La Civetta, a restaurant that her husband runs with his family. Completely separating the emotional sphere and relying on objectivity, I feel I've never eaten such a good pizza. Light and well-leavened dough, with a perfectly crispy crust and fresh, flavorful ingredients. Highly recommended.
