We'd like to give special mention to the pecorino and cheese platter (served with a selection of truly delicious jams and sauces, and a focaccia that rivals our Genovese) and their consistently excellent wines. 08/05/2026: I had been to this restaurant a few years ago and had eaten very well. I went there again a few days ago and the management had changed and the chef had changed. The menu also offers very few dishes where you can't find real Tuscan cuisine.

20/01/2026: Two pizzas and two beers for €56. Too much, both for tourists and especially for locals. Very fast service; the pizza arrives very quickly, and just as quickly (with the pizza still on the table) the waiter almost sends you away. Nice atmosphere. Good pizza, but average, nothing special.

12/06/2026: My hubby and I had a great meal at this lively and fun filled pizzeria. We went on a Friday night and the place was packed with families and couples. The owner/host made us feel welcome and we ordered the fried stuffed olives and mozzarella to start. Delicious.!! Then came 2 faboulous pizzas and wine. The pizzas were great!!! Sadly, we had no room for dessert. The staff worked well together, creating a warm and welcoming experience.

11/06/2026: The waitress who served us was rather unfriendly; she seemed unwilling to serve us because she couldn't understand us in our broken Italian, English, or Spanish. We asked for fries with side dishes, and she didn't even notice. The pizzas are very good, typical Italian thin-crust pizzas baked in a wood-fired oven, like the ones you can get at any Tagliatella restaurant, which really bring back the authentic taste of Italy. The place is nice, with parking nearby. I can't comment on the hotel because I didn't stay there; this review is for the restaurant. It's inexpensive, but the food is quite good.

05/04/2026: Looking for a place to have dinner, we accidentally found this place and had dinner there. The salad and two entrees were very well received, and the service was friendly, helpful, and fast. We recommend it!

17/03/2026: Stayed here for couple of nights. The hotel is attached to an enoteca where you can do wine tasting and do breakfast (need to ask in advance for an additional fee). The staff members were really helpful - I had a special request which was very well taken care by the hotel manager. The hotel is close to the entrance of Montepulciano old city. There are several restaurants and bars nearby for you to choose.

01/06/2026: Incredibly delicious gluten free pici pasta with a bright and flavorful tomato sauce. We loved everything we ate here and found the service to be extra helpful in navigating our dietary restrictions.

24/05/2026: A truly pleasant and surprising experience. Lunch today with great friends, the food was truly delicious. I highly recommend the Pici all'aglione, they're delicious. Impeccable service, the waiter was truly kind, knowledgeable, and friendly. A must try!

06/05/2026: I was on my way home and decided to stop off the highway to break up the journey. It couldn't have been a better choice! Perfect place for a quick, quality meal. I followed the advice of the very kind waitress and ordered the homemade pasta with their ragù: simply spectacular. Quick service, excellent staff, and a truly fair price/quality ratio.

20/11/2025: Best vineyard tour and wine tasting we have ever experienced. Svetlana (tour guide) was extremely knowledgeable and more than willing to share! Would HIGHLY recommend to anyone coming to the area!

14/05/2026: This is the ideal perch to explore the highlights of Tuscany from. The rooms are clean and budget friendly, excellent value, but what really stands out is the service. Carolina was so helpful on everything from sight seeing to parking logistics. She made us feel like family. Oh and never skip the breakfast. It is quite a spread. 10/10 would stay here again.
