02/10/2023: From a shop like this you would expect genuine and natural products, but if you look closely at the list of ingredients you will be disappointed. We bought some Ricciarelli and it was a total disappointment. This product of medieval origin should be the result of an ancient and consequently natural recipe, simple in preparation, especially if purchased from a local laboratory. The list of ingredients on the bottom is truly impressive!!! Apart from sugar in all its forms (sugar, icing sugar, glucose syrup, caramelized sugar, fructose and sucrose) I can't understand why a product sold as artisanal contains: - Ammonium bicarbonate - ethyl alcohol - Acidifier E296 - Preservative E202 - Xatane gum In the end, the Ricciarelli purchased at the Coop are more genuine, they cost less and cause less harm! If you don't care what you eat then you're free to eat peacefully. For me it's no!!!!
