22/03/2025: Very suggestive place, very good food (the cutting board is a bit poor for the price) I highly recommend.

19/03/2025: I went there for the first time a few weeks ago, I had heard good things about it and I can actually say that the food is good, as a welcome they immediately leave you some focaccia and olives and cured meats, as a welcome I have to say the Right here, one of the two waitresses was a bit sulky and hasty, the place is half empty so I don't see the rush. A very nice place, the only flaw is the Salty bill, a bit of a tourist trap. For a small mixed meat appetizer, two first courses and a second course, a dessert, without wine, with water and without coffee, a nice blow of 84 euros! Would I go back? No, but I'll leave it 4 stars anyway out of fairness because we ate well

10/03/2025: Cena al ristorante S.Elena a Buggiano Castello, parcheggio gratuito, bella location con un magnifico panorama, cortese e professionale accoglienza da parte del signor Mario e di tutto lo staff Signora Federica e signor Simone, ottimi cibi sapientemente cucinati dalla signora Monica ed ottimo rapporto prezzo-qualità.

26/02/2025: At Zaira only breakfast and lunch, but you can eat until 2.30pm and 3.30pm. Very good and plentiful express dishes, quick service and very kind waitresses. We must return to taste the desserts, which are many and all homemade, which we are told are the house specialty.

31/03/2025: The small pizza and the large pizza are actually the small pizza and the normal pizza, there is nothing large in terms of pizza! so if you're hungry, take the normal one with the addition of a reinforcement because the dough is fine! I didn't like the addition of 3.50 euros for the wholemeal dough, everywhere the maximum is 1 euro! Average quality

13/03/2025: Excellent pizza with delicious combinations; well digestible mixture. I recommend the carbonara with pumpkin cream and crispy bacon. Good selection of beers. I'll be back to try the scrocchia. Prices in line with the quality of the products. Very kind owner.

11/03/2025: The best. The other high-end pizzerias in Pistoia have poor services and chaos in the dining room. Bargello is the only place that combines the quality of the pizza and the quality of the evening.

20/03/2025: My experience eating at this restaurant was terrible and the worst. I don't recommend it. I went to dinner with a friend, and when we arrived, they looked at us with contempt, but we continued and didn't pay attention. We spoke to the waitress (a woman with short hair), who looked at us, turned her back on us, and left. The other waiter (a tall, very robust man) approached our table without taking our order, asking directly and bluntly, "Where are we from?" He kept giving us dirty looks and rushing us to eat; we weren't the only ones. And when she served my wine, the waitress, who for some reason didn't like me, put her whole arm in my face to serve me the wine. I'm honestly speechless, and I've never been so mistreated and discriminated against.

20/03/2025: The interior space is large, neat and clean. I went to eat the shank and I was not disappointed. Accompanied by roast potatoes and cabbage. The shank was well cooked. I left satisfied.

19/03/2025: Very pleasant atmosphere. Large and airy environment, even when it is full you don't feel oppressed. The smoking area is correctly arranged outside, on the veranda. The room is well heated in winter and cooled in summer. The service is very good. The waiters are kind and patient, they know what they're doing. The typical Tyrolean uniforms are fun. They also organize themed evenings (karaoke, quizzes with prizes...) They have a loyalty card with points collection and therefore discounts. The food is very good and there is a lot of variety. Excellent beers on tap, including artisanal ones. Of course the prices are not exactly cheap. Advised

18/03/2025: Accommodated our whole group (53). The man working was fantastic. Gelato is the best I’ve had in Italy. We were also in and out in around 30 minutes. We plan to return tomorrow night.

17/11/2024: The ice cream shop is not a shop but a jewelry boutique. It goes without saying how good his ice cream is, Andrea is a master and his creations are works of art. Behind tireless laboratories are hidden perfumes, memories, emotions, enjoyment through a simple cup or one of its fruits (true art) dug and filled with "its" fruit. The highest quality raw material is a cornerstone in his laboratory, as is seasonality, well-being towards the consumer for products that are good for you, and through his mastery in always creating something unrepeatable and unique. Each season has its own predefined fruit flavour, coming from observation and care of the primary product, and the part of its creams are clear, decisive, no-frills "flavours", which reach the heart. Its double cream, salted pistachio. An ice cream that doesn't make you drink liters of water, that fills you up and takes you anywhere and at any time. Its fruit is real fruit, but the best, the one you would never be able to find. Its fat-free and lactose-free chocolate, real chocolate. His summer granitas, whipped for hours and hours. I will never thank Andrea and his family enough for the emotions he manages to give us with his ice cream... and much more. Grateful to have you as an excellence in our territory.
