27/07/2025: Abbiamo optato per un filetto alla griglia che ha lasciato molto a desiderare..... stracotto e insipido..... a mio modo non sarebbe neanche stato il caso di portarlo.... abbiamo speso in 5 €. 175,00 per 4 spritz, due bottiglie di acqua un piatto a testa di cui un primo ed un maialino di latte, quattro contorni (che sei obbligato a prendere in quanto il piatto viene portato esclusivamente con tre foglie rucola), tre dessert e quattro caffè.... stracaro......

27/07/2025: Cena per 2. un antipasto misto coi salumi del triglia e li vai sul sicuro e un tagliolino al tartufo un po indietro di sale a mio gusto e quindi chiedo a uno dei camerieri di poter avere al tavolo sale e pepe, ma mai mi sono stati serviti. Come secondo un maialino al forno, non un granché, secco e palesemente riscaldato, fuori caldo e interno freddo, e un filetto al gorgonzola ,buono , da bere una bottiglia d'acqua ,una di vino frizzante della casa ,2 birre icnusa 33cl e poi 4 amari (2 a testa).... totale € 130,00!!!! Roba da matti!! Servizio gentile ma poco attento ,a tratti confusionario. il rapporto qualità prezzo è molto sbilanciato a mio parere,a questi prezzi si mangia in pianura coi piedi nella sabbia!!! Sconsigliato!!!!

24/09/2025: It was okay, but nothing special. Drinks are served in 1.5-liter bottles. The staff doesn't know what they're doing.

02/11/2025: I'm sorry for the sultan, but the food was DISGUSTING, DISGUSTING, DISGUSTING: FROZEN pizza kebab, poorly cooked and with worse toppings. Let me explain: the pizza base was a slice of Margherita, frozen and kept in an oven (apparently turned off) for far too short a time, and the toppings were severely lacking: we're talking about a small kebab, a drizzle of sauce, and about 3 fries, not to mention the bland salad. The falafel sandwich was disgusting. Let's move on to the service: at the cash register, everything was fine, but the service had CLEAR, and I repeat CLEAR, communication problems (many), and in fact, when we specifically requested NOT to add onion, the onion was promptly added. We weren't asked what topping to add to the pizza kebab; it was chosen by the "chef," who did everything and the opposite of everything. The fries on the menu were NOT delivered to us; we asked for them over and over again, and just as many times they weren't listened to. The place is OK.

01/11/2025: Arriving here for lunch after a day in Lucca, the desire to return within the city walls immediately became greater than the desire to stay inside this place. When you buy a piadina, you're given no proof of purchase, and the piadina attendant repeatedly asks if the piadina has been paid for. The cleanliness is truly appalling; ingredients are moved from one tray to another with the same ladle or by hand, with no regard for hygiene standards. The prices are different from those displayed on the poster, which are clearly higher. The quantity of food served is truly negligible: a slice of tomato and three chips in a piadina. The sauces are drained before being added to the piadina, to avoid overserving. Ignoring the fact that orders are taken superficially, the piadinas are served with ingredients other than those requested; hair has even been found in the piadinas.

25/07/2025: The owner claims her bar is different, and she's right: I've never seen a bar where they charge you for what you don't order. I paid by card and found myself short €2.50 because the "lady" had the audacity to charge me for a can of Coke I didn't ask for simply because she decided that was the right thing to do with my card. She deserves a complaint. The high rating for service is only due to the presence of evening staff, who could easily be employed during the day with much better results. One piece of advice would be to avoid using other people's money to settle the bill at the end of the day, so it's better to avoid spending money on crap like cherry cola and the like that nobody cares about, and turn on the air conditioning. And others I won't mention because it's already embarrassing. Terrible.

23/06/2025: Pilgrims, move on, the water tap is located opposite near the shopping center, opposite the ice cream parlor.

16/08/2025: While wandering around Tonfano, I decided to stop at this ice cream shop/bar. We sat down, and I have to say it was a very nice place, but the service and product quality weren't. For what you pay and what you get, it was well below average. I'll leave a photo of the half-empty Moscow Mule. I didn't point out the lack of quantity because the service was VERY slow. I don't recommend it for drinks. I can't comment on the ice cream.

26/06/2025: Bad experience unfortunately. They brought us a bottle of water all dirty with dirt. The ice cream was expensive and not particularly tasty. Nice atmosphere but with dirty chairs.

16/09/2025: Nice place with good capacity, good coffee and decent food at this plaza. Breakfast or a late evening snack and most occasions in between. Good for your everyday and a place in the shade on warm days.

14/11/2025: The restaurant enjoys a charming natural setting just steps from the lake. However, in my opinion, the interior, especially the terrace, could use a makeover. I also didn't find the food to my liking, as it was far too salty. We ordered mushroom fettuccine for four, and everyone at the table agreed. The staff was unwilling to replace the dishes, claiming they were incorrect without further explanation. Therefore, I can't say I had a good experience.

28/09/2025: The owner is a rude person who, without knowing us and only by phone after having paid for the overnight stay without a refund, sent my husband "fuck you" in exact words, screaming and saying to never contact him again. A real villain, I strongly advise against it! I WOULD REMOVE HIM FROM ALL SITES as well as REMOVE THEIR LICENSE. We are forced to put a star otherwise the review will not be published. Other than stars, STABLE

17/09/2025: First, we were seated at a dirty table. The portions are very small—no adult will be able to fill them up—and yet they cost almost twice as much as other restaurants nearby. Well, it's our own fault for not reading the reviews first.

06/11/2025: If I could give a -10 rating, I would for sure... the tables were dirty, we paid 15 euros for the worst Spritz I've ever had, they didn't even bring us chips or anything with the cocktail... I would never go back and I also highly recommend going somewhere else, it's definitely better anywhere, absolutely horror place!!!

26/08/2025: I've known this place for many years and can say it's seen better days. The bar and restaurant are a bit dated and sparse, lacking many products and, above all, not at all updated to what today's clientele wants. In fact, the places before and after are packed, and this one is perpetually empty... There must be a reason. It's a shame, let's hope it recovers.

12/07/2025: Great bar, shame there's no table service. If you ask, they don't bring anything. You have to make do. I understand why. It's always empty in the evening. There are four people in the bar, only one behind the counter!!! It's a real shame. Rating worse than zero. Super negative experience. I hope they read reviews so they can change something.

12/09/2025: The food was frozen and cold, and you could tell it had been heated in a microwave. Very bad and really suspicious.

15/08/2025: when we first arrived they said the parking was 10 euro. we payed ten euros and when we were walking out of the parking lot they tried to make us pay AGAIN. but we didnt because it was obvious they were trying to scam us. when we got sat down the waiter didnt even try to be kind at all and told us we cant order very different plates because it was a holiday, but when we looked around the waiters were bringing very different dishes to everyone else (probably because we were tourists and the others were locals). Dishes were terrible , we got preheated pasta with canned sauce (we recognised it) and it was literally cold. We didnt even wait for the next dish because it was so bad. Terrible food and terrible customer service

26/04/2025: Terrible service, the barista was rude from the start, responding terribly to every request. Not to mention the coffee and ginseng. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, avoid this place.

26/04/2025: Terrible experience from the start. The waitress, and I presume the owner, was extremely rude. One of us customers had an ice cream we needed from a nearby ice cream shop, but we asked to sit there and order anyway. The girl with the ice cream was allowed to do so. However, when our order was brought, the waitress rudely said she couldn't finish her ice cream there, concluding with a rude "do as you please." I should point out that the customer with the ice cream had finished her order (paying an exorbitant price) and that the place doesn't make ice cream! The lady isn't suited to working with the public. In fact, when I pointed out that she had been very rude for no reason, she verbally attacked me. I told her there was no need to raise her voice and said "goodbye." She replied, telling me not to come back. She kicked me out. It was intolerable!
