23/05/2025: Just as a good country inn should be: excellent, no-nonsense food, very fair prices, and prompt service. The house specialty, the panigacci (name of the restaurant), baked "live" bread, is especially worth trying as a starter or side dish.

05/05/2025: Questo ristorante, si trova sulla strada che collega Porto Azzurro a Lacona in località Valdana. Il locale è a conduzione familiare ed è gestito da una famiglia lunigianese e da qui deriva proprio il nome Panigacci, piatto tipico di quella zona, propone piatti a base di carne e pesce freschissimo, e soprattutto panigacci cotti come tradizione nei testi di terracotta al fuoco. La cosa importante ma non da sottovalutare è come vengono trattate le materie prime, direi in maniera egregia. Le porzioni sono abbondanti,  Il cuoco Alessandro è davvero bravo nel sul mestiere. Il personale è molto cortese, disponibile e professionale verso il cliente. Per non parlare del servizio che è rapido. L'ambiente è molto caratteristico e curato nei dettagli. Il ristorante è immerso nel verde e dispone di grande parcheggio, proprio lì davanti. Nell'insieme buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Ci tornerò sicuramente.

30/05/2025: An upscale restaurant with a view of the sea. In addition to the daily specials, there's a good selection of imaginatively prepared local dishes. The fish dishes are highly recommended, but there's also a decent pizza. My favorite is the sesame-coated tuna with rosemary potatoes. A must-try.

27/05/2025: Excellent service, delicious food, right by the sea, and dog-friendly. We were there on Monday lunchtime, two of us with our dog, were served promptly, and even the dog got a water bowl. We had bread beforehand, and we each had different pasta dishes with seafood and a dessert each. The food was all delicious, and the service was extremely attentive and friendly. We could definitely go back again during our vacation, even though we live on the other side of the island.

09/06/2025: Excellent food, friendly staff, nice/fun always ready for a joke. Small place with the possibility of eating outside. We booked with the fork with a 50% discount made at the cashier without having to ask for it. I recommend

15/05/2025: It was one of the best pizzas we ever have Had ! Crisp but really good thin bottom, pizza was a # so perfect in many ways, stuffing/ crisp/ just wow! Thank you very much for this pleasant and good surprice. I will visit Elba once more, just because of this pizza.

07/05/2025: Fixed stop every time I go to Elba (meet up with relatives) PHOTONIC chickpea cake!!! In my opinion the best on the island. This time I chose a schiaccina: very good, but the pizza is not deserving, I assure you Congratulations for the management of the service: we were over 20 people, and we were all super satisfied Until next time

10/06/2025: A pleasant change from other restaurants, Agriturismo il Palazotto is located in the middle of nature with a beautiful view. The owners were very friendly and tried to translate the personalized menu despite our limited Italian. The food was very tasty, mostly homemade.

20/05/2025: We were at this restaurant on Sunday 11th and Friday 16th May... it is located on the terrace of a building... it has tables inside and outside... pleasant background music... very attentive service. We ate tuna steak with chopped pistachios, mixed seafood grill, grilled vegetables, baked potatoes, cream ice cream with warm fig jam and the second time Maremma cutting board, tagliatelle with lobster, apple parfait on almond crumble. All very good... especially the tagliatelle with lobster.

22/06/2025: We had dinner in this restaurant which is located along the Vecchia Aurelia road, so easily visible when driving by. We sat in what can be considered a veranda which I found very welcoming. We ordered delicious fish dishes and they offered us a nice, fresh, sparkling white aperitif, much appreciated given the evening temperatures. They have a nice menu, very varied, the service is excellent and the dishes served are very delicious. Recommended!

22/06/2025: We ate very well and the service was impeccable, even the management of a small problem for the table reservation was handled and resolved in a professional manner. Highly recommended.

25/05/2025: Una sosta assolutamente consigliata in questo locale appena fuori le mura del grazioso centro storico, a 300 metri di altitudine. Ci si ferma qui per il panorama, grazie agli accoglienti tavolini all’aperto sul belvedere; per la gentile accoglienza del personale; per gli ottimi snack salati a prezzi accettabili; e per avere l’occasione di degustare la birra alla castagna dell’isola. 23/04/2025: Great little stop for a pint while exploring the beautiful island of Elba. Pint was cold and pizza sandwhich was perfect. And the view, oh the view - what a spot!

19/06/2025: Consiglio questo ristorante molto volentieri, il menù era ottimo, i camerieri gentilissimi e disponibili ed anche se ci sono stati dei fraintendimenti hanno risolto il problema con professionalità e cortesia, da tornarci sicuramente.

14/06/2025: Abituata in un modo, con la nuova gestione a cui auguro comunque buona fortuna, sono rimasta spiazzata. Condimenti in monoporzione, menu alleggerito ma di tanto e neanche uno spaghetto allo scoglio....tempi di attesa abbastanza lunghi rispetto a prima.....dolci??? Meglio lasciar perdere.....

22/05/2025: Delicious food, haven't had such good pasta in years. Friendly staff and music was great. Everyone was singing along. We had the deal of €25 per person for 4 types of pasta to share, water, drinks and even desserts. Super affordable! We could take the rest of the pasta home, this was great because we were full by number 3 😂😂

21/05/2025: Es agradable que tienen asientos al aire libre en una plaza, pero la comida no era la mejor y el servicio es lento. Tomé espaguetis carbonara. La panceta fue probablemente una de las mejores que he probado, desafortunadamente la salsa fue probablemente una de las peores que he probado. Basado en otras experiencias en Italia, no creo que sea muy auténtico.

27/04/2025: Truly fantastic 5 cheese pizza! We arrived very late, after 10.30pm and they welcomed us warmly. We opted to order takeaway because it was more convenient and we were treated well. Very fast and friendly. Therefore also recommended for latecomers.

05/06/2025: A beautiful location. The owner and staff are very friendly. The food was amazig, really good seafood and pizza. Would definitely recommend!

27/02/2025: Now a monthly habit. Excellent food, plentiful and seasoned. Normally we get 2 ounces of cake and a 5&5, we don't leave hungry, that's for sure. Nice place, fast and friendly service.
