Il miglior cacciucco di Livorno senza dubbio!!! Oltre a quello ho assaggiato ottime penne al granchio blu. La cucina è semplice ma gustosa, l’oste simpatico e generoso. Il locale è nel centro città, nella zona vecchia, chiamata La Venezia perché simile a Venezia e ai suoi canali.

Cercavo un posto semplice e l’ho trovato. Pasta ai ricci di mare discreto ma l’aglio ha ucciso il sapore dei ricci. Frittura di calamari super. Forse la migliore mai mangiata in zona. Baccalà arrosto super. Contorno di ceci favoloso. Vino della casa due caffè due coperti 48€. Peccato la zuppa di pesce livornese andava ordinata. Ci tornerò

Unpretentious out-of-the-way place. There is no menu, the proprietor describes what they have and you pick from his description. Same with the wine. It was a great experience. The food was good and simple. Most importantly, we were the only non-italians in the place during lunch. Recommend.

16/11/2023: Good trattoria restaurant offering traditional local and Tuscan dishes in general. Excellent cuisine. Good wine list. Quality raw materials. Courteous staff. Some internal rooms, one of which has vaulted brick ceilings and a stone wall. Large dehors used only in summer.
06/11/2023: Osteria della Val di Cornia, in the hinterland on the road leading to the beautiful village of Suvereto. Small and welcoming environment. Everyone is very kind and nice. We took a platter of mixed cured meats, a picio all'aglione, a Florentine tripe, a mixed salad, a trifle and two glasses of red. It was all very good. Prices commensurate with the raw materials therefore not low but you pay for the quality. Congratulations to the chef Annalisa and all the staff and see you next time.

18/11/2023: Serata tra amici in questo ristorante, è un locale alla buona, una locanda di altri tempi, abbiamo mangiato molto molto bene, la carne alla brace era ottima e morbida, oltre che abbondante gli altri piatti tutti buoni, e il conto piuttosto onesto. A presto
02/11/2023: Siamo andati in 4 persone ma questa volta abbiamo mangiato la pizza che era eccezionale...veramente buona. Una griglia fantastica...la prossima volta bistecca. Anche il prezzo eccezionale...veramente onesti.
