11/05/2025: We were with friends and we immediately breathed the air of the old-time trattoria. Nice place. Friendly staff. All good especially the meat. A sore point is the pizza which is thin like a biscuit. Excellent value for money. I recommend the fixed menu with meat.

09/06/2025: Stiamo stati a cena per due sere consecutive e abbiamo mangiato divinamente . L’atmosfera è spettacolare, sembra di essere immersi in contesto storico, circondati da pareti rocciose che raccontano di millenni. Ottimo il prodotto, impeccabile il servizio. Staff gentile, il proprietario una persona eccezionale. Eravamo di passaggio a Cortona ma credo che presto ritorneremo appositamente per ritornare a cena lì. La cena di per sé ha rappresentato un viaggio per noi! Grazie per la vs ospitalità

19/05/2025: Servicio hosco — camarero nunca volvió una vez para comprobar en nosotros. Mi chuleta de cerdo apenas podía cortarse con el cuchillo de carne; me preguntaba si el cuchillo estaba opaco. Mi amigo tenía el cacareado filete de vaca blanca que no se hizo por encargo y duro como los clavos. Este lugar no merece su gran reputación.

04/06/2025: I had gluten-free pasta, pomodoro with young garlic—it was the best pasta I've had on my Italian vacation! The hosts were very attentive and friendly, thank you very much!

03/06/2025: Jefe y rudo camarero jefe. Comida “turística” estúpida e insípida con opciones limitadas, no digna de la Toscana, pero a precios que rivalizan con la cocina toscana de primera clase.

The outside seating along an ancient pedestrian roadway with stone streets sets the atmosphere. The owner is super kind and helpful with great recommendations. An absolute must visit.

31/05/2025: For an authentic Italian experience, don't miss out on this wonderful cafe situated on a cobblestone street in beautiful Cortona. Ignore the professional trolls, this place has everything you want - style, atmosphere, welcoming staff and owners, and most importantly wonderful food. We have had both lunch and breakfast here and have not been disappointed. Come to Cortona, and come to Bar 500!

28/05/2025: I am a gourmet of Italian ice cream 🍦 and I always try new places if I have the opportunity. So I can recommend this place, pistachio is delicious. The coffee flavor also delighted me. Dark chocolate and straciatella 😋 it's a pity I didn't have room in my stomach for more 🥲🤣 I recommend it! If I'm supposed to be here, I'll definitely visit 👍

20/05/2025: Sometimes, regardless of where you are, you just want a great burger. In Cortana, that means Beerbone. After a careful two-minute conversation with the Italian waitress, we figured out both the burger I wanted and which beer I'd need to wash it down. Both were on my table e on minutes, and the burger was perfect. That Scottish beer was damned tasty, too!

15/06/2025: I had lunch with my partner and I have to say that the place is really beautiful and well-kept, surrounded by greenery just a stone's throw from the Casella A1 Valdichiana exit. Air-conditioned rooms, excellent and abundant food, welcoming and friendly STAFF.

02/06/2025: Structure located in a strategic place, you can easily reach the nearby towns, the rooms, with a small balcony that gives a beautiful landscape, are clean and spacious, courteous and competent staff. With large private and shaded parking.

23/06/2025: Unfortunately today I felt treated badly, like a tourist... I asked for a whole pizza, but I didn't see that there were two sizes... and so I had to pay for a giant pizza (it costs double obviously), which I couldn't finish eating. Next time, with foreigners who make the effort to speak Italian, maybe it would be better to help them instead of taking advantage of it to rip them off :-( Anyway, the pizza is very good.

22/06/2025: Delicious pizza and the owner is such a sweet person, she made a mini pizza the size of a 2 euro coin for my son. She is so nice!

02/06/2025: Abbiamo pranzato in questo locale e che dire, abbiamo stravolto i nostri piani per tornarci anche la sera! Cucina toscana autentica, cortesia del personale e rapporto qualità/prezzo super. Hanno anche un menú interamente senza glutine, sempre ricco di specialità della zona. Il costo è davvero giusto. Infine menzione d’onore per la proprietaria: la sua cortesia e l’attenzione che riserva ai clienti e’ cosa rara da trovare! Davvero consigliato

12/04/2025: Due ragazzi giovani a pranzo un tagliere per due composto da 6 crostini neri 6 fette di capocollo 6 fette di prosciutto ciaccia 6 fette di formaggio più bottiglia di acqua costo 50 euro incredibile e non erano turisti ma due giovani davvero avido Troppo costoso non andare

12/01/2025: Ha cambiato gestione e adesso si chiama MiSushi . Formula all you can eat compresi festivi ma solo a pranzo . I festivi si paga un piccolo supplemento di due euro rispetto ai feriali e i bambini fino a 12 anni pagano la metà. Menù vario e cibi di ottima qualità, non come nella maggior parte dei posti dove tutti i gusti si assomigliano. Disponibili anche alcuni piatti speciali, veramente buoni da poter ordinare 1/2 volte per persona. Locali pulitissimi, bagni compresi e (udite, udite) senza il tipico pavimento appiccicoso. Non do Cinque stelle, solo perché le riservo alle esperienze mistiche, ma se le meriterebbero. Decisamente migliorato rispetto alla precedente gestione, sia nella gentilezza che nella qualità e anche nei prezzi
