Cacio Brillo is a wine bar and bruschetteria. The pecorino cheese melted with various toppings and served with crusty bread is excellent. A good glass of local wine is a cheerful accompaniment. The dining room is small, but the staff is quick and friendly. Frequented by locals, it's a great place for both drinks and food!
