Visited the restaurant for dinner, beautiful location with a lovely, peaceful and intimate atmosphere. The food was 10/10, fresh, authentic and full of rich flavour. Service was also wonderful, our waiter was helpful and welcoming, and food timing was perfect. All is all very pleasant experience.

The hotel is great for those looking for absolute relax far from cities or towns. The room was spacious and clean, the common areas are great with a countryside feeling. The staff was welcoming and nice with our 3 months old kid and our dog. The restaurant is excellent, very good food. Overall we had a great experience and would definitely recommend it. If I had to mention something to improve would be the following: It would be nice to have free water available as there are no places to buy it nearby. A coffee/bar onsite would be good during the day for the same reason, if you want to have something you need to go by car. When you are in the pool and craving a drink it would be great to have the possibility to have it there. On Sundays the restaurant is closed as they typically have private events. It is quite unfortunate for the guests because of the noise and having to pick up the car and travel at least 10 minutes to have lunch or dinner.

A very nice property in a somewhat secluded location. We arrived on Sunday; there had apparently been a wedding reception the day before. The staff were therefore primarily occupied with cleaning up. However, this wasn't a problem, as the restaurant is closed on Sundays anyway. Breakfast and dinner were truly excellent. The seating was superb both indoors and outdoors. The rooms are spacious and a bit dated, but you can see that in the photos when booking. The access road is somewhat adventurous, as there are an extremely large number of deep potholes.

Excellent location, easy access, great road, we were warmly welcomed at check-in by Dona Eugênia. Spacious room and bathroom, unlike other places in Italy, large shower with strong water pressure. New bed linens and towels. Efficient room heating. The breakfast was spectacular, with cold cuts, breads, cakes, lots of variety and well-presented; Corina served us very well and prepared an excellent cappuccino. Well-maintained outdoor area, clean pool (even though the temperature didn't allow for use). Wide view, a stunning sunset. The neighboring towns of Cortona and Camucia were a pleasant surprise, with beautiful and good restaurant options. Availability of a well-regarded restaurant on site. We were very happy with our choice.

15/05/2026: Nothing to comment on the place or the food. A nice place, and the food was good quality and well-cooked. Friendly staff. I didn't like the situation when it came to paying the bill. It was a hotel deal, but they added extras that I didn't understand. Considering that no wine or desserts were served. One thing I don't like is that you're a restaurant and you can't use paper napkins. I repeat, you're a restaurant, not a bar or pub. I'm not talking about water with a tap, as they say in Tuscany, "cinnamon water" or "sistola" is what I use to water the garden.

I Tre Baroni

15/04/2026: We spent three magical nights at I Tre Baroni, taking advantage of the three-night package that included a room with a spa, a private massage, a private excursion, and a tasting dinner at the Mater restaurant (a truly special place!). What can I say? From the very beginning, Gessica was incredibly kind and available to answer all our questions and clarify any doubts, even before our stay, personalizing our experience. When we arrived, we immediately felt welcomed. The room was gorgeous, very spacious, with a spectacular view of the Casentinesi Forests National Park. The room was spotless, with a hot tub and sauna. The private excursion with Stefano was a wonderful experience: his guide was invaluable in helping us fully appreciate the wonders of the park! The dinners at the restaurant were also highly recommended: the atmosphere is meticulously maintained and welcoming, the service impeccable, and you have the opportunity to sample the local flavors, expertly cooked and served. We hope to return soon, and thanks again to Gessica and Messan for their hospitality and professionalism! Alice & Genna
04/04/2026: Everything was perfect, welcoming and classy. Two bathrooms, one with a huge shower and one with a sink and a whirlpool tub, naturally tested and immaculate. The panoramic terrace is stunning for relaxing or a romantic aperitif. I even brought my large dog, and everything was perfect. Thanks to the staff who welcomed me.
