Very close-knit and coordinated family management, homemade but refined dishes, excellent quality of the raw materials expertly worked by the cook.
The dining room service was excellent both in terms of professionalism and friendliness; good and calibrated service times between one course and another. Wide choice of à la carte wines with the possibility of choosing wine by the glass or bottle. Good value for money. Definitely recommended 😉
Small note: access to the toilets for wheelchairs is difficult.

29/12/2023: Wonderful experience, if I could I would give it 6 stars.
The structure, the friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness and the delicious food are just some of the aspects that allowed us to live a wonderful experience during the 2023 Christmas holidays.
What remains in the heart is the warm atmosphere made possible, not only by the special decorations and two always lit fireplaces, but by Andrei, an excellent organizer and wise manager.
24/11/2023: Pleasant overnight stay, 10 minutes by car from the splendid Cortona, which deserves at least two full days of visit. The restaurant was excellent, both meat and fish (the cod was very rich) and a truly excellent variety of wines by the glass, rosé and especially Syrah above all.

22/08/2023: Unfortunately we cannot give 0 stars, and it is not a review for the food since we did not have the pleasure. Meanwhile, Google's indication that takes you to the middle of nowhere (I strongly recommend updating) accompanied by an unreachable telephone number. This last indication makes one think of a closed restaurant, as Google actually indicated, except that the photos of the owner of the restaurant showed that it would have remained open every day in August. Ah, anyway congratulations on the non-existent sign!

15/07/2023: Such a lovely experience. Proprietors have created a thoughtful menu and lovely ambience. We went with teenagers who are difficult to impress and they found it cool. The food was really tasty and it was good value for money.
A must visit. However it is a bit out of the way, 10 mins by car from Cortona. They also make their own wines and other products.

30/01/2024: I live in Cortona and this is one of my favorite spots.
For dog owners who assume anything about bringing your pet inside: I know the family. There is a legitimate animal allergy. There is even a sign on the front door that says “NO DOGS inside or in the outside seating area.” I believe the current sign is written in Italian, French, German and English!
I do not understand why people would give a negative review about this. In my humble opinion, these self-entitled dog owners should respect hygiene rules.
This was not meant to turn negatively - I love dogs and all animals - but Caffè Vitoria is a lovely, family-run, locally-owned restaurant. I have never had any complaints in my years of visiting this restaurant.
