07/08/2026: We came here our first night in Pantelleria and ordered some amazing food !!! We had the caponata and parmigiana di pesce spada which were amazing so tasty! The couscous with fish and vegetables was absolutely incredible in its simplicity and the spaghetti al pesce e finocchietto was so incredibly flavorful and creamy! The desserts were so good crunchy cannoli and the bacio di Pantelleria was simple but good ! I reccomend coming here the staff are amazing kind and funny and the atmosphere is really chill ! The location is good and overall I reccomend coming here ! We’re coming back ! Quick tip : reccomend calling before as theirs limited space

08/06/2026: I went to Syrah because the supermarket cashier recommended it to me, since we were on vacation, and I can't thank her enough! It was a wonderful discovery. As soon as we walked in, we immediately felt at ease: the place is welcoming, well-kept, and spotlessly clean, with a truly pleasant atmosphere. The staff was incredibly kind and always smiling, making us feel welcome from start to finish. But the real surprise was the food: the sardine tart and the squid ink medallion were simply exceptional, the baked potatoes were truly exquisite, and the couscous with scorpion fish was simply marvelous. When you find a place that combines excellent food, courtesy, and such a pleasant atmosphere, you can't help but leave happy. We'll definitely be back and will recommend it to anyone vacationing in San Vito. Congratulations to all the staff! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

06/06/2026: Hi. We're two women from Bolzano. We spent a week on vacation in San Vito and twice at Syrah! Beautiful restaurant with a stunning atmosphere. Inside, there's a dining room and a garden, and outside on Via Savoi there's more seating! Excellent dinner. Look at the photos, and also the excellent wine list, etc. Very kind staff!! 08/05/2026: We spent 3 nights here and had 3 dinners. The room was comfortable and clean. We booked the sea view room based on another review and glad we did. The dinner service was slightly inconsistent but overall very good. I highly recommend buying some olive oil - it's the best I've had o In a long while. Easy to get to Marsala and Trapani. The pool was still a bit cold too enjoy but we spent an enjoyable morning reading on the loungers.

01/12/2025: One of the most evocative locations on the island where you can watch a perfect sunset with excellent food and wine, all produced on site. This place is a true dream, and if I returned to Favignana, I would go there every night. Reservations recommended in the summer.

09/11/2025: This place would deserve 5 stars if it weren't for the way they handled reservations. We called to make a reservation, and the call center told us we didn't need one for the aperitif and that we should go there directly. Well, when we arrived, they asked us if we had made a reservation, and we explained what had happened... their response was that they were sorry, but that's the call center set up for the summer season, so it wasn't truthful. For this reason, we weren't able to sit at a table with a nice view... too bad, they should have written that somewhere, it's not correct! Otherwise, the platter and wine were good! And the location was stunning.

30/06/2026: Giuseppe, with his warm welcome and delicious food, led us to the best and most authentic dinner of our stay on the island. When he speaks, Giuseppe looks you in the eye...

28/06/2026: This is a nice place and we returned to have dinner there after passing by in the afternoon. The beginning was great, but once we were seated the service was very cold, a bit impatient by Gino even though I speak decent Italian. The 2 dishes- cuttlefish was too salty and the squid was too hard. We have been eating in Sicily for 2 months now, we have a way to compare. Giuseppe was very while Gino was cold and not very servicy.

20/07/2026: The atmosphere and expectations were very high. The seafood plates were very disappointing; the fish inside was like an optional extra, as we couldn't taste it. Dear Management, I would like to clarify that the reviews you're referring to are only three (plus two fast food restaurants), including yours. I tend to leave a review only in exceptional cases, when the experience doesn't live up to expectations. I regularly frequent highly rated restaurants, including Michelin-starred establishments, and over the course of over 15 years, I've enjoyed numerous restaurants around the world. In many cases, when the quality exceeds expectations, I don't even feel it's necessary to leave a review, as the restaurant's reputation speaks for itself. In your case, unfortunately, I was particularly disappointed by the tuna and octopus, especially compared to other recent experiences during the same trip to Sicily. I also noticed that other customers also left their dishes incomplete, and I sensed surprise on the part of the staff in such circumstances. My intention is not to be polemical, but constructive. In situations like this, I believe a less defensive approach might be more helpful to you. Best regards,

09/08/2026: Excellent place for a quick business lunch, with a wide selection and good quality. The only negative I'd like to point out was when, in a room with many free tables, the girl who welcomed us tried to force a table on us as if the others had already been booked... which they weren't.

A charismatic place, a bar opened by three friends, with great music, excellent cocktails and aperitivo (fresh Sicilian and Italian specialties). The service is friendly, cheerful, and attentive, with a really good vibe. Great location right in the city center.
