14/06/2026: Absolutely delicious! We ordered Pesce Spada alla Favignanese, Busiate Matri Mia, Paccheri alla Norma, and Frittura di Calamari. These dishes are highly recommended; they have a strong local flavor. The service was also very professional and friendly. I hope to have the opportunity to come again next time!
14/06/2026: During our vacation, we dined here twice. Both times, we had a fabulous mixed grill of seafood and a hearty, flavorful first course. The staff were friendly and helpful, the atmosphere was pleasant, and the bill was very reasonable. We highly recommend it...we'll be back!

01/07/2026: A truly pleasant experience! The restaurant is welcoming, with attention to detail and a relaxing atmosphere. The staff was friendly, attentive, and always available, making us feel welcome from start to finish.
The dishes were beautifully presented, prepared with quality ingredients, and rich in flavor. You could sense the passion and commitment the staff put into their work.
A restaurant definitely worth a visit and one I recommend to anyone looking for good food, excellent service, and a pleasant atmosphere. I'll gladly return! Favignana is exceptional.
30/06/2026: I had a truly excellent experience! The pizza was cooked in a wood-fired oven, with a fragrant, light, and well-leavened dough. The toppings were plentiful, top-quality, and generously distributed, making each pizza bursting with flavor. The staff was extremely helpful (especially the waiter with the mustache), kind, and attentive to the customers' needs, contributing to the welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend this place. I'll definitely be back!

03/10/2025: 5 stars for everything because you're in a magnificent place....You park your bike and Francesco kindly and calmly offers you a super tasty sandwich (your choice.....I have the stuffed and tasty pane cunzatu)....Then, if you need help, he'll tell you the route to take and also how to come back if you want to try something else. Maybe one of his special granitas. Not luxury, but quality and kindness.
30/09/2025: The best sandwich I’ve had in a long time, one of the best of our trip! A wholesome food van near Cala Rossa with a friendly guy serving delicious flavourful food.

We had the crumbed chicken sandwich and tuna sandwich with caramelised onion. All 10/10

01/12/2025: One of the most evocative locations on the island where you can watch a perfect sunset with excellent food and wine, all produced on site. This place is a true dream, and if I returned to Favignana, I would go there every night. Reservations recommended in the summer.
09/11/2025: This place would deserve 5 stars if it weren't for the way they handled reservations.
We called to make a reservation, and the call center told us we didn't need one for the aperitif and that we should go there directly.
Well, when we arrived, they asked us if we had made a reservation, and we explained what had happened... their response was that they were sorry, but that's the call center set up for the summer season, so it wasn't truthful.
For this reason, we weren't able to sit at a table with a nice view... too bad, they should have written that somewhere, it's not correct!
Otherwise, the platter and wine were good! And the location was stunning.

16/07/2026: We'd heard great things about this place, and that's exactly what we got.
We had the fish couscous: spectacular.
The lady, I think the owner, welcomed us with rare kindness.
But what really stuck with me was her honesty. She advised us to stop for the couscous and then decide whether to order something else.
Because here, the priority isn't quantity, it's quality.
And the line outside proves it: fresh produce and a lot of professionalism.
Truly well done. We'll be back before we leave.

06/08/2026: It was absurd to arrive at the restaurant that evening and be told that the reservation, made five days earlier, didn't exist. They sent us to the "Sotto Sale" restaurant, claiming we'd gotten confused, when in fact the reservation had actually been made at the osteria. After returning, we waited a long time before being seated, as if they were doing us a favor. When it came time to get the bill, not a word of apology.
The food was overall decent: the pasta with sea urchins and the tuna were good. However, the raw shrimp served with salt on top and the mussels with pepper were disappointing.
The experience was especially negative regarding the service management. I won't be returning.
05/08/2026: Osteria del Sotto Sale is a little gem in the center of Favignana. My experience here was fantastic; everything was perfect, from the location, to the service, to the menu, and especially the quality of the food. Both meat and seafood options make this place suitable for all palates. Prices are in line with average prices.

11/06/2026: We stayed in a ground-floor room in the annex. The room was new and tastefully furnished. The location is very central, just steps from the town center and the port. Very quiet.
09/06/2026: We spent 2 days in this hotel on holiday in Favignana. Excellent location and clean, spacious rooms. The staff was really friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good with plenty of variety for all tastes. We recommend it and will definitely return. Thank you.

21/09/2025: Fantastic oasis on the side of the road! While beach hopping on our bikes we passed this roadside stand and got the two specialties (€5/ea) - lemon granita mixed with fresh squeezed orange juice. Delicious and needed in the heat! Lifted our spirits for the next leg of our biking.
