17/03/2026: We're on a business trip here in Mazara, and after a couple of trattorias, we tried this one too. It's a quiet, welcoming place, with kind and friendly staff, and Giacomo, the owner, made us feel right at home. The food is second to none; he's now the one recommending what to eat, and after more than a month, we can't complain.
IF YOU'RE IN MAZARA, I RECOMMEND IT!
And I almost forgot... Pasta al Satiro, one of their exclusive recipes, you have to try it!!!
15/03/2026: I recommend this trattoria, which is a bit far from the seafront.
But the food, prices, quality, and quantity are all excellent.

03/10/2025: 5 stars for everything because you're in a magnificent place....You park your bike and Francesco kindly and calmly offers you a super tasty sandwich (your choice.....I have the stuffed and tasty pane cunzatu)....Then, if you need help, he'll tell you the route to take and also how to come back if you want to try something else. Maybe one of his special granitas. Not luxury, but quality and kindness.
30/09/2025: The best sandwich I’ve had in a long time, one of the best of our trip! A wholesome food van near Cala Rossa with a friendly guy serving delicious flavourful food.

We had the crumbed chicken sandwich and tuna sandwich with caramelised onion. All 10/10

A wide variety of flavors, including vegetarian options. You won't be disappointed by the catering for parties and birthdays, cakes, and traditional desserts: everything is top-notch.
The owner, always smiling and extremely kind despite the crowds, manages to please everyone.
Be prepared to take a number and wait patiently: IT'S WORTH IT. 🔝💯

18/01/2026: We had dinner at Le Caserie and were enchanted. The dishes are true works of art: the cuttlefish and busiate were exceptional. You can taste the sourcing of the finest ingredients and the chef's expert hand in revisiting Sicilian tradition. The elegant and romantic atmosphere is perfect for a special evening.
05/01/2026: Nicola, his son Gabriele, and the entire staff are exceptional, not only in their hospitality but also in their attention to detail throughout the meal. The food is excellent, with excellent quality and reasonable prices for the selection. They also accommodate all food allergies and vegetarian requests. I've been coming here for years and it's always a pleasure to return. Another plus is the waiters, who speak perfect English, a crucial detail when hosting international guests. Thank you, and see you soon.

I tried the excellent couscous with fish soup, and my friends had the busiate with Trapanese pesto, the authentic Norma style, and the octopus ragù: generous portions and even more generous sauces. They also had caponata, which I didn't particularly enjoy, but the others did. The service was impeccable. It's a small trattoria, but we ate outside. Excellent value. Recommended!

Fish couscous with firm grouper and broth on the side, I recommend it. Grillo white wine.
