18/01/2026: We had dinner at Le Caserie and were enchanted. The dishes are true works of art: the cuttlefish and busiate were exceptional. You can taste the sourcing of the finest ingredients and the chef's expert hand in revisiting Sicilian tradition. The elegant and romantic atmosphere is perfect for a special evening.
05/01/2026: Nicola, his son Gabriele, and the entire staff are exceptional, not only in their hospitality but also in their attention to detail throughout the meal. The food is excellent, with excellent quality and reasonable prices for the selection. They also accommodate all food allergies and vegetarian requests. I've been coming here for years and it's always a pleasure to return. Another plus is the waiters, who speak perfect English, a crucial detail when hosting international guests. 05/01/2026: We thoroughly enjoyed the meal and the food. Busiate (a type of fried squid), grilled squid, and fresh spinach were suggested as vegetables. Everything was very well prepared, using high-quality ingredients. Highly recommended!

04/01/2026: We went for lunch on December 31st. Calamari salad was an excellent appetizer.
Fish couscous with firm grouper and broth on the side. I recommend it. Grillo white wine.
30/12/2025: The food was good, and the service was very friendly. Overall, everything was quite expensive. We were also very annoyed that we were charged €7 each for two small beers (0.33 l). We certainly won't be coming back.

15/10/2025: This place is located on a side street off the main road. A friend recommended it to us, and I have to say it was worth it. I tried the excellent couscous with fish soup, and my friends had the busiate with Trapanese pesto, the authentic Norma style, and the octopus ragù: generous portions and even more generous sauces. They also had caponata, which I didn't particularly enjoy, but the others did. The service was impeccable. It's a small trattoria, but we ate outside. Excellent value. Recommended!
