Unfortunately, we were turned away rudely at 7:00 PM with the comment that the kitchen didn't open until 7:30 PM, even though I had a reservation confirmed via WhatsApp for 7:00 PM, and the entrance clearly stated opening time as 6:30 PM. It wasn't even possible to wait there with a drink.
One of the waiters was unworthy of a restaurant of this caliber, being unfriendly, if not downright rude; however, another was very friendly.
The food was okay, but nothing special.
All in all, a mixed experience.
The price/performance ratio is rather questionable.

Was here last year and the steak was so good it was the first restaurant we went to when we got back to Trapani. The meat is unreal here. I found the prices incredibly correct for the quality!

Absolutely the best steakhouse we have found so far on our journey through Sicily. The tartare with black truffle was undeniably heaven on a plate. The filet was cooked perfectly with a beautiful pistachio sauce; Meatballs were fantastic; The house made bread was soft on the I side with a perfectly crunchy crust; Finally the pork cheeks were soft and rich in flavor. I would most definitely break my own rule come back on a future trip.

I'd like to point out that my assessment is based on my first experience on Valentine's Day (a very busy evening), but I'd like to add two things, since I'm also in the industry.
First, it's uncommon to wait more than an hour for a table (one you've reserved). I'd happily recommend better management for your organization: since you're running a so-called "double shift," with the first at 8:00 PM and the second at 10:00 PM, you need to address these two issues.
First, inform the first-seater customer that you can accept a maximum delay of 15-20 minutes because you're waiting for the next customer. And given the high demand for reservations, the 8:00 PM customer must give up their seat to the 10:00 PM customer, giving you two hours to enjoy the evening in peace. Other than that, the food was delicious. And what about the service? The waiters were extremely kind and available at all times. A special thanks goes to Roberto, who made my experience unique. A kind and professional guy.
I hope to return at a quieter time to enjoy the evening more!

If you're looking for a place to eat excellent meat in Trapani, with a local touch and welcoming staff, Campo Norcineria is a highly regarded choice. In my opinion, it's the best meat restaurant in the city, especially for its authenticity, quality ingredients, and family atmosphere. This place's fame is also linked to the friendliness of the owner, Ciccio, who welcomes guests with warmth and a family-like approach.
