Everything flows effortlessly, but nothing is left to chance. The kitchen produces dishes that speak of passion and sensitivity. Rosi doesn't cook: he creates. Each course is a small story of balance, respect for the raw materials, and evident love for what he does. The fish is pure poetry, the meat—when it appears—is treated with the same grace. These are dishes that don't need to impress, because they convince from the first bite. I go there with my girlfriend when I'm in town, to share something special, but also alone, when I want to treat myself to a moment of pure indulgence. And perhaps this is the most beautiful sign: feeling perfectly at home in every situation. The wine is always a discovery, because I trust the staff's recommendations without hesitation, which fully reflects the spirit of the place: knowledgeable, discreet, never over the top. Genuine, professional people, with that rare combination of humility and a big heart that can't be taught. It's not just a restaurant. 22/03/2026: The food was excellent, and the service was impeccable. The only downside was the space. We booked a table for two on the weekend, while there were events going on. We were seated at a tiny table, squeezed in with two other couples, each with a table to the left and right. I even struggled to get a seat. They might as well have a single table. ;-)

21/09/2025: Wow, this was a great find. Interesting dishes that presented well and were delicious. This is a hidden gem in an area with tourist traps. It is set a few streets over so it is off the beaten path but very much worth it. Our service was exceptional too.

01/01/2026: We had dinner on the evening of January 1, 2026. The vegetarian sandwich was worthy of the name: delicious, plump, and high-quality. The pane cunzato was delicious, the sweet crepes and tiramisu were delicious and plentiful (it tasted like my mother-in-law's portion), and the staff was very kind and helpful. What can I say? When I return to Castellammare, I'll definitely be back. The dinner ended with a kind gift given with the bill, which was very in line with, if not below, the quality/quantity offered. A ten for me!! 30/01/2026: As always, a nice place to eat, but I did encounter some flaws the second time I went. I ordered pork and, unfortunately, it wasn't cooked through. I ate it, but my boyfriend wanted to take it back. The prices are reasonable for the place, and the dessert was delicious. But I did encounter another flaw when I went to pay, receiving less than I was expecting. I noticed this in the car, so we went back, and fortunately, they gave us what was missing.

The food was excellent, the service impeccable, and the atmosphere was warm and friendly. The staff were extremely helpful and cooperative in organizing the event. This is the epitome of San Vito's fine dining experience. Special thanks to the owners, Vito and Matteo, and special praise to Nello, head waiter, and the entire waiting staff. We are so happy we chose this venue. Highly recommended!
