06/01/2024: The restaurant is located in a wonderful location overlooking the sea, where you can admire incredible sunsets. From a culinary point of view it is the best restaurant in Pantelleria, with incredible and innovative dishes and combinations of flavours. There is no fixed dish but it changes often, as the chef wants you to taste the best raw materials of each season. It also offers a varied selection of local and non-local wines... In short, more than a restaurant, I would define it as an experience, which anyone who comes to Pantelleria must absolutely try.

28/10/2023: Prima di immergerci nei i fanghi rigeneranti dello specchio di venere decidiamo per una sosta pomeridiana a questa azienda agricola antistante il lago. Il locale si presenta con uno splendido giardino dove rilassarsi a bere o mangiare qualcosa di tipico, noi eravamo un pò in velocità e abbiamo preso 2 birre del birrificio artigianale pantesco e le panelle preparate sapientemente dalla titolare palermitana. Prezzi in linea con quelli dell'isola, personale simpatico e disponibile.

05/10/2023: We have been back several times! It is a family-run kiosk overlooking the beautiful Lake Venus. After crossing a low wall you enter directly into a colourful, convivial garden made up of tables surrounded by greenery and chatter all around. Homemade and typical gastronomic offer, with a kitchen that is open all day! Please note, the place is not intended to be a restaurant but a refuge for simple and tasty breakfasts, lunches and snacks. The couple who own it are extremely helpful and give all kinds of advice on the area. Highly recommended!!

19/03/2024: The only bar open in this area. At lunch time I tried to eat something ready, because they couldn't do anything else... in short, poor quality that doesn't reflect the prices. I hope they will improve.

22/02/2024: Un posto dove tornare, bellissima la location ,forse un po troppo esposto al vento ,ma d'altronde alla fine di settembre capita, un po' troppo formale, ma non tanto da parte dei clienti, ma da parte del personale e dire che l'avevamo scelto perchè passando nel mezzogiorno avevamo trovato una atmosfera molto famigliare che, probabilmente si è persa nella giornata .:Comunque Prima volta ,visto in tv in 4 ristoranti, cibo buono e finalmente, una bottiglia di vino che costasse il giusto (viste anche le vicinanze delle cantine vitivinicole) ripeto ci tornero'.

15/10/2023: Ottima location e arredi ricercati e molto particolari Il servizio al tavolo è discreto, anche se mi viene servita prima la frittura di calamari e gamberi della pasta (chiaramente i calamari sono stati rimandati indietro in attesa del primo piatto). Le “busiate” con la ricciola erano ottime, ben presentate e, cosa che non guasta, anche abbondanti. A questo punto mi viene riproposta la frittura, probabilmente tenuta in caldo fino a quel momento. La frittura in se sarebbe stata anche di qualità se non fosse stata bisunta e con l’olio ceduto abbondantemente alla carta assorbente che - diciamo così - non emanava un odore propriamente gradevole. Fragrante e saporito il “bacio pantesco”. Passito e dolcetti offerti dalla casa Conto proporzionato alla qualità dei prodotti proposti (chiaramente al netto del disastro frittura). Una buona la trattoria, ma ritengo ci siano ampi margini di miglioramento.

04/04/2024: The owner was very kind and opened beyond all expectations and allowed me to come in and visit the shop even though it was being set up. The place was well looked after down to the smallest details and relaxing, young and of high quality. There are typical products from Pantelleria. ;for me all this is at the top!!!.... I bought some products which I must write are very good, indeed of excellent quality. Thanks for your hospitality, it was a pleasure!

30/10/2023: Certainly one of the most renowned places in the area, fresh products, cakes, juices or centrifuges. The Bar is also a shop with typical products of the island. The only flaw is that in the tart the presence of jam is disproportionate to the pastry, everything else I've tried at various breakfasts has always satisfied me. Service OK, parking in the port adjacent to the restaurant near one of the petrol stations on the island.
