25/10/2025: It's a typical Italian bar/café. Due to its location the prices are on the higher end. We should have checked the menu before ordering, 8 Euro for a big draft beer is a little too much, even for a tourist hotspot.

27/08/2025: Hi everyone, I eat poke with my husband every now and then, but when we go, I always rely on the staff at "i love poke" in the Belvedere shopping center in Syracuse. Super friendly, helpful, and cheerful staff. Excellent quality food with a unique flavor. Thank you so much for the experience my husband and I have every time we come. We adore you ❤️

16/10/2025: Why is a sauce like this called vegan carbonara? A tasteless white sauce with no seasoning and unidentifiable bits. The burger was soggy, the fries were too, and they tasted like they'd been briefly heated in the microwave. They were completely unsalted. The fries sauce was apparently the same as the carbonara, just with a hint of acid. The service was rather unfriendly, and when I honestly commented that the food was not tasty at all, I was only referred to positive reviews, which apparently all seemed to enjoy. Either the standard in Syracuse is otherwise very, very low, or the owner wrote most of the good reviews himself. Unfortunately, the hair in the food didn't add any more flavor, and the plastic/cardboard dishes didn't improve the impression of the "restaurant" either. Fortunately, the portions were quite small, so we managed to eat most of it and minimize food waste. Please don't fall for the good reviews. Absolutely not recommended!

19/08/2025: I came in for the first time just yesterday for a delivery service. The exterior of the place had never attracted me because it was poorly maintained and in a location where you can't park. The interior, however, I found to be well-kept, clean, and basic.

12/08/2025: Busy in the evenings after 8:00 PM, great place, great food, excellent quality hot food, including arancini cartocciate and other local specialties, along with equally high-quality desserts, cassata cakes, etc. Excellent for breakfast too, with almond granitas, iris, brioches with tuppo, etc., but too crowded (as is right, given the quality) for my taste.

15/10/2025: A pleasant discovery! I enjoyed the food: light dough, quality ingredients, and the option to choose from three truly interesting ancient flours (Tumminia, Perciasacchi, Maiorca). You can taste the care and attention put into the preparation. The service was friendly and the atmosphere welcoming—I'll be back!

Whoever leaves negative reviews, as expected, must be relatives of other businesses, and that's pure malice, considering Mr. Carmelo's enormous commitment. I've been a customer for several years, and it's the only dough I've had no problems with. I invite you to experience their excellence, both for their kindness and their unique goodness.

06/09/2025: We waited a bit but it was worth it, the pizza was excellent, the staff were very welcoming and ready to help with any need, especially Francesca, a very nice and friendly waitress... I highly recommend it.
