02/07/2026: We're regular customers at this pizzeria, and for this very reason, we regret having to leave a negative review. On our last visit, we encountered several issues that left us very disappointed. First, the prices on our bill didn't match those listed on the menu, without any prior notification. Furthermore, the menu listed a 66cl beer, but instead we were served a 50cl. We were the only table seated in the pizzeria, and we waited 40 minutes after ordering before receiving our food. The situation was made even more unpleasant by the fact that, at the time of payment, we weren't given a receipt. As customers, we expected greater transparency and fairness. We definitely won't be returning.

08/06/2026: Q8easy is a racket that preys on the unsuspecting. It wouldn't take our credit card, so we used cash. But if you put more cash in than you need in gas, you don't get any cash back. Instead, you get a voucher that says you can use the credit at a Q8 station. But it turns out that it only works at THAT specific gas station, which is absolutely useless if you're a tourist traveling from city to city. We lost more than 21 euros in gas "credit" we can never use. We will NEVER use Q8 again and advise all tourists to avoid Q8.

22/05/2026: We stayed at this agriturismo only one night (unfortunately), but we immediately fell in love with the place. Antonella and her husband, Enzo, are wonderful, genuine people who run their farm with passion. We also had the pleasure of tasting their own produce and that of neighboring farms, all expertly prepared by Antonella and served in a hearty, delicious breakfast. If you're looking for a genuine agritourism experience in one of the most beautiful areas of eastern Sicily, this agriturismo is perfect for you. I hope to relive the experience of staying in this area soon, meet Antonella and Enzo again, and have the privilege of enjoying their cuisine again. Thank you for your hospitality, and see you soon.

27/12/2025: An experience not to be repeated: few starters and nothing at all, only bread at will, desserts less than starters, frozen food and the embarrassment of advertising this place to my relatives.

10/05/2026: This pizzeria was recommended to us, and we tried it. Very nice atmosphere. The welcome could be improved. We didn't like the food. They recommended their own chips. They were bitter, some burned, some soggy. Of the four pizzas, only one was cooked well; the others were cooked on top but very white on the bottom, practically raw.

08/05/2026: Extremely slow service and inconsistent food quality I visited this restaurant with high expectations after the show in Teatro Greco, but unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing. The main issue was the pacing and service. We placed a simple order (pasta and pizza) at 21:57, but our food didn't arrive until 11:00 PM. It was quite frustrating to wait over an hour while observing other tables around us receiving their food much faster. Moreover, there was a 15-minute gap between the pizza and the pasta being served, which meant we couldn't enjoy our meal together. When the food finally arrived, the quality was not up to standard: • Spaghetti "Alla Siracusana" (€15): The pasta was severely undercooked (far beyond al dente) and extremely salty. Despite the menu explicitly listing anchovies, there were none on the plate. Instead, the dish just had a heavy, unbalanced fishy smell without any other proper seasoning. • Pizza: The flavor profile had potential, but it was noticeably burnt. Large chunks of the crust were charred completely black (see attached photos), leaving a bitter taste. I'm giving 2 stars because the venue might have potential, but the kitchen's execution and the floor management need serious improvement. Would not return based on this visit. If you're short on time, I'm sure you won't waste this precious time here.

25/06/2026: Coffee is a pleasure, but if you have to be offended at 7 in the morning by a barista who dares to say to the cashier, "Oh, make the receipt, because this is so special." She had basically already classified us (my colleague and I, who occasionally stopped by for work) as "Special," in the negative sense of the word, obviously, and do you know why? Nothing less than I always asked for the receipt with every coffee purchase... and I'm weird!!! I'm weird (or strange) because I wish we all paid taxes on what we actually take in/earn!!! Oh well, one, actually two, fewer customers. PATIENCE... there are so many bars around. I know, the owner will be thinking, "You know, two fewer coffees"; well, I hope the world is full of weird/special ones.

23/01/2026: We had an amazing experience at the ice cream shop in Casa del Gelato in Fontana Bianca! The staff are incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to help us, even assisting with buying bus tickets and giving great tips on the best local spots to visit. The atmosphere is lovely, making it a perfect place to relax. The coffee here is hands down the best in the area, and the fruits are not only fresh but absolutely delicious. The croissants are also a must-try, they’re perfectly baked and super tasty. We visited in August when it was around 25°C, which made enjoying everything even more delightful. I would highly, very highly recommend this shop to anyone visiting. Five stars all the way!

25/10/2025: Very warm welcome, the lady is very kind and speaks French fluently. The coffee is good, the brioches too and the cannoli are generous. A small selection of ice cream flavors but our children enjoyed the chocolate ice cream. We had breakfast there every day.

08/12/2025: There are many bars in Augusta, but for me this remains the best. The staff is attentive and precise. The food is excellent; even a simple macchiato is spectacular. Clean and tidy place, congratulations 👏

25/07/2026: Good evening, I'm giving McDonald's 3 stars (in general) to highlight a problem that is objectively a flaw: the fries. Unfortunately, when eating other items on the menu, which are excellent, the fries, once delivered (I'm talking about the large menu), become very soft, the ones towards the end of the pack, completely losing their flavor and becoming inedible. This is a general problem with all McDonald's. If something could be changed, it would be better. Otherwise, everything is good.

24/07/2026: Much bigger than a restaurant, the exterior is very beautiful, very spacious, and very well located. The parking lot is huge; it's a reception hall for large occasions. Tonight we might have been lucky; someone was there playing music. I got the impression that everyone knew each other. The staff is friendly, no complaints there. The pizzas are really very good, just one thing: 19 euros for a very small tuna tartare is a shame. We didn't have dessert or an aperitif. The bill came to 59 euros for two pizzas, the tuna tartare, fries with a mozzarella stick, and two bottles of water, plus a 10 euro cover charge. Quite reasonable.

19/08/2026: A well-located restaurant overlooking the sea, with a beautiful atmosphere, thanks in part to the friendly and helpful staff. Excellent pizza, with a very light dough and high-quality toppings. A truly positive experience.

18/08/2026: We were three of us at this restaurant last night, having booked through our mobile number. We arrived at 9:25 pm with a 9:15 pm reservation. Coming from out of town, we were only 10 minutes late. We waited for the table to be prepared and after about 10 minutes we sat down. We asked for sparkling water before drinking a series of 75 ml bottles as a pastime. We waited a good half hour to order. The staff seemed to be there by chance. They were unorganized and completely improvised. They didn't communicate with each other. They were so confused that it was so surreal that it made me smile. After ordering the dishes, about an hour passed before we received the bruschetta with cherry tomatoes and anchovies. Meanwhile, tables next to us who arrived later consistently received their dishes before us. After about an hour, the pasta dishes arrived. We had to replace the grouper ravioli with lobster ravioli because not available.. ravioli and linguine good but without great praise.. at 11.35pm we ask how the second courses are going.. we had drunk water like sponges to pass the time.. the place had emptied out.. and after about 15 minutes we received the second courses.. the octopus with puree was soft but the mixed fried fish was hard and with wet breading.. after finishing this we stood in a small queue to pay.. not because the place was full because we only had 4 tables left.. but because of the indescribable slowness of the girl at the cash register.. more confused than persuaded by the mathematical calculations.. we left with a "goodbye" that certainly will not be "goodbye"... but the most absurd thing is reading today the many reviews where the problematic slowness and improvisation of the employees is clearly evident which however up to now have not served to improve the service.. gentlemen, restaurateurs in Marzamemi do not sudden...and a nice location isn't enough...read customer reviews because only a tourist can leave you his money that way...those who are Sicilian never come back...
