13/11/2025: Rude, inattentive staff, they don't greet you, they serve you as if they were doing you a favor!
11/10/2025: I went here in the quest of the best cannolo in Avola. This was not it - the texture of the filling was a bit off, and the cannolo had been pre-filled (which makes the crust a bit soggy and less crunchy). I also had a coffee granita which I did not like, as well as another pastry which was a bit bland. It was all takeaway. I suppose this is a good place for a quick coffee, but I wouldn't go again.

07/11/2025: The best catering I've ever served on a production I've worked on. Food served quickly, the last ones to arrive had more choices than the first ones, generous portions, and always two bottles of water or a Coke larger than the ones in the vending machine.
I hope it remains the most used by production companies. OBVIOUSLY IT'S THE OPPOSITE, BUT IF I DIDN'T FIX IT, THE ALGORITHM WOULD NOT HAVE RELEASED IT.
26/10/2025: We chose Seby for our wedding and were completely satisfied. He carefully listened to our needs and proposed a menu that perfectly reflected the style of the event. The food was excellent—the aperitif corner, the buffet corner, and the lunch—all excellent, with delicious and carefully presented dishes, and our guests complimented the quality. The organization was impeccable, with attention to every detail, and the staff was always friendly and smiling. Carmen, one of a kind, handled everything with great professionalism. A special thanks to Micieli Catering for making the day even more special. Highly recommended!

11/04/2026: I was quite disappointed with the food at Just Veggie.
To be fair, the service was absolutely fine and the staff were polite throughout. The spritz was also very good. However, the food really let the experience down. It didn’t taste fresh and was quite bland overall, lacking the flavour you would expect, especially in Sicily where ingredients are usually a highlight.
Given the concept, I was expecting much better quality and more vibrant dishes. Unfortunately, it just didn’t deliver.
01/04/2026: Vegan, reasonably priced for Ortigia. Kind of old fashioned vegan whole food. Piadini was very good, lentil burger was ok but cold, like not even warm. Arancino tasted ok but texture was poor (was in a loose heap) and seemed undercooked.
Worst thing was the unadvertised and, we suspect reserved for tourists, €2.50 per head cover charge. Left us feeling a bit ripped off.

21/12/2025: Beautiful place surrounded by nature (many local products). Excellent food and fair prices.
16/12/2025: I went there today with a friend for the first time. We ordered the set menu, and I have to say we had a great meal. The service was excellent (though it's fair to say there wasn't much of a rush). The location is also worth a visit, especially because it's well-maintained. Plus, you can visit the animals they keep (for kids). I'll definitely be back.

03/01/2026: I had bought a diavola for my nephew Calogero and a sfogliatella for my wife, all good, I paid, we got back to the car and so far so good. As soon as my nephew takes his first bite, he sees a hair and starts crying. I try to calm him down with my belt, but it only makes things worse, no way, the evening is ruined. My wife regrets the time I returned with her after the war, and my nephew doesn't want to eat at our place anymore (especially your hairy pizza). Now I'm sitting here alone, in my '82 armchair, eating your cookies that help me go to the bathroom.

05/04/2026: The hotel does not look like the photos. On booking it was stated that there was a swimming pool. However, it is not in operation yet. They would like to invest a little in the rooms. Grass was overgrown everywhere, the pond was almost invisible. For the money I did not get what I paid and expected.
03/02/2026: It's clear that the property was acquired by new management a few months ago and needs a lot of updating (the old management was running it into disrepair). The spa is large and comfortable, dinner was fine, international breakfast was fine, rooms were large and comfortable, and heating was fine (some on the ground floor need to address some deficiencies). There's plenty of greenery for pleasant walks, the structure has an ancient and modern style (it was, in fact, a monastery), and the staff was fine.
Recommended. If you book with a coupon, the price is currently excellent. At the price of a full 4-star hotel, I'd say no until they address some of the shortcomings left by the old management.

11/04/2026: My family and I visited this place two weeks ago, and tonight we wanted to return with my brother and his family because we really enjoyed it.
Excellent food, impeccable service, and a very welcoming location, which also has a children's corner with various games.
What really enchanted us was the kindness and honesty of the owner, who, chasing us as we left, asked to see the receipt because she was certain she'd made a mistake: she'd mistakenly charged us for extra desserts.
She refunded us the amount we'd mistakenly paid. We were pleasantly surprised, because these days it's not so easy to find people like that.
We'll definitely be back ❤️

10/01/2026: Ordered takeout this evening via the app. Ordered two pizzas and a rustico at 7:30 PM, delivered at 10:00 PM.
The food was good, but it arrived frozen.
I understand it's Saturday and there's a lot of noise, but the wait was truly excruciating.
