Just Veggie Ortigia In Siracusa

Vegan, reasonably priced for Ortigia. Kind of old fashioned vegan whole food. Piadini was very good, lentil burger was ok but cold, like not even warm. Arancino tasted ok but texture was poor (was in a loose heap) and seemed undercooked. Worst thing was the unadvertised and, we suspect reserved for tourists, €2.50 per head cover charge. Left us feeling a bit ripped off.

Healthy food, homemade with fresh, local ingredients!

Beautiful place, you can feel an energy that few vegan restaurants have. Every detail demonstrates a great sensitivity to all forms of life. The owner, who also cooked for us, is nothing short of unique, kind, and conveys all the energy of this place. There are few vegan restaurants that are run like this; he excludes any form of commercialism but puts his all into conveying an important message. Thank you for the wonderful lunch.
