07/10/2025: I've been shopping at Panificio Callari for years, from bread to pizza, biscuits, and arancini. They have a wide selection of breads and much more, all made with great care and professionalism. But what always brings me back is the delicious smell of bread, just like the bakeries of the past. The wood-fired oven certainly enhances everything, but the authenticity of the ingredients and the craftsmanship of the staff make the difference. The owners are very welcoming and professional, and they immediately make you feel at home. Thank you Panificio Callari.

10/11/2025: Delicious food, I even managed to eat it gluten-free. I'm in a small town in Sicily, so I don't expect the staff to speak English. Authentic Sicilian food, where the locals eat. For me and my husband, it was a real hit. People who expect elegance and service using BBC English should think twice and go to the capital, not the outskirts. Anyone who wants to experience local flavors and atmosphere is in the best place. I recommend it ❤️

20/08/2025: Fantastic seafood dinner at this charming restaurant on the outskirts of Ortigia, discovered by chance thanks to a popular restaurant app. Attentive, fast, and courteous service from very friendly and helpful staff. The ingredients are incredibly fresh and well-cooked according to traditional recipes; the portions are truly generous. Aside from the occasional discount offered by the app, the prices are more than fair for the quality and quantity of the dishes. Highly recommended.

The property is quite large, with ample private parking and a good breakfast. The room is basic, clean, and has a good-sized refrigerator. Noto and Avola are just a few kilometers away. Highly recommended for value.

06/09/2025: I had one of the best pizzas here. They have so many other equally delicious treats, all worth trying. The ladies behind the counter are truly kind. We ate in, and there's always a lot of people who order takeout, too, which is a great sign of the quality!
20/08/2025: I often visit this place for takeout pizza and rotisserie, and it never disappoints. The quality is always excellent: light, easily digestible dough, and truly well-balanced flavors. The combinations are original and incredibly flavorful. One aspect I really appreciate is the attention paid to non-meat eaters: there are excellent non-meat alternatives. This is a truly worthwhile stop, both for the quality of the products and the care with which they are prepared.
