The spaghetti with anchovies, fennel and bread: supreme. The “biancomangiare”, a fake soft-boiled egg, a treasure chest of a visual and gustatory masterpiece, a perfect deception to the eye, a wonder to the palate. I didn't know chef Accursio Craparo, but after this experience I can say that it rightfully enters among our best gastronomic discoveries. Thank you

24/05/2025: A must when I pass through Ragusa. A wide selection of local and foreign craft beers. The owners are really kind and guide you to make the right choice. The food is also very good, I recommend the scrocchiarelle and the hamburgers. Top Ristopub in Ragusa!

07/06/2025: We have just had lunch in Il Duomo. It was, as always ,a wonderful experience, and very good value ,the food excellent and the staff welcoming and very professional, a special mention tò my cocktail.We have been many times and will be back.

05/06/2025: Not qualified to tell if that's one or two stars, but the experience was quite extraordinary. The bread was perfect, and all 4 courses were fantastic: tuna cooked perfectly to retain the flavors and the pasta was pleasantly creative. Note that they charge 20eur per person for the aperitif (half a glass of wine), which was a negative surprise.

24/05/2025: I tried the Day Special Ragu Pasta that was recommended. What I felt was that the harmony of the rich cream sauce and soft raw noodles was fantastic. The moment I took a bite, the soft texture spread in my mouth, which was really impressive. Also, the panini that I ordered together was healthy and clean, adding a good balance to the meal. L'atmosfera era accogliente e curata nei dettagli, perfetta per festeggiare un evento importante in un ambiente rilassato ed elegante . Il servizio è stato impeccabile: gentilezza, attenzione e professionalità da parte di tutto lo staff. I piatti erano ben presentati e deliziosi, con ingredienti di alta qualità. It turns out Excellent choice.ĺ Excellent cuisine prepared with passion and love by the owner Refinement of ingredients and raw materials Super welcome from the owner where she puts the same effort into achieving dishes and wine. Excellent quality very honest prices. If I would recommend it...certainly 10 /10

16/05/2025: Great dinner! It will be hard to forget the poached egg with asparagus (very soft). The restaurant is on 3 floors. Much respect for the waitresses, very attentive and friendly, who climb 2 flights of stairs every night! Average prices.

15/06/2025: Forget the pseudo ice cream shops of Ibla. Here you can taste flavors of another level...cannoli, Macallè and ice creams without comparison. Another planet!

11/06/2025: Travelled this holiday from salina, Taormina, Siracusa/orticia, noto. Thought they all had good cannoli but this place blew me away. I even went back for seconds. Amazing.
