04/03/2025: What first attracted me to seek out Decanter Full Proof was the the amazing beer selection right up my snobby beer preference ally and also the smiling faces I saw on all social resources...and Full PROOF is right> the beers are TOP notch and the owners and environment are so wonderful! Dinner is also divine, the steak, I can't even say how delicious and lots of love put into the cooking and presentation.The deconstructed cannoli, the Ricotta was exquisite again, so happy. Do not miss the cutest, absolutely delicious and most welcoming bar in Ragusa historic Center! My hats off to Barbara and Peppe!

26/02/2025: Here is a balanced review that highlights the quality but also the price. We tried the granitas with brioche, the quality is indisputable: creamy and tasty granitas, with fresh and authentic ingredients. The brioche was soft and fragrant, perfect to accompany the granita. The service was friendly and the environment pleasant, but the price seemed a little above average. Overall, a good place to treat yourself to a little luxury, but not the cheapest.

09/01/2025: We waited a long time at the table for 2 pizzas, because they served the takeaway ones first. In the meantime we ordered 2 small plates of broccoli which we were charged 16 euros for! In Milan we would have paid a maximum of 8/9 euros

11/03/2025: Inspired by the fact that they accepted meal vouchers, we booked for Valentine's evening. Nice atmosphere, created from a previous delicatessen. The owner is a guy who clearly believes a lot in this project he is carrying out, when you ask him for some information about the dishes, his eyes light up and he explains everything to you with grace and kindness. Saying that you eat well is an understatement, because every dish gives you something. Initially we had ordered a single dish and a sandwich, convinced that we weren't very hungry, but reading the menu from top to bottom gave us an appetite and so we also ordered: panelle, roast beef and delimisù (their masterful reinterpretation of tiramisu).

The owner, Mr. Mario, is a kind, cheerful person and always ready to satisfy your every need or curiosity! What else to say, whether it's a pleasure or business holiday, in this farmhouse you will feel pampered like at home and above all you won't want to leave! Ps. the food here is something magical!!!!

02/03/2025: Good ricotta appetizer with broad beans, asparagus and fresh peas Very good arancino the broad bean macco with octopus is good And the other starters are also good, It's a shame about the cannelloni, I had the impression I was eating a deli dish, they didn't arrive hot, but I imagine the reason... too much confusion in both customers and organisation... we went in at 1pm and left at 3.30pm for two courses each, it's a shame but it was a bad day, sometimes it can happen... given the waiting times we didn't get anything else, the staff was friendly until the end, giving us a 10% discount on the bill, I think we'll be back

27/02/2025: Excellent cuisine in perfect balance between tradition and innovation. The environment is welcoming, the lighting soft and warm. We enjoyed the beef and pork offal stew with cream of cabbage, turnips and spices, the traditional pasta with beans and mussels, the spectacular lamb meatballs with winter caponata and the delicious grilled porchetta well balanced by salmoriglio. Good, good, good. The staff were helpful and very courteous even if, for certain details, the service still seemed a little immature.

16/03/2025: I must admit that the elegance of this place leaves you amazed because it is a true pearl. The refinement in the details of the furnishings requires appropriate clothing and opting for casual did not make me feel at ease. The service is friendly and professional, the only sore point was the pizza (on this occasion and not usually, as I was told by whoever took me there), since the ingredients used were fresh and genuine and so was the dough, but unfortunately the high temperature of the oven meant that the pizza both underneath and on the outer edges was almost charred. Evidently whoever made the pizzas that evening (30.10.2024) did not regulate the temperature as best as possible or was probably not the usual Pizzaiolo, because the other pizzas I saw served to other people also looked the same at first glance... Are all customers who love "well cooked"? I ate because I was hungry, I'm sorry to admit it... The bill was a little high but the place was worth it and the service was equally worth it. I recommend trying it because it is a good location for special evenings

04/03/2025: Eravamo in dieci e abbiamo ordinato altrettante pizze. In particolare la pasta era miscelata con alcuni prodotti quali basilico o carbone vegetale o funghi porcini etc. Squisite, digeribili e creative. Era la mia prima volta. Locale suggerito dai familiari. Per il mio 71 compleanno. Il servizio eseguito da personale gentile, simpatico, disponibile e attento alle necessità anche senza chiedere. Rapporto prezzo/qualità ottimo. Assolutamente consigliato.

16/02/2025: We found ourselves passing through this fabulous restaurant, what can I say, everything was excellent, the first courses were amazing as were the second courses with meat...the owners were very kind and friendly. If we were to return to Comiso I would definitely go back with my eyes closed. Thank you for the splendid dinner

01/02/2025: A real disappointment! My partner and I went to Ciccio Sultano for lunch during our visit to Ragusa. We opted for the lunch menu which includes a welcome entrée, tasting of bread and butter, 3 courses, 1 intermezzo, and final mini desserts all accompanied by 2 wines. We sat down at 1pm and were out by 2.15pm. More than a lunch it was a tour de force. You understand that it is really difficult to taste and enjoy a lunch with so many courses in such a short time. As soon as we arrived we were offered a glass of bubbles to start, but we were given less than 10 minutes to finish it because the wine paired with the new dish had already been poured. Ditto for the following wine-dish combination. I was anxious about having to finish the wine before moving on to the dish that had already been served to me. I only ate a taste of the bread because it was then taken away from me to move on to the next course. An absolutely unjustified rush in service. I appreciate the idea of ​​not waiting too long between one course and another, but it was really exaggerated. Definitely not the service I expect from a restaurant of this caliber. Since this is not the first time in starred restaurants, I would also add that I found the description of the dishes and wines a little too hasty and not very detailed. Nothing to say about the quality of the food and the kindness of the staff. But I left saddened and with a bitter taste in my mouth given the great expectations I had. Experience not to be repeated.

12/01/2025: Das Menü ist fantastisch. Das Ambiente ist wunderschön (im grünen Salon). Für mich in Erinnerung bleibend die Minestrone und das Sizilianische Schwein. Weinkarte ist sehr umfangreich, aber relativ hochpreisig (für Italien). Service ist sehr aufmerksam und sehr freundlich. Ein wenig chaotisch, wenn man es mit mitteleuropäischen Sternerestaurants vergleicht.
