Professional, yet unobtrusive, service. Upon arrival, you're offered a tasting of excellent olive oil with homemade bread. The menu features a few dishes, but they're all excellent quality and meticulously crafted in both flavor and presentation. I had the opportunity to try the swordfish rolls with caramelized onion and a ricotta cannoli: both beautiful and delicious! I'll definitely be back on my next visit to Ragusa.

Excellent service and food. High-quality ingredients, local olive oil, artisanal bread... the pasta was spectacular. Very good selection of wines and whiskies. Very reasonable prices.

It's a small restaurant in a quiet corner of the city.
We had dinner:
Tagliolini with mussels: superb
Soft and tasty swordfish rolls
Tuna with tuna and caponata: the best tuna I've ever had!
Delicious Aeolian salad
Dessert: a tough piece, the only non-special dish
The "liquorino" offered was also excellent.
The service was also impeccable.
It was a very satisfying dinner. If it weren't so far from where we live, we'd visit often!

La Taberna dei Cinque Sensi is a restaurant located in the historic center of Ragusa; we ate wonderfully, with both meat and seafood dishes. The service was excellent; they even offered us a small traditional appetizer and a tasting of local olive oil with homemade bread. Finally, the bill was truly excellent. Highly recommended.

A first-class experience, meticulously crafted down to the finest detail: from the impeccable welcome to the quality of the food, to the prestigious wine cellar.
Special praise goes to the kitchen for its attention and sensitivity to the needs of celiacs, with exceptional care and the availability of gluten-free bread.
Among the dishes we sampled, special mention goes to the refined Modica veal tartare with caper sauce, balanced and elegant in its flavors, and the extraordinary carob crème brûlée, simply memorable.
To accompany the dinner, an excellent Cusumano 700 made the experience even more enjoyable and complete.
I highly recommend this place to anyone seeking quality, attention, and authenticity.
