Exceptional in every way. Michelin quality with real portions at affordable prices. After Camuri, normal food pales in comparison.

The unknown Michelin star! It might not be in the book but this restaurant provides exceptional original Sicilian cuisine at very reasonable price. We had pasta with lobster with mint, lemon ‘spuma’, ravioli and octopus. They were just sublime! Definitely an address to remember and not to miss!

Abbiamo mangiato il tonno scottato più buono di sempre! Spaziali anche i ravioli ripieni di pesce spada. Tocco finale un cannolo delicatissimo. Servizio ottimo e prezzi adeguati alla qualità delle materie prime e all’originalita degli accostamenti di sapori. Tappa obbligata se siete di passaggio a Ragusa ibla. Consigliatissimo!

22/03/2024: A place that deserves to be known! We dined at Single as a couple and were amazed by their cuisine! Friendly, professional and attentive waiter to customer needs, he was able to recommend some amazing dishes, also pairing an excellent wine with dinner. The venue has an intimate, warm and welcoming atmosphere. Behind the dishes you can perceive the uniqueness, commitment and originality of the idea! Prices are appropriate to the type of cuisine. We will definitely be back, it's not easy to find places of this level in the area.
17/02/2024: Warm and welcoming place. Very kind and prepared staff. I tried their proposal for Valentine's Day, in a vegan version and it was all delicious. Tasty, balanced, non-trivial dishes with attention to the aesthetic side too, after all the eye also wants its part. I hope to be their guest again to taste the à la carte menu and enjoy the beautiful outdoor garden. Among the restaurants I have tried in recent years as a vegan, this one competes for the podium with two other places. Congratulations to the staff, keep it up!
