04/06/2025: Man fühlte sich sehr unwillkommen. Der Service war teilweise von oben herab. Ich esse Steaks und Lamm auch gerne Medium. Aber das Lammkaree war Ultra roh. Als ich das einem freundlichen Kellner zeigte und fragte ob sie es nochmal braten können war er auch etwas über den Garzustand erschrocken. Der Kellner der dann irgendwie nur noch die Hälfte meines nochmal gebratenen Essens wieder brachte war dann total pissed. Wir haben aus Nettigkeit trotzdem 4 Euro Trinkgeld gegeben weil das Brot und das Olivenöl wirklich gut waren. Aber auch darauf wirkte der Kellner erzirnt und stiefelte scheinbar stinkig ab. Meine Frau hatte die Entenbrust. Da konnte man erstmal nix meckern. Die Entenbrust war perfekt rosa. Angekommen im Hotel hatten wir aber beide Magenschmerzen.

09/06/2025: Siamo stati con amici a pranzo. Abbiamo consumato degli antipasti vari e spaghetti alle vongole per tutti. Purtroppo abbiamo constatato che la qualità non corrispondeva alle nostre aspettative. In particolare, gli spaghetti alle vongole, che sapevamo era il piatto forte del locale, ci ha deluso. Era completamente intriso di olio e per niente come lo ricordavamo. Pazienza. Evidentemente è cambiata qualche cosa. Il servizio non era eccezionale ma il peggio è stato il conto. Poco più di 45 Euro a testa. Ci è sembrato eccessivo. Non immagino avessimo preso anche il secondo. Avremmo viaggiato sui 70 Euro a testa.

27/04/2025: Compared to the average restaurant, Trattoria del Lago is a couple of steps above. The environment is simple, a little dated and not particularly well looked after. The service is also efficient, dedicated to substance and without too many frills. Having said that, since one goes to the restaurant to eat, let's see how the owners have disengaged. Mixed appetizers with fish with onions, baby pancakes, fish with salad, octopus, fish balls with sauce, stuffed mussels. All good. The choice of first courses is absolutely basic... too basic Spaghetti with clams, mussels or tomato... too little However the spaghetti with clams was good. We also tasted a portion of mixed fried shrimp and calamari... good. Finally a peppered mussel...this is also good. Water, wine and soft drinks. 43 euros per person... in my opinion a little too much for a decent but too limited menu, maximum profit with minimum investment. You pay a little more in much nicer restaurants, with better service and an extremely varied menu.

18/05/2025: I had lunch with friends for the first time and I absolutely have to give a negative review of this restaurant located in the center of my city. The food is of mediocre quality but what is worse is the staff in charge of welcoming customers and serving at the table. Orders that never arrived and the rude presumption of the young people in charge of this service make staying in the restaurant really unpleasant. I recommend greater care both in the choice of staff and in the care of the dishes. We will not return

14/06/2025: A trattoria just a stone's throw from the sea, the dishes are a paradise for the eyes, flavors and smells with the sea on the table. Perfect for those who want to spend a romantic moment or in company in the beautiful Marina di Patti

08/06/2025: Recommended by friends, we had dinner at this seaside trattoria with four fish-based first courses, one of which was gluten-free, very tasty and abundant, two appetizers with swordfish caponata, grouper, octopus, prawns, tuna and salmon. A second course of stuffed squid, a second course of swordfish rolls with gluten-free breading and two bottles of water for €179. All excellent

28/02/2025: Sicuramente una delle migliori pizzerie di Milazzo e hinterland. Pizza stile "contemporaneo" comunque con cornicione non esagerato, alta lievitazione e materie prime di qualità, buoni anche i fritti. Merita la visita anche il nuovo locale, a pochi metri, dedicato ai lievitati diversi dalla classica tonda (pizza in teglia, romana, padellino etc.).

15/01/2025: Monday 25th November around 9.15pm I was craving some Sfogliatelle, My wife and I entered the Pastry Bar, it was clear that we weren't local, they took us for tourists, because we actually live in Northern Italy, I asked the lady if they had Sfogliatelle she said yes, and went to the laboratory and took the 4 Sfogliatelle that I asked for. For 4 Sfogliatelle I paid 8 euros Tourist price, I wasn't a local. We went home to Arienzo to try the Sfogliatelle, and we noticed that the Sfogliatelle were not fresh, they were from Sunday. In the end I paid 4 Sfogliatelle from the day before for 8 euros, because they saw that we were tourists we also paid with ATM, I will never set foot in this bar again and one bad thing is not to sell products from the day before as fresh and then a very high price for the prices in the country

05/05/2025: Even though it has been around for decades, it was the first time I set foot there. The restaurant is spread over two floors. Rooms not very large but welcoming. The waitresses (all women) are friendly and efficient. I ate well. Advised!
