13/06/2025: My boyfriend and I, along with his parents, spent 4 days in Messina and every morning we came here for breakfast, strictly half with cream and brioches! What can I say: a spectacle! Everything was delicious, the owners were not kind, but more, of a kindness that unfortunately we in Milan are no longer used to😅 compliments, compliments indeed! P.S. Thanks for making me a half chocolate and half coffee granita on the last day, I know that for those who are from Messina it is not done but they were both too good to choose which to eat last!!

11/05/2025: What can I say, I repeat, a point of reference for the inhabitants of the area. Good coffee ☕️ and friendliness always at the highest levels. Well done. I forgot to try the granitas and in particular the lemon one, my favorite, it's worth it.

26/01/2025: If you are in the Milazzo area I recommend you go there. It's ten minutes away, at the entrance to a small village called Condro' there is this little restaurant where you can eat really well. Kind and welcoming people. We will definitely be back.

30/06/2025: Agavòs is the treat you deserve! The place is located at the foot of the Tindari basilica with a splendid view of the sea. The chef delighted us with a gift before starting dinner. Very welcome. We had the risotto, the spaghetti with sea urchins and the spaghetti with lemon, all highly recommended as they were thought out and made with technique and quality. The desserts were no less, we chose the creamy bayles and the Red passion, an explosion of chocolate. You can't leave without tasting the passito di Ustica. The service was impeccable, welcoming and playful. The girls played in the small park inside and my husband and I enjoyed the landscape sitting on the pallet sofas waiting for dessert. A place that in just one evening entered my heart.

13/07/2025: Nice place, great for taking photos. Definitely not a good place to enjoy the services a restaurant should offer, like food. The food itself is, in fact, very poor. My daughters ordered a simple chicken cutlet, which arrived raw and was obviously frozen. The service is terrible, and everything is very disorganized. There were ten of us, and the first course, consisting of cutlets and a mixed grill, arrived after about two hours, even though the chicken was raw and the grill, which was supposed to include both veal and lamb, was only lamb. The second course never arrived. In the end, we paid €138, which was too high considering that out of ten people, only five managed to eat. It's unfortunate, but at least they ate something. When we got up to pay, we rightly asked the staff for an explanation, but they seemed very disinterested. They only apologized, and only as we were leaving did they inform us that the second course of grilled meat would never arrive because they had run out of meat. Also, on our way out, we noticed a little girl in the kitchen, which was already very disorganized, and there was a little girl inside. In conclusion, I recommend never going there unless you want to waste hours without food and go home with salmonella. Don't go on karaoke nights either, because the music is too loud and you'll go home with a headache. Terrible restaurant; the only redeeming feature is the location; everything else is rubbish.

05/06/2025: Very tasty and inexpensive paninis. Freshly prepared! Located across the street from the beach. Ideal for enjoying the sunset with a small snack.

27/01/2025: We found this place by chance. We wanted to try some rustici but in the end we also got pizza. All very good. We will definitely come back to visit you.

25/01/2025: I ordered a maxi pizza at 8.30 and they said it would arrive at 9.30. At 10 nothing still arrived and I called them telling me that it still had to be done.

27/05/2025: This is a place a little out of the center being at the end of the Lungomare, however it is worth a visit. We had dinner with a masterfully executed fish-based menu. Absolutely worth a visit

25/05/2025: I discovered this trattoria by chance. I highly recommend a stop, for the excellent food and the welcome. Dishes prepared with skill and goodness.

05/07/2025: Super delicious food - fresh and authentic flavors! We visited the place twice and it was equally good both times! If you are in milazzo you must visit Osteria il bagatto!!

24/06/2025: After 3 days of eating fish we decided to eat meat and went to Bagatto. First quality food, excellent appetizers and main courses. I recommend it

28/07/2025: The hotel is located on a hill with a beautiful view. I was only there for lunch. The staff was very kind and the food was very good.

28/07/2025: Very beautiful place and the food is good too, but since I couldn't leave my dog alone at home, I brought him with me. Dogs were welcome, so as soon as we arrived, we left my dog tied up in a crate all alone!!! I didn't bathe because I didn't want to leave my dog alone; I couldn't even hold him!!! "Small dog"

06/06/2025: Bastante cerca de la perfección. Sí, es caro, pero para una experiencia gastronómica excelente fue simplemente increíble. Fantástico entorno en terreno privado, servicio impecable y comida fabulosa. El menú degustación era excelente

03/06/2025: De ninguna manera un mal restaurante, pero en este punto de precio se espera algo más; algo especial. Es casi como si tuvieran una arrogancia patrocinada por Michelin de que la comida por sí sola vale la pena ser admitida... y no es tan buena (¡aparte de los Tortellini!). Llegando a las 7: 25 pm para un 7 : 30 mesa, la puerta estaba cerrada y nadie nos saludó. Nos sentamos en el salón Ashbee hasta las 7:00: 45 pm preguntándose qué hacer. Nadie nos había dado la bienvenida, nos había reconocido, nos había saludado. Tuve que ir al restaurante y encontrar a alguien que nos ayudara a decirnos qué hacer. Esto puede sonar extraño, pero es más extraño porque el restaurante está en nuestro hotel y yo había tenido una charla sobre vinos con el sumiller unas horas antes. Todo encajaba con su general "la mayoría de las cosas son demasiado problema" y una falta de experiencia / servicio interactivo con una sonrisa. La comida era precisa y bien cocinada, pero carecía de un sabor o imaginación excepcional. IMHO, esto es típico de lo que Michelin 2 y 3 estrellas se han convertido . . . solo anticuado y protegiendo a sus estrellas. Una vez más, un buen restaurante, pero 1 estrella de cocina y 0. Servicio 5 estrellas.

08/06/2025: ho acquistato recentemente una setteveli al bar move' e devo dire che è veramente superlativa, per esprimermi in poche parole. La consiglio vivamente a tutti coloro che amano questo tipo di dolci. Provatela.

30/04/2025: It's a unique place. You arrive in a special place, with incredibly good ice cream, a wonderful Aperol Spritz and a splendid view. It's not too touristy, which allows you to get a taste of the real Italy. But the real highlight is the girl at the counter. She is incredibly kind and helpful, bright but modest, cheerful and sociable. It's the best place in Messina.

07/08/2025: We had a very good meal. We found the "Gorgonzola Gnocchi," atypical for southern Italy, here and thoroughly enjoyed it. The meat was cooked to perfection, and the pasta with seafood was also very tasty. We can't say that the waiters were unfriendly. Everyone was friendly, and they even swatted the wasps away from under our noses with an electric tennis racket. All good. Thank you.

05/08/2025: Think school canteen and you’ll not be far wrong. Food was fine, service needs improvement. Seated quickly, menus issued, drinks prompt. Food arrived and literally chucked on the table. Fish was fine but wasn’t filleted as per the menu and so was returned to the kitchen to be done. No Parmesan offered with the pasta - had to be asked for. First bottle of wine returned as it was corked. Water was good though.
