31/10/2025: Very kind and helpful with the service, the outdoor area is sheltered and very large and beautiful.

18/08/2025: Sunday afternoon at 5pm we couldn't find any restaurants open and then saw this pizza place. The chef was very friendly and helpful, explained that local kids had torn the menu in half. Anyway 2 great Pizzas and 2 ice teas was €13. He told us we could sit at the tables in the bar opposite and take the box of napkins with us. Great stuff.

17/09/2025: The cannoli are to die for, and then the granita and brioche are your resurrection. The father-and-daughter owners are delightful. It's a shame I went on the Wednesday before returning to Switzerland, as it was their closing day.

24/08/2025: We've visited La Fenice several times over the past three years during our summers in Sicily. The reason for this is the delicious pizzas, prepared with fresh ingredients. We also enjoyed the appetizers and pasta. The service is always friendly, and the ambiance is inviting; you can spend a lovely evening here with good food.

19/10/2025: An outstanding dinner! Fish and seafood at its finest. The best octopus I've had in Sicily, delicious sole in a butter-lemon sauce, excellent appetizers, and a large selection of wines. The service was excellent, everything was served efficiently and gracefully. The only thing that needs improvement is the restrooms.

23/10/2025: This restaurant may as well be one of the best places I’ve ever had dinner. We found it online and decided to check it out spontaneously, and just wow. The garden is beautiful, with several citrus trees. Super romantic atmosphere. All the staff has specific roles, so the sommelier only does take wine orders, the waitresses only bring food and take away empty plates or refill empty glasses and there are separate people for taking food orders or bringing out the bill. Although it might feel a bit slow (reading some of the other comments), there definitely is a system in place that works well. And then the food… eating a variety of vegetarian food has been difficult in Sicily. Not at this restaurant; they have an amazing selection of high quality vegetarian food. Probably the best vegetarian food we’ve ever had. We started with a delicious burrata and tomatoes, then lemon linguini, fried artichoke and shared two desserts. We did not have any wine, just two bottles of water and I was surprised with how low the bill was for the amazing quality of food. Feels like dining in a Michelin setting, but for a super reasonable price. Thank you to the staff for this amazing experience!

19/10/2025: The place is enchanting at first glance. The garden is beautifully kept, and the exposed stone gives the setting a sense of age. In short: beautiful! Except for the interior, which is a bit bare. The quality of the food is truly high. The raw fish is delicious, and the tagliolini with purple shrimp and Bronte pistachios are truly special. I highly recommend it! The value for money, for Taormina, is extremely good. The focaccia served with olive oil—a local custom, but usually only with bread—is also very good. The service is attentive. Nothing special, but definitely worthy of the place.

28/09/2025: A wonderful place to stay! Very safe and quiet, perfect for relaxation. The terrace offers a stunning view of Mount Etna, which is truly impressive. The host was incredibly helpful and kind – he treated us to local sweets, as well as homemade limoncello and wine, which was a wonderful gesture of hospitality. The rooms are clean, cozy, and well-equipped. An additional advantage is the large, very clean swimming pool, perfect for relaxing on hot days. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a unique place to stay.

31/08/2025: An ideal location for a few days as a couple or family. We stayed here only one night and really enjoyed the location, away from the noise and surrounded by ample green space. Carmelo, the owner, is a truly hospitable person and knows how to welcome his guests with a simple approach, providing cozy rooms equipped with all the comforts to ensure a pleasant stay. It's also convenient for reaching the Gole dell'Alcantara park, just a few kilometers away.

12/05/2025: Qualità del pesce ottima, riso all’esterno discutibile in quanto risulta molto pastoso e perennemente misto con il sesamo anche quando non scritto nel menu. Prezzi alti rispetto alla media, una bottiglia d’acqua da 70 micro filtrata 3€, caffè 2€ e cuore caldo che per carità.. buono ma 9€ stiamo esagerando dai.
