The dishes were great, the service was mediocre (besides being very slow, the waiter forced us to order two appetizers in addition to the main courses, claiming it was house policy… we didn't understand, but okay). Perhaps he didn't understand that in addition to an appetizer to share, we would order two more main courses.

Went for lunch and had the tuna steak with pistachio crumb. Was told it would be pink in the middle.. perfect. Didn’t arrive pink, but that didn’t matter it was so juicy and tasty still, a huge portion, good value for money. Paired nicely with a fennel salad. Went at lunch time, was very quiet. In the evening every night there has been a huge queue.

Excellent dinner and amazing service from Emmanuel. This was our favorite meal while in Taormina.
The lamb shank was tender. Great meal.

Very nice environment. The food was both good and very good depending on what you ordered. The truffle pasta with shrimp can really be recommended as it was magical. The meat was a bit burnt and tasteless.

Right in the city center, lovely atmosphere, welcoming staff, even offering us prosecco while we waited for our seats.
The food was average, nothing special, but nothing bad either.

The food was genuinely good — fresh fish, well-prepared pasta, and flavors that made us want to come back. But we won’t be returning.
At the end of our meal we discovered a 10% gratuity had been added to our bill with no prior mention. When we asked, we were told it applies to all tourists. In over a decade of traveling across Europe, this is the first time we’ve encountered this practice. It felt presumptuous and left a sour note on what was otherwise a pleasant experience.
Good food deserves transparent pricing. Be upfront with your guests and let them decide what to leave.

The food is good, nothing special but it serves its purpose as a restaurant. The tables in the outdoor area are very pleasant on summer nights; it's a good idea to arrive early for dinner because during peak season there are queues with waits of more than thirty minutes.
