13/09/2025: We visited Quinto during a weekend in Milazzo during our summer vacation, recommended by friends, and I must say we were pleasantly surprised by the excellent value for money! In fact, the quality was very high and the price was even below average, considering the sourcing of the ingredients! Congratulations! A truly lovely place, a beautiful location, and excellent food!

06/10/2025: A delightful evening here. We only came for a glass of wine but we were enjoying ourselves so much that we just stayed and had a feast. A simple setting where you sit on a bench and perch at a laminated table. Mine host kept an eye on us and whenever we needed another course or another glass of wine, he was there!
26/09/2025: Even though we arrived after closing time, the owner still warmly welcomed us for a quick snack.
The arancini were good but not exceptional, but the location and hospitality are definitely worth the visit.

The amuse-bouches highlight the chef’s devotion to detail and delight. The fact that so many of the dishes across the menu are coeliac-friendly highlights the thoughtfulness of the recipes. Worth every cent
02/10/2025: We went to this restaurant thanks to the various reviews. An excellent discovery of Sicilian cuisine. Everything was perfect, from the welcome, to the kindness of the server, to the contact of the CHEF with whom we spoke, and of course his innovative cuisine. Excellent dishes, interspersed with petits fours.
We would like to return, but we are just passing through... Thank you very much.

The waitresses were kind though not very willing to provide the receipt before paying the bill. Gesture that I did not like at all.
04/10/2025: We simply had an excellent experience at this restaurant. As soon as you walk in, you pass a beautiful open kitchen that rivals that of a Michelin-starred restaurant. The owners are incredibly kind people and you immediately feel like part of the family. The dishes showcase the tradition of Sicilian cuisine, with an exciting, chic new twist from the chef. Highly recommended, make sure to have a dinner here while visiting Milazzo!

My only complaint would be to make sure menus are handed out at the table and to at least ask for water as soon as people are seated, rather than leaving them waiting 20 minutes.
Otherwise, the fish was good and the evening was pleasant.
I recommend it.
