Last night, my mom and I were guests at Ristorante Vite, and it was an experience we'll fondly remember. The service was impeccable: the attentive, knowledgeable staff conveyed each dish and the philosophy that accompanies it with genuine passion. It's rare to find people who share their passion for what they bring to the table with such sincere engagement. The cuisine won us over: refined dishes, with surprising and perfectly balanced flavors, expressing the chef's origins and personality in every course. Friendliness truly comes first. Nothing is left to chance, and even the smallest detail is meticulously attended to, making you feel welcomed from start to finish. A heartfelt thank you to all the staff and the chef for giving us such a special experience. We'll definitely be back, as we're eager to try the vegetarian menu.

We came here for dinner on Saturday evening, and it was honestly the best dinner of my life. As a pastry chef who has worked in various settings, I'm a real picky eater, and I've never found a restaurant with such care, dedication, and attention to the customer, and such meticulous preparation of the ingredients. From the welcome to the coffee, it was a unique sensory journey, and a breathtaking view. It's true that you can be moved by a dish. We'll definitely be back.

As a non-vegetarian, I wanted to try the 'Talea' vegetarian menu. Among all the delicious dishes, I'd recommend the cannoli (the summer version with eggplant), the pleorotus mushroom, and the cold spaghetti. Excellent! Even the dessert, which resembles garden fruit and vegetables but is actually made with sorbets, is truly delicious! The value for money is remarkable, but what matters most is a dinner whose individual dishes I'll remember for a long time, in a pleasant and beautiful setting.

A rare experience. Vite isn't "just" a restaurant: it's a project that shines through in every detail. Elegant cuisine, attentive yet unobtrusive service, and excellent ingredients! The menu achieves a difficult feat: surprising without losing balance. Each dish has technique, identity, and distinct flavor. Great attention to pairings; the octopus with gazpacho appetizer is truly unique and surprising. The dining room is refined, bright, with a contemporary yet authentic atmosphere. Knowing that behind all this is a human and educational project makes the dinner even more meaningful. Special mention for the service: knowledgeable, sincere, and capable of conveying true passion for what's served. One of those places where you leave feeling like you've experienced something, not just eaten well. Try it at least once; it'll be hard not to return.

A truly special dinner at Ristorante Vite San Patrignano, shared with my mother, made even more enjoyable by the quality of the experience. We chose two different tasting menus—I chose fish and she chose meat—and both were excellent. Dishes were meticulously crafted, with original yet balanced and never forced pairings: you could clearly sense the great attention to detail and the attention to detail in the ingredients. The service was impeccable, attentive and professional without being intrusive, perfectly complementing the entire dinner. The quality-price ratio was absolutely right for the quality of the offering. An experience I recommend without hesitation and definitely worth repeating.

It's an exciting journey through the flavors of the world. The large, open kitchen, directly connected to the dining area, is particularly appealing.
