When I got home, I noticed that all the fries on the menu were missing, and instead of Sprite, there was sparkling water in the glass! Disappointing. It should close.

04/03/2026: Today I ordered "Ravioli Gorgonzola with Radicchio and Cacioricotta," but was served a different type of ravioli from another menu option, one filled with pumpkin and pieces of some kind of meat. When I pointed out the mistake, both the chef and the gentleman at the counter insisted it was correct, even though I had checked the online menu and found it incorrect. Being a vegetarian, I reported the meat in the filling and was told "it wasn't meat, but speck," and that it was likely a kitchen error, as if it were internal contamination—an unlikely explanation considering their stuffed ravioli are mass-produced. I later discovered from their online menu that the ravioli they served me also contained almonds, to which I am allergic. My ravioli should have been exclusively filled with gorgonzola, as indicated on their menu. A truly serious mistake and unprofessional management!

23/03/2026: Be careful when ordering on Glovo. When I went to checkout in the app, it showed a total of €14 (because there were discounts). After I'd placed the order (and therefore can no longer cancel or change it), they refunded me the €14 and took €19 (thus canceling the sales they claimed to offer). Absurd and shameful.

14/03/2026: I was worried after reading the various reviews, but the pizza arrived earlier than Just Eat's estimated order. It was delicious and very well topped. If I really had to find a flaw: the pistachio pesto was missing; there was only chopped pistachios, even though it was listed among the ingredients.

27/05/2026: You can leave your luggage here all day. It only costs €20 for multiple bags, and Cristina is very helpful. The ice cream is delicious.

14/04/2026: I don't like writing bad reviews, but I'll write about this place. My girlfriend and I came to this bar at 12:30 and ordered a set lunch for 10 euros. My girlfriend didn't want to eat, she just wanted a cappuccino, but the bartender started yelling that this lunch can't be shared between two people. We told him it was one lunch, that we weren't going to split it between the two of us. He called the cashier and they started telling us together that we had to order two lunches. What do you mean? What kind of bartender is going to tell us what to eat and who should eat it? If you came as a couple, then you should eat together, you can't just have coffee? Horrible place, the bartender is a total jerk.

28/06/2026: We just left this place because you can't call cocktails a place if you can call them water and pay for them like normal cocktails, I've never had such a terrible experience, never again

28/06/2026: Nine of us had a huge disappointment this evening: the cocktails were all very watery and were accompanied by stale chips... despite our kind warning, we were ignored and laughed at... this has never happened anywhere else, and we've been to a lot of places...

30/04/2026: April 30th. Closed, despite the "Open" sign. Do they even still exist??? That was the second closed pizzeria. Annoying when you drive all the way through traffic for nothing.

17/12/2025: I returned after years for an aperitivo (reinforced to the point 😱) Everything was very good, rich and even refined: good cured meats, phenomenal meatballs, caponata that reminded me of my grandmother, slices of bread with primo sale cheese and horse meat strips, pumpkin gnocchi, and those wings🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤. etc etc.... The attention of the two (I think the owners) to ensure we didn't miss anything, the attentive, friendly service.

23/10/2025: Shameful... I was urgently denied access to the bathroom while pregnant. I entered this establishment and politely asked if it was possible to use the bathroom. I was told that access was only for customers, and therefore, a drink was required. I explained that I was in an advanced stage of pregnancy (ninth month, clearly visible), but I was still rudely denied access, arguing that "I'm misinformed" in believing pregnant women have the right to use the bathroom. I would like to clarify that access to the bathroom should not be denied to children, people with disabilities, and pregnant women, precisely because of their particular conditions, which entail urgent physiological needs. This is not a personal favor, but a basic form of respect and civility. While there is no national law explicitly requiring establishments to provide restroom access to non-consumers, refusing access in situations of objective necessity can be considered discriminatory and contrary to minimum standards of hospitality. This is the first place I've encountered such a refusal. Other establishments, even highly frequented ones, have always been understanding and accommodating in similar cases. An attitude like the one encountered today does not do credit to those who manage a public establishment. I hope this report leads to a broader reflection on the sense of social responsibility towards people in special circumstances.

20/12/2025: If I could, I'd give it zero stars. Terrible service, slow, and if you ask the staff anything, they're almost annoyed. Sandwiches lack toppings and are cold, despite the large menu costing around €10. Hygiene issues warrant immediate complaint. On several occasions, I've seen bottles fall to the floor and put them back on the tray. Managers touch the cash register and money with their bare hands before helping assemble sandwiches. Floors cleaned with dirty, black water. Endless delays on deliveries in a place that's supposed to offer fast, or nearly so, service. I could go on, but I'll stop here. The management of this place is sad and doesn't bode well.

15/10/2025: Came in for a drink, the front man with the braids (sorry didn’t get his name!) is fantastic, really welcoming, nice beer and decent price. Cares about the presentation and told someone off for littering outside his bar. Gave us a free snack to apologise the kitchen was closed for technical reasons. 10/10
