I'm not a fan of this type of sandwich because if I want a horsemeat sandwich, I go to Via Plebiscito. Here, you're tempted by the display case and by how everyone else makes it. You add all sorts of things to the meat, and in the end, you don't taste the meat, but rather an incredible "mazzazzone."
