14/09/2025: There were four of us eating rubbery sandwiches, spoiled ingredients, and burnt pizzas with no dough.
High prices.

Terrible service, slow, and if you ask the staff anything, they're almost annoyed. Sandwiches lack toppings and are cold, despite the large menu costing around €10. Hygiene issues warrant immediate complaint. On several occasions, I've seen bottles fall to the floor and put them back on the tray. Managers touch the cash register and money with their bare hands before helping assemble sandwiches. Floors cleaned with dirty, black water. Endless delays on deliveries in a place that's supposed to offer fast, or nearly so, service. I could go on, but I'll stop here. The management of this place is sad and doesn't bode well.

11/10/2025: Very rude person. I ordered fresh pomegranate juice and was charged €6 for a small glass that didn't even hold 500 ml. It's simply not competitive with other stores that sell larger sizes at lower prices.
If this were a sit-down bar and they served you in a real glass, I'd probably expect something like this.

Here, fresh fish is prepared on the spot, accompanied by the singing and dancing of the grillers 🙂.

12/09/2025: In addition to serving a kebab in a piadina with chips that were practically frozen, the staff was giving us certain looks and making comments about us, leaving us feeling uncomfortable; we were in a small group made up almost entirely of girls.

06/10/2025: This place scams people, I bought food at the set price put up in the store but when I got to the cashier, she charged more than what the set price was.
I feel very wronged, and the cashier lady denied all evidence when I explicitly showed her the receipt.
I personally got scammed 5 cents, but I know others were scammed 1€.
The food was not bad, but the service offered by the lady put me off.
Please keep this in mind if you come to terminal C, knowing this is the only cafeteria in this terminal.
Very frustrating....

18/01/2026: I ordered pizza at 8:30 PM for 10:30 PM, and it arrived at 11:30 PM despite the fact they'd assured me it would be on time. Leaving that aside, the delivery guy, despite my smile and kindness and the €1 tip, almost told me to go fuck myself, as if I'd wronged him for ordering pizza. Maybe because he was pissed off, maybe because €1 seemed so little. The fact is, he didn't even say hello and ran off. The pizza dough was okay, the fries were overcooked and inedible. I've also been a pizza delivery guy, and I would never have dreamed of treating a customer like that. Never again, avoid.

15/07/2025: Excellent and rare place for standard ballroom dancing. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and available to everyone (even the most demanding). The pizzas and appetizers are excellent. There's ample parking with a friendly valet. The only flaw is the concrete floor, which is very well-polished but not very slippery...! The friendly, kind, and relaxed clubbers are highly recommended.

28/09/2025: Terrible experience, over an hour and a half late, despite the fact that we had informed them when we booked that we had two little girls and would have preferred not to order if it wasn't possible to meet the time. The pizzas that arrived had the wrong flavors, and one Margherita in particular was filled with chips, making it difficult to believe it was burnt and had holes in it. We called several times while waiting to cancel, but no one answered... We called again when the pizzas arrived, but no one answered either.
I had already ordered from this pizzeria months ago, but this latest experience was disappointing.

01/03/2026: If possible, I wouldn't give it a single star. It's no longer the Saint Moritz it once was. Now that it's under new management and is now called Café Moritz, it's changed for the worse. I went there to buy some mini pastries; I'd say a pastry shop in a remote Sicilian town has a wider selection, not to mention how expensive and tasteless it is. There are other, better, and less expensive pastry shops. One thing's for sure: they'll never see me again. I advise everyone to stay away from this place, which has now fallen into utter squalor. Not even a second-rate pastry shop offers such stale stuff.

04/12/2025: I had the opportunity to go to this place for an 18th and it was the worst experience of my life. First of all, it was poorly maintained, there wasn't even a centerpiece, then the staff was terrible, as were all the pizzas, especially the pistachio one which tasted like pasta and there was absolutely NOTHING in the pistachio! Furthermore, on another pizza the sausage and onion were raw!

26/01/2026: I ordered a package of toast, Coke, and chips on Deliveroo at 1:46 PM. The delivery driver arrives at 3 PM, delivers the toast, and when I ask, "Where are the chips and Coke?" he says, "I said they were included, but THEY SAID NO." I PAID FOR THE chips and Coke!!!! THEY NEVER ARRIVED.... SHAME!!! If I'd only had one toast, I would have paid less... I tried calling a NON-EXISTENT NUMBER!!! I will NEVER ORDER AGAIN and I will not recommend it... I'm not giving 0 because the toast was large and good (after 2 hours, even a shoe sole probably tastes good!! I'm making light of it, saying it's better...)
