25/12/2025: Very kind and courteous in serving me. The desserts I purchased were excellent.

24/12/2025: I find myself having to write a negative review. I booked 2 scacciate a week in advance for today (Christmas Eve). I asked if I could book at 7:30 pm, and they told me they could for 8:00 pm. I arrived at the bakery at 7:50 pm and found more than 60 people before me. I took number 01. Some had booked for 7:00 pm and were still waiting. It was 9:00 pm and the numbers that reached 82 went back to 76 and then went up and down again. It seemed like we were playing bingo. At 9:30 pm there was still nothing. Like many other people, I left without having taken anything! I thank the Zappulla bakery for ruining a Christmas Eve, but fortunately you are not the only ones working there and I ordered four pizzas from my usual pizzeria which was delivered to my house. PS: I don't even live in the area and I even lost my fuel bill. I WILL NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM YOU AGAIN! The lack of seriousness, respect and professionalism was incomprehensible, if not beyond comment.

Food and drinks: • The gelateria is very good, with quality ice cream. • The sweets are well-made and pleasing. • It's a good choice for a coffee or a drink, especially during a break between visits. Price and value for money: The prices are a bit high, clearly influenced by the location. Considering you're in one of Catania's main tourist attractions, the cost may make sense. However, compared to other cafes and pastry shops in the city, the value for money is lower. Verdict It's worth a visit for a coffee, an ice cream, or a drink, enjoying the view of the Duomo and the atmosphere of the square. It's not a place for longer meals or in-depth gastronomic experiences, but it works well as a strategic stop on a tourist itinerary.

11/08/2025: Il ristorante era molto accogliente. I nostri primi erano molto buoni. I secondi anch'essi buoni. I dolci buonissimi, in particolare la crema al pistacchio.

06/08/2025: The location is unquestionably nice, Etna surroundings are amazing. The restaurant itself is nice and a kind of minimalist. Food is excellent and the local beers are very intriguing. Service is punctual and prices are more than acceptable.

12/12/2025: I love MY Amelka 💚💙💛❤️ I was going to give it 4 stars for the first order, but with the second one everything was fine and the service was really nice. I highly recommend it, fast, efficient, and delicious. The views are stunning in nice weather.

10/12/2025: New store located next to Leroy Merlin in the Paesi Etnei area of ​​San Giovanni la Punta. Staff are unsympathetic and distracted. More smiles are needed.

30/11/2025: Recommended by colleagues but I thought they were exaggerating in their compliments to the staff and the Chef. We started with homemade appetizers of all kinds. The first two arrived very tasty and we took the second one home. We were very full. Next time we will go there to try the pizza and I hope we find the fireplace lit because the room is very characteristic.

If you manage a place like this, you'll close down first. Not to mention the squalid bathroom. The only things that really save the place are the really kind service guys. Not recommended.

29/07/2025: Very quiet and pleasant atmosphere. A quiet evening away from the chaos, enlivened by karaoke entertainment, which featured some truly wonderful singers, and it was a pleasure to dine with their voices in the background. Prices weren't inflated, service was very fast, and parking was excellent. I highly recommend it.

23/12/2025: Giarre, CT. Piazza Duomo, 15. It's located in the premises formerly occupied by "Osteria Bonadies," which we frequented quite often years ago. Intrigued by the new management, or simply by the new sign, a few days ago we ordered some takeout pizzas. They weren't exactly exceptional, but they were quite good.

13/09/2025: I arrived at the restaurant, politely asking to be seated. I sat down and ordered a Margherita and a Campagnola. After about 15 minutes, the pizzas were brought to us. They didn't look or smell good, but the worst came when my dad and I tasted them. The dough tasted like yeast, the sauce was sour, and the mozzarella had no flavor. The worst pizza of my life, truly awful. They'll never remember me again.

09/01/2026: I have often bought max pizzas, I have always liked them.... The service is impeccable.... The pizza chef, a serious, polite person and punctual in delivery.... I will also try the scacciata!!!!!

14/11/2025: Every time I eat something with tuna in it, I practically don't eat it. The tuna smells and stings in my mouth, and the sandwiches are often wrong.

30/07/2025: I celebrated my 40th birthday. Excellent service, extremely friendly staff, delicious and fresh food... and everything was handled down to the smallest detail. I recommend it 😉

14/12/2025: Worst supermarket ever, ridiculous organization. Discounts ONLY with the app, you only use the app when you buy something on sale, and when you do, it's "unrecognized customer" because you need to update. Update your general system. I've never seen problems like this in other supermarkets, never again.
