06/02/2026: The two guys who were working on the evening of February 6th were fantastic. Perfect service and delicious dinner.

26/01/2026: I ordered a package of toast, Coke, and chips on Deliveroo at 1:46 PM. The delivery driver arrives at 3 PM, delivers the toast, and when I ask, "Where are the chips and Coke?" he says, "I said they were included, but THEY SAID NO." I PAID FOR THE chips and Coke!!!! THEY NEVER ARRIVED.... SHAME!!! If I'd only had one toast, I would have paid less... I tried calling a NON-EXISTENT NUMBER!!! I will NEVER ORDER AGAIN and I will not recommend it... I'm not giving 0 because the toast was large and good (after 2 hours, even a shoe sole probably tastes good!! I'm making light of it, saying it's better...)

23/03/2026: Be careful when ordering on Glovo. When I went to checkout in the app, it showed a total of €14 (because there were discounts). After I'd placed the order (and therefore can no longer cancel or change it), they refunded me the €14 and took €19 (thus canceling the sales they claimed to offer). Absurd and shameful.

14/03/2026: I was worried after reading the various reviews, but the pizza arrived earlier than Just Eat's estimated order. It was delicious and very well topped. If I really had to find a flaw: the pistachio pesto was missing; there was only chopped pistachios, even though it was listed among the ingredients.

12/09/2025: In addition to serving a kebab in a piadina with chips that were practically frozen, the staff was giving us certain looks and making comments about us, leaving us feeling uncomfortable; we were in a small group made up almost entirely of girls.

05/04/2026: Eww, lo dico da italiana ma lo scrivo in inglese per avvisare i turisti stranieri. I understand it's an airport, but wow you fould at least serve something edible. Or at the very least warm, it's reheated anyway. The pistacchio arancino tastes of nothing, the ragu arancino tastes of a memory of a pomodoro sauce. The pizzas make me feel as sad as they look. The prices are airport extortion at its finest. Unfortunately it's the only food point in Terminal C so I had to come back and reliquish more more money for a coffee snack and a room temperature water, which is kept in the second fridge, because it doesn't even work. Terrible experience.

05/04/2026: Eating here was like falling into a garbage can. Nothing was on the menu, so we ended up ordering a pizzeta and a focaccia. The focaccia served was clearly a supermarket hamburger bun. The staff's arrogance was even worse than the unpleasant surprise of the "focaccia," and in the end they charged us an extra third of the price just for sitting down. We weren't informed of the price difference; the hamburger bun with cheese (which they insist is focaccia) cost 8 euros, the pizzeta 4 euros, and we paid 23 euros. Avoid it; it's the only place to eat in this terminal, so they don't care and will serve you in the worst possible way. If Catania surprised me positively, this restaurant completely ruined its image.

26/04/2026: Very unpleasant and rude restaurant owner, he actually kicked us out of the restaurant, saying it was closed if we're having trouble understanding. We had only asked for a coffee... honestly, the bar seemed open since there were people sitting there... the door was open, the tables were set. Absolutely not recommended!!!

09/04/2026: Bad service. The waiter was alone, rude.. and what was funny cause tell he’s the only one at the restaurant. Looks like he served and preparing also the food. Find another place! To bad cause location are right in the city center.

18/10/2025: I do not recommend the food is terrible, it stinks, there was no alcohol in the Aperol, the fish soup was disgusting, I vomited after it, I was sick and so were my friends

15/10/2025: Came in for a drink, the front man with the braids (sorry didn’t get his name!) is fantastic, really welcoming, nice beer and decent price. Cares about the presentation and told someone off for littering outside his bar. Gave us a free snack to apologise the kitchen was closed for technical reasons. 10/10

23/11/2025: We were here just for a drink. A very friendly young waitress in excellent English recommended us some excellant local beers and make us feel at home. Which we later discovered is very rare in Catania.

17/12/2025: I returned after years for an aperitivo (reinforced to the point 😱) Everything was very good, rich and even refined: good cured meats, phenomenal meatballs, caponata that reminded me of my grandmother, slices of bread with primo sale cheese and horse meat strips, pumpkin gnocchi, and those wings🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤. etc etc.... The attention of the two (I think the owners) to ensure we didn't miss anything, the attentive, friendly service.

23/10/2025: Shameful... I was urgently denied access to the bathroom while pregnant. I entered this establishment and politely asked if it was possible to use the bathroom. I was told that access was only for customers, and therefore, a drink was required. I explained that I was in an advanced stage of pregnancy (ninth month, clearly visible), but I was still rudely denied access, arguing that "I'm misinformed" in believing pregnant women have the right to use the bathroom. I would like to clarify that access to the bathroom should not be denied to children, people with disabilities, and pregnant women, precisely because of their particular conditions, which entail urgent physiological needs. This is not a personal favor, but a basic form of respect and civility. While there is no national law explicitly requiring establishments to provide restroom access to non-consumers, refusing access in situations of objective necessity can be considered discriminatory and contrary to minimum standards of hospitality. This is the first place I've encountered such a refusal. Other establishments, even highly frequented ones, have always been understanding and accommodating in similar cases. An attitude like the one encountered today does not do credit to those who manage a public establishment. I hope this report leads to a broader reflection on the sense of social responsibility towards people in special circumstances.

04/09/2025: The food isn't gourmet, but it's good. Most importantly, it's warm. The service is friendly. As other reviews have said, it's perfect for a late-night meal after arriving in Sicily.

04/09/2025: The place was dirty and messy, it felt like a landfill. I was served by a child who looked like he was 12 without following any hygiene rules. The sandwich was poor quality and the meat was of questionable origin. It was very expensive compared to other competitors. I would not recommend anyone to eat here. It's truly dirty and poorly managed. Dirty tables, broken chairs... anything but welcoming.

10/02/2025: Terrible service, the waiters are all rude and the quality of the food is also really poor.

03/09/2025: A coffee costs €2.50, as if we were at Punta Penia 🤭 100 meters away it costs less than half. A perfectly normal bar in the city, to be honest, is a bit shabby, served by an old lady who, with all the good will in my opinion, physically couldn't manage a bar like this, which is also quite large. If it were run by young and brilliant staff, it would be a completely different story. I spent about €14 for breakfast: a bombardino, two coffees, and two croissants.

15/08/2025: Rude staff with excessive prices (two bottles of water at the counter cost €2.40) and they refused to give us a receipt. Only after several requests and paying by credit card did they finally do so, calling us rude names. Don't go to this bar.
