The place is located on Viale Indipendenza in CT, a little outskirts, quiet, I had the pizza which I would define as average like many other pieces of hot food in other places in Catania, the granita my friend had with brioche is described as good quality.

Whenever I'm in Catania, the Soave pastry shop has become a regular stop, whether for breakfast or a quick bite to eat. They offer a wide variety of both sweet and savory options. I wouldn't hesitate to rate the quality/price ratio as excellent. Recommended.

Soave is a place where you can be happy, the staff is trained and welcoming, the quality of the products is excellent, the granita is very good, it's a world of toys.

Having heard it was one of the best bars in Catania, I decided to stop by.
The granita with brioche was exactly as described: huge and delicious, at rock-bottom prices. Plus, despite its size, the brioche doesn't leave you feeling nauseous and heavy throughout the day.
Let's move on to the cons: it's one of the busiest bars in all of Catania.
Lots of people flock to grab a seat, and it's stressful with people coming in, going out, and people staring at you, waiting for you to jump from their table.
The food is very cheap, which is why it's so crowded.

Excellent bar, clean and tidy. Breakfast, hot food, pastries, lunch, and phenomenal cakes. It makes you want to try everything. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and fast.

It's well stocked with a little bit of everything. But it's so crowded. It's very difficult to get anything to go, so I imagine those waiting at tables also have a long wait. Today, New Year's Day, it's even more crowded, but that shows it's very popular because the food is good and the staff is reliable.
