The place is always packed at any time...the food is more than good, as are the desserts, etc.
The management of the lines at the cash register and counters needs to be reviewed...it can be improved.

I'm so sorry to say this, but Soave has lost a lot... I ordered the hot food and both the onions and the cartocciate had an aftertaste of anchovies. Disgusting for someone like me who doesn't eat them! Probably whoever prepared them didn't have the time and common sense to wash their hands after preparing, I assume, the Sicilian with anchovies?!?! Not to mention the pistachio arancini, nauseating because it was filled with pistachio paste. And finally, with the dessert (classic cake with cream and strawberries) which not only made me pay per kg, more than they had stated when ordering, but also the disappointment that it wasn't good! Too much liqueur....👎🏻

Always crowded, average prices, well-stocked bakery with everything from the deli to the bakery. Standing room for takeout, or tables on the covered veranda or inside. A small issue was quickly resolved after I asked for clarification regarding the fact that I had ordered a cake weighing max 2.5 kg and it actually weighed 3.2 kg. I understand that 200 or 300 grams more can happen, but not 7 grams more. I told the cashier I wouldn't pay and to speak to the manager, who, given the confusion at the register, told the cashier to only charge the gentleman 2.5 kg. A true gentleman, even if still very young, completely satisfied.

I visited this pastry shop for the first time and was blown away by their arancini with ragù and cannoli, perhaps the best I've ever had. My friends who were with me ordered other items and were equally thrilled. The prices for everything are truly excellent. The waiters and the lady at the counter were extremely kind and very quick to serve. I'll definitely be back for everything.

Top granita...The brioche is a bit large but of the highest quality...the Nutella croissants are also excellent...I recommend it...the breakfasts are truly delicious...take the opportunity to try their granitas
