Che Pizza In Catania

The pizza was average. Unfortunately, the pizzas arrived lukewarm, almost cold. I found some aspects of the taste that didn't convince me, but these are subjective assessments, so I'd rather not dwell on them. The real problem was the service: I placed the order at 8:20 PM with delivery scheduled for 9:30 PM, but it only arrived around 10:40 PM, over an hour late compared to the scheduled time, causing significant inconvenience due to the wait. I called the pizzeria twice for updates, and instead of receiving an explanation or a simple apology for the delay, I was told the delivery would arrive within 15 minutes. In both cases, this wasn't the case, and I had to continue waiting. Considering that the pizzeria is about a 9-minute drive from my house, nearly three hours of total delivery time is difficult to justify. I recommend improving communication with customers, providing realistic delivery times, and being more courteous in the event of delays.

The pizza is nothing special, there are pizzerias in Catania at the same price but much better, while for the sandwiches I strongly advise against them, perhaps also due to the fact that it was born as a pizzeria.

Pizzeria on the outskirts of Catania.... I went there because they had two vegan pizzas on the menu. I had the so-called vegan one with porcini mushrooms, eggplant, grilled zucchini, pumpkin puree, and zucchini flowers. I have to say, it was a really good pizza.

Excellent aperitif, helpful and very friendly staff. They are very professional... Everything is delicious, definitely worth trying... We go there often and everything is always excellent.

The food was truly delicious: well-cooked pizza, light dough, and quality ingredients. Nothing to complain about, as the food is worthy. Unfortunately, the service leaves much to be desired. The waitresses were rude and unprofessional, with a cold and unwelcoming attitude. Furthermore, we felt a certain hostility for booking through The Fork, which shouldn't affect the way we treat our guests. This isn't the first time I've encountered this kind of behavior, and it's a real shame because it completely ruins the experience. With adequate service, it would be a great place, but this way, it's hard to return.

I've been to this really nice and welcoming pizzeria, and I have to say it's truly excellent. The pizza was very good, the service wasn't bad; in fact, the waiters and the service were more than adequate. I ate a good pizza in a really good place. If you want to eat good pizza and are nearby, there's no better place.
