Lido Arcobaleno In Catania

Lovely beach, lovely staff They even do a Hawaiian pizza. I wish I knew more Italian, typical English we just don’t try. bellissimo

I recommend it. Large beach. Helpful and courteous staff. Everything was organized, including hotel pickup and return.

Sun loungers and parasols at very affordable prices. Clean beach and sea, very convenient as it's close to the center of Catania.

Great food, everything we had was amazing. The only thing I would not recommend is cakes, I had tiramisu and it was really not good.

Lido Arcobaleno is an okay spot if you want to spend a day by the sea in Catania, but it does not really stand out from the other beach clubs in the area. The sandy beach is nice and the sunbeds are comfortable enough, but it feels a bit overpriced for what you actually get. The facilities are just average and can get a bit messy when the crowds roll in during the peak hours. It is fine for a convenient beach day, but nothing spectacular. There is definitely room for improvement when it comes to overall value.

We were wanting a “beach day” for our Catania cruise stop. We originally tried a different Lido but didn’t care for it (they were only kind of open for the season so options were quite limited and no one could speak English to help us) so we walked to Lido Acrobaleno where we had a very pleasant day. The restaurant served tasty authentic Sicilian food and there was a full bar. We would recommend it.

Everything is a bit run down and dirty. The food was good.

We were there at the beginning of May, so they were just opening, but everything was fine. Great owners, good strong drinks, and tasty food.

Well organized beach open already 26.4.2026 when we visited. Sand is cleaned from trash and restorant is open. We hand only seats.
